“The Dairy Godmother is an Alexandria staple. Our family has been going here for years. The custard shop has a variety of sorbets, three different custard a day, bakery items, and a fabulous sparkly wand for the dairy godmother in all of us. Another great thing about the Dairy Godmother is you run into many other community members here enjoying time with family and friends. You can enjoy your ice cream in the shop, out on the benches, walking the Mount Vernon Ave. strip or across the street where you can look at the different dog murals.“

I was very surprised at the variety of flavors, I chose Vanilla (I figured you can’t go too wrong w/ Vanilla), IT was Delicious, I can’t wait to try some of the other Flavors now, the Homemade Taste was awesome, the prices were great, the speed of service was marvelous( It was seemingly right during “rush hour”, there was a line, however, the line moved swiftly, the Helpers (Young Staff), was very flexible, friendly, patient, quick, on top of things and handled business very professionally. “I love it here it’s like child heaven, it’s so tasty and delectable. The slushy ice creamy texture is heaven like and the toppings with it are so tasty. The atmosphere is pretty good although they don’t have many seats inside, so if it’s a cold night or day than you will most likely have to go home to eat it or you could get a seat inside if they had one open. Overall I absolutely love Sweet Frog.“

“We went to celebrate a birthday by getting The Crazy Mason and we had a great time. The service was outstanding! It is the best service I have had in a while. Two young ladies served my large group and they were fast and efficient. I placed 11 orders received everyone in less than 15 minutes and spent less than $100. Although some ordered the same desserts, I was still amazed at the swift service. The desserts were very delicious. A few of us order the strawberry shortcake bowl 10/10. The children rated the cotton candy fluff an 8, it was super sweet, and the cookies and cream a 9. The shakes are very thick!!!!! We had the banana pudding and the sweet cheesus they were also sweet but delicious and we rated it an 8.5. The store is somewhat small but cozy. My large group couldn’t stay long because the outside seating was filled. Overall the experience was great.“

“I did not have the pleasure of hanging out with my nephew this weekend because I had to work. however, I was fortunate enough to stay up with him and play video games all night together. So that we did and when we got tired we decided to hit up this legendary 24 hour Baskin Robbins and Dunkin combo place I been hearing about . I was nervous about bothering whoever had the misfortune of being there all night and had to take our order. Boy was I wrong though. Doughnuts were still soft and tasty and cotton candy ice cream was delicious. Not only did we get great snacks but We also got service with a smile and went back the next day because my nephew said he was "so cool" ?. “A nice little nostalgic throwback run by very nice people. I’m always pleasantly surprised that this little stand is still here. For those who have never had Dippin’ Dots before, it’s icecream that is flash Frozen, causing it to form into little beads, which on its own is a cute novelty, but it’s also reasonably decent icecream when you go past that. I fully recommend checking this out if you’ve been curious and don’t feel like going all the way to the zoo or a Theme Park just to try it. Often Imitated but never truly duplicated, Dippin’ Dots is definitely worth a try.“

“Cold Stone Creamery is one of my favorite ice cream parlors. They have a lot of flavors that you can choose from. It’s in a nice neighborhood, so you’ll enjoy the outside atmosphere. If you want an indoor space, you can enter through the Crystal shops gate where there are some tables and chairs. An excellent place to enjoy with your friends or by yourself!“

“Nevaeh was amazing in serving us. She welcomed us with her bright smiles, described us the menu briefly making sure we were not rushed. My friend and I ordered Margaretta and Filitti pizzas. My friend took glass of Chardonnay and I did Italian Old Fashioned cocktail. Mine was all as Nevaeh told me. We enjoyed their delicious food, and warm hospitality. We highly recommend Pupatella.“

“I use to work at this Baskin Robbins and I was fairly happy working there for the time being. Customer service was one of the things that I remember was crucially important. The one favorite shake I get when I go to Baskin Robbins, use to be a promotional drink and they still make promotional stuff if you remember how it was made. The shake I get, is an Oreo Shake, with hot fudge on the bottom of the cup, and oreo crumbles in the shake. It's smooth, a little chewy from the oreo crumbles being blended in with the shake, and the hot fudge on the bottom of the drink adds a different temperature and flavor that meshes well with the oreo shake.

Kid-friendliness: Really great place. I see kids and families come to Baskin Robbins almost all the time.“
