The pork "spring roll" was amazing, as was the beef with grits and wish they could appear on their regular menu one day. The service was excellent as always. I payed a pretty penny for it too, but pennies I got. This place cost a lot of green so bring your wallet, credit card too. Have fun, it’s good (at least their coffee drink is).“

“First visit; I went for Restaurant Week. I ordered the chicken corn chowder, the short rib ravioli and the caramel cheesecake. The chowder was excellent, a great balance of corn and chicken and a goodly amount--but not too much--pepper. I loved it...and a very generous portion! The ravioli was super too--cooked to perfection, stuffed to capacity with cheese, accompanied by a nice hunk of well-seasoned and -cooked short rib. I wasn't able to finish it, so I took some home. I took the cheesecake home too and ate it after a couple of conf calls. Just the right amount of caramel with a couple of strawberries and a creme Anglaise sauce. Scrumptious!! I don't remember many occasions when I've loved all three courses of a meal, but that was certainly the case tonight. I can't wait to go back.“

“If you are on a gluten free diet, this restaurant is a real treat. This is the ONLY restaurant I know of in the entire DC area that offers gluten free French toast!!! It is really yummy. It is gluten free cinnamon raison bread that they make into French toast. It is served with maple syrup that has few slices of bananas in it. It is always served warm. (Be sure to look for the bananas. If the French toast is served with sliced strawberries, that is the wheat based French toast.) This restaurant also has gluten free bread so most of their sandwiches can be made gluten free upon request. And they can make their eggs benedict gluten free by using their gluten free toast. It is a very pleasant experience dining here. I usually dine outside. They are located on a small street in Georgetown. Georgetown can be crowded but on this small street, it is never very busy. On a nice weather day, it is a pleasant experience to eat the gluten free French toast while enjoying the weather. The service is always good too. I enthusiastically recommend this restaurant.“

My personal favs from my recent visit were the scallion, egg & cheese croissant, crab rangoon croissant, and strawberry milk donut. If you are in the area while Rose Ave is open, you would be doing yourself a disservice by not stopping by. The only negative thing i can say about going here is that, for people who do not live in or frequent the DC area, you will forever long to return. There was almost 5 years between my first and second visit here, and i dreamed of that return every single day.“

“We loved having dinner so much on Friday night that we had lunch on Saturday! Lobster roll was delicious. Great selection of raw oysters. PEI mussels were the best! Service was on point. Friday night Ashley was great and sorry I didn’t get our great servers name on Saturday. Manager Ronald Vasquez was so personable and made us feel like regulars. We were so excited to be their first wedding - the entire team behind Casamara, Reynolds and SIXTY DC truly came together to deliver on the wedding of my dreams! The ceremony on the rooftop was absolutely stunning and very DC, with the sunset as our backdrop and the top of the monument in the background! The desserts were a huge hit, Cassidy wins the award for best chocolate chip cookies in the DMV and her chocolate mousse is unreal! Jonathan and Gabriel were our bartenders and Jessamyn ran point on service - I was so happy to have them, they had great energy until the very end! The service was truly impeccable from start to finish - the team was on top of their game and the everyone at Casamara, Reynolds and SIXTY DC made our wedding weekend such an amazing success.
