“We ate here for lunch on a Monday. Food was good staff was helpful and friendly, very much a teamwork mentality and I love that! The fried pickles were tasty, the shrimp was hearty, and the Devils Backbone Bourbon Apple Cider Smash was served to me in a requested ice cold mug! Hometown pub with a water front view! We had a teenager with us and there was no issue before 10pm!“

“Surf Rider recommended to us by a friend. We were so pleased. The Seafood so fresh and amazing. We had oysters and tuna bites for an appetizer and brought home flounder plate. Huge piece of flounder cooked perfectly. Our server, Brandi, took great care of us. She was so busy and yet so attentive to us. Can't wait to go back. Also beautiful view!“

“Stopped on an early Sunday afternoon in November. Both my wife an I ordered the Po'Boy with fried oysters. She had the homemade fresh fries and I paid a dollar extra for the "side salad". Both f us enjoyed the sandwiches that were made with fresh bread and 5 delicious oysters. She enjoyed the fries and I was overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the sala. My only complaint is that her Coke was $4.50. But then we were in something that resembled a bar. We would both come again when we are in the area,“

“My sister and I have waited to come here. The first couple times they were closed. One because of a holiday. But we finally made it and boy was it worth the wait! I had gotten an Oyster app Boy. It had enough oysters to cover the sandwich and the sauce that came with it was a little tangy but so good. My sister got the shrimp basket which comes with a side and a drink. Both were very delicious. The service was on point and the establishment was clean and vibrant! Would definitely go again!“

“I have been going here for the last 3 months. Love the way they fry their fish. My toddler loves it too. Says more fish when she is done with the portion I give her. They have rather large pieces of fish. Can't go wrong with Croaker, whiting, trout or flounder! Usually, prepare the fish quickly. Call in for faster service!“

“I got an entire pound of steamed shrimp for 14 bucks, that is an amazing price. And the shrimp was great, I would've been happy with it even if I had paid significantly more. If you are anywhere remotely close to this place and don't despise seafood, go here. The food is great and the prices are so ridiculously low it feels like something has gone wrong.“

“Kero is the best! The mushroom soup is amazing and I haven't found a better one anywhere else! I recommend the beef fried rice if sushi isn't your thing, but if you are looking for amazing sushi, you can't go wrong with the angel roll or the rainbow roll. Both are amazing!“

“My husband and I actually prefer Los Portales in comparison to Juan’s. However tonight was awkward, because after TWO bites into my delicious steak fajita taco salad we were splashed by the busser who was NOISILY bussing the booth to my left (and before that, noisily bussing the booth behind my husband). She apologized, but it was too late—I was grossed out and went in search for the manager while wiping my face and arm. Long story short—we were offered another meal, but just too grossed out to stay and eat. Our waitress was so apologetic and would not take a tip. We do like the food, but it will be a while before we return. Noisily bussing tables using a bussing cart next to patrons who are eating is a very unpleasant distraction and just tacky, PERIOD!“

“We decided to stop in on a Friday night and it was a good idea. We were greeted and seated right away. The servers are attentive and very nice. The food presentation was everything and they have really big portions compared to other spots I have been to depending on what you order. The only down side to me was that it’s beside some kind of store or gas station and construction is going on. Another down side is they charge you more if you pay with a card.“

After surfing for a while, “Tiger Thai Cuisine” was attracted by my eyes, but only brief reviews and photos show in restaurant’s facebook. All in all, Tiger Thai Cuisine is all the answers I am looking for…so let’s chill out here with me.“

“We had a great experience at YROC Coastal Grill. Elli was an amazing waitress—super attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without being overbearing.
I ordered the salmon, and it initially came out a little smaller than expected. Before I even had a chance to say anything (and after I’d already filled up on the pickle fries 😅), the kitchen proactively made an entirely new salmon for me. That level of customer service really stood out—they truly care about quality and guest satisfaction.
Great food, great service, and a team that goes above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back.“
