“My husband works retail in Short Pump and went he gets a lunch we like to come to this Tace Bell in Goochland because the service is fast and the food is always made well. The older gentleman is always so helpful, making sure get your cup for your beverage before your meal is ready. We stopped going to the Taco Bell in Short Pump near the Walmart because the staff in there only make your order on their time and the food is sloppy. Nowadays eating out is a luxury.“

“I drive to cville from Hampton for medical care every month. My treat on the way home is McDonald’s. EVERY TIME I stop at this McDonalds it is FAST, the service is wonderful, the fries are always HOT AND FRESH, and the sandwich is always perfect. This mcd is a treasure. I don’t stop anywhere else. “This Chick is my FAVE!! The employees are some nice and welcoming. They never make me feel as though they don't want to be there or that I am a bother. They ALWAYS try to accommodate my orders even when I order fries and / or salad during breakfast hours. Other stores just say "we don't do that."

“Had called the store to place an order for a birthday cake for a surprise dinner next door to them and spoke with Princy. I ended up placing an online order with her on the phone for a pick up time hours later. She called me to make sure payment went through because she didn’t see the order shortly after hanging up. Went ahead and made the cake for me regardless of them having the order and she said she was positive the order would show up at the 5:00 pick up time. Princy really went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go! Everyone in the store was happy and was great when I got to the store to pick up cake.“

“Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“

“Took the dog to the pump road dog park today. When leaving I decided to go to the Arby's there in short pump to grab lunch. Pulling up to the drive through I asked "do you guys still have the BLT" knowing it was a seasonal thing. The reply came "It's not on the menu anymore but we can sure still make you one. “This location just renovated, food and service were good. The restroom was clean and the restaurant itself was nearly spotless. I liked the fact that employees wear gloves, yet, I wish they were wearing masks. Lastly it was cold in there. I understand that it was warm that day, however, it was cooler outside by then. “This location serves the best mac and cheese good consistency on the cheese its good everytime my son loves it, I noticed the chickfili on pump rd does not have good consistency sometimes its too dry or way too oily and the mac is over cooked but this location is good everytime.“

I visit this establishment 3–4 times a month, and it never disappoints. The customer service is superb—the staff is always friendly and welcoming. One of the best parts is being able to create your own pizza. I usually go for the vegetarian, while my partner adds meat to his. It’s great to have that flexibility.

The ingredients are always fresh, and I love watching them make my pizza right in front of me. They also offer a rewards program, and I’ve earned plenty of points. Plus, they frequently have coupons and military discounts, which is a big plus for me.

The salads are fresh and flavorful, making it a great all-around meal option. Honestly, this is the only pizza I’ll eat—it’s that good. I highly recommend this place, especially for those nights when you don’t feel like cooking.“

“My son doesn’t eat cake, but loves ice cream! For his 16th birthday he wanted a Star Wars ice cream cake. We searched all over to find out Dairy Queen has them. So we went to our local one to be treated horrible. So we reached out to Dairy Queen on Charter Colony to be told they had the image in stock and were sorry how the other store treated us. On the day we picked it up I was beyond impressed! It was exactly the way he wanted and so yummy! Definitely will only be using this Dairy Queen in the future! “You get a a large quantity of fries, even in a small size... come hungry! I’m not a burger lover , tend to order the hot dog. The menu is a la cart, yet, one can get as many toppings as they want for little to no charge. I did a curbside pickup order today for the first time today and it was also the first time I had ever used Google pay. The experience was smooth. One suggestion I would make would be to double up on the number of parking spots for curbside pickup. The fries were nice and warm! 😀“

“I love this place so much. It has to be the best Arby’s in Richmond. Usually when I go to this restaurant the managers have been mid but today I met George! George was such a nice man and he helped me realize what I wanted to order. I went through the drive through tonight and ordered a meat mountain and an Oreo shake. When I got to the window George was there to greet me making sure my order was right. I asked him what came in the sandwich and he noticed me that there was fish. I am highly allergic to fish so for him to tell me that there was fish on it he deleted my sandwich order and I paid for just the large Oreo shake. I will be coming back here for many months to come if they keep George here.“

“Our office ordered 8 different orders from the Midlothian location via the Five Guys website. Was told that the order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I was greeted the moment I walked in and they were putting the finishing touches on our order. The lady that was finalizing our order was very nice and made sure that everything we had ordered was in the bag. Once I got to the office, everything was in the order in which we ordered on the website by their number sticker system. It was perfect and I was able to get everyone their lunches without any problems. Every single one of our orders were exactly how we had asked for them to be made. It is great to see the ladies that were working on 5/01/24 during lunch rush make sure that our order was complete and that we had everything we needed (ketchup, napkins, etc). “I go to this location since it is very close to work and on the way home,the food is okay,their entrees have more veggies than protein,of course their portions changed as well for the last couple years BUT their workers are super nice and pleasant. Brandon is a gem,such a nice person,always kind and friendly,every time i go there( after a loooong tiring day of work) this kid makes my day. His professionalism and devotion are remarkable. This kid deserves a raise and recognition.“

“Went in earlier for a sammich and they told me it would be a 2 minute wait for the bread because they ran out. They apologized a bunch...but I am SO okay with waiting 2 minutes for fresh bread straight from the oven! Hell yeah! So I sat down happily to wait and they insisted on giving me a free drink for waiting. I even tried to turn it down because I don't mind waiting at all, but they insisted...so awesome! I grew up a mile from the Jersey Mike's in Bon Air and ate there at least twice a week from the day they opened. I was ALWAYS more than happy there and I still go back occasionally when I go to my grandparents house...the Short Pump location is every bit as excellent. I'm 25 minutes away so I don't eat there as often as I'm used to, but until one opens in Montpelier I will make do with the Short Pump location. Thanks guys!“

“I've only been to Sonic a handful of times, but decided to give it a go again because I was craving a milkshake. And WOW the Oreo Cheesecake shake is the way to go! They nailed the flavor.
I also ordered the limited time Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger. It was a bit drippy/messy with all the butter- but tasted sooo gooood. The onion rings never fail so I had to get those too.
Will definitely have to try more of their sweet options.“
