“My husband works retail in Short Pump and went he gets a lunch we like to come to this Tace Bell in Goochland because the service is fast and the food is always made well. The older gentleman is always so helpful, making sure get your cup for your beverage before your meal is ready. We stopped going to the Taco Bell in Short Pump near the Walmart because the staff in there only make your order on their time and the food is sloppy. Nowadays eating out is a luxury.“

“I drive to cville from Hampton for medical care every month. My treat on the way home is McDonald’s. EVERY TIME I stop at this McDonalds it is FAST, the service is wonderful, the fries are always HOT AND FRESH, and the sandwich is always perfect. This mcd is a treasure. I don’t stop anywhere else. “Hooray for our kids, the play area is open again, it's pretty standard equipment for Chick Fila, but I think it's all brand new. This location provides mouthwash in the restroom, crayons in one of the condiment stations, and those adhesive placemats for toddlers. They checked on us at our table a few times like we were at a restaurant. The parking spaces for dine-in felt limited, but it was appropriate for the number of tables they had available.“

“Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“

“This location just renovated, food and service were good. The restroom was clean and the restaurant itself was nearly spotless. I liked the fact that employees wear gloves, yet, I wish they were wearing masks. Lastly it was cold in there. I understand that it was warm that day, however, it was cooler outside by then. “Had called the store to place an order for a birthday cake for a surprise dinner next door to them and spoke with Princy. I ended up placing an online order with her on the phone for a pick up time hours later. She called me to make sure payment went through because she didn’t see the order shortly after hanging up. Went ahead and made the cake for me regardless of them having the order and she said she was positive the order would show up at the 5:00 pick up time. Princy really went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go! Everyone in the store was happy and was great when I got to the store to pick up cake.“

“This location serves the best mac and cheese good consistency on the cheese its good everytime my son loves it, I noticed the chickfili on pump rd does not have good consistency sometimes its too dry or way too oily and the mac is over cooked but this location is good everytime.“

“I never thought the chicken finger idea was going to make as much waves as it did. I've frequent this location mainly due to working late hours they are still open. I can still get dinner and feel good before I lay down for bed. My favorite and only item I order is the Caniac Meal. Its just the right chicken amount although they cut back on the amount but still does the job. At times, the later you go the slower the service but you can't complain. Fresh food is not fast but cooked to order so I can enjoy it when I get home. I told my parents about it. They shrugged me off and said I dont like it. Now they frequent the location as they realized you get a good deal on the combo meals that are right just for what you need. Any problems in the past especially large orders, they fix it with a smile and what keeps me coming back is customer service. You will enjoy the chain. Make sure to let us know what you like as every day isn't perfect but that means the company is just fixing whatever they find broken doesn't make them bad at all!“

“We went here for dinner and only one other couple was here. I got the loaded Italian sub. It was good but looked nothing like the picture on the menu and small size. “My son doesn’t eat cake, but loves ice cream! For his 16th birthday he wanted a Star Wars ice cream cake. We searched all over to find out Dairy Queen has them. So we went to our local one to be treated horrible. So we reached out to Dairy Queen on Charter Colony to be told they had the image in stock and were sorry how the other store treated us. On the day we picked it up I was beyond impressed! It was exactly the way he wanted and so yummy! Definitely will only be using this Dairy Queen in the future! “You get a a large quantity of fries, even in a small size... come hungry! I’m not a burger lover , tend to order the hot dog. The menu is a la cart, yet, one can get as many toppings as they want for little to no charge. I did a curbside pickup order today for the first time today and it was also the first time I had ever used Google pay. The experience was smooth. One suggestion I would make would be to double up on the number of parking spots for curbside pickup. The fries were nice and warm! 😀“

“I've come to this mod quite frequently because I like the pizza. Yesterday's wonderful service compelled me to write a review. I came in for lunch admittedly in a bad mood compounded by the fact the app wouldn't work. The staff's friendly demeanor immediately turned my mood around. “I love this place so much. It has to be the best Arby’s in Richmond. Usually when I go to this restaurant the managers have been mid but today I met George! George was such a nice man and he helped me realize what I wanted to order. I went through the drive through tonight and ordered a meat mountain and an Oreo shake. When I got to the window George was there to greet me making sure my order was right. I asked him what came in the sandwich and he noticed me that there was fish. I am highly allergic to fish so for him to tell me that there was fish on it he deleted my sandwich order and I paid for just the large Oreo shake. I will be coming back here for many months to come if they keep George here.“

The food is definitely a gamble - we’ve been some times and things were a 10/10 and other times where it’s been like a 2/10. So, you just don’t always know what to expect. Our kids are younger so they love Happy Meals (esp the toys & nuggets). I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 for my review, but again, we’ve definitely had our fair share of issues over the years. Most issues have been over them forgetting items that we’ve ordered (whether it’s drive thru, curbside, carry out, DoorDash or dine in) - we’ve done them all.“

“This post is a week overdue- I wanted to give a big time shout out and thank you to the Taco Bell employees at this location for helping me in a BIG way. My car broke down right in the drive thru line getting my stepson his dinner. Semira, Justina, Julian, and a passerby came to the rescue to get me the help I needed to get safely home. On top of that, they waved my order fee. Really thankful for incredible souls like these ones- Taco Bell is blessed to have them on their team.“

“I like this JM Subs but sometimes I wish the place was a little larger. You constantly have to be looking around before you move so you don't bump into someone. But the food is fresh and tasty every time. I also love they have sweet peppers.“

“Went in earlier for a sammich and they told me it would be a 2 minute wait for the bread because they ran out. They apologized a bunch...but I am SO okay with waiting 2 minutes for fresh bread straight from the oven! Hell yeah! So I sat down happily to wait and they insisted on giving me a free drink for waiting. I even tried to turn it down because I don't mind waiting at all, but they insisted...so awesome! I grew up a mile from the Jersey Mike's in Bon Air and ate there at least twice a week from the day they opened. I was ALWAYS more than happy there and I still go back occasionally when I go to my grandparents house...the Short Pump location is every bit as excellent. I'm 25 minutes away so I don't eat there as often as I'm used to, but until one opens in Montpelier I will make do with the Short Pump location. Thanks guys!“

We dropped by on a Saturday morning, and we were through the drive through in less than 2 minutes. Food was hot and fresh, and prepared correctly. People were friendly. Great work to everyone involved.“

“I got lunch here every day for a week placing mobile orders for a custom whopper meal 4 minutes prior to arriving. I never had to wait upon coming to the window in the drive through, and the employees always checked the bag before handing it to me. I always received sufficient napkins, straws, and was asked if i wanted sauces! The food was always fresh and hot, and they seasoned the fries every time! This is the best burger king I think I have ever been to, exceptional speed and service!“

I pass by other Popeyes locations just to come to this one, and it’s worth every extra mile! The restaurant is always spotless, and the food is consistently hot and fresh. “Our office ordered 8 different orders from the Midlothian location via the Five Guys website. Was told that the order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I was greeted the moment I walked in and they were putting the finishing touches on our order. The lady that was finalizing our order was very nice and made sure that everything we had ordered was in the bag. Once I got to the office, everything was in the order in which we ordered on the website by their number sticker system. It was perfect and I was able to get everyone their lunches without any problems. Every single one of our orders were exactly how we had asked for them to be made. It is great to see the ladies that were working on 5/01/24 during lunch rush make sure that our order was complete and that we had everything we needed (ketchup, napkins, etc). I recommend Five Guys (especially this location) to anyone that want a good tasting burger! Thank you, Five Guys, for making our lunch meeting a successful one.“

“We ordered a classic cheeseburger pack and the food was spot on, the fries were very hot the cheeseburgers were just right temp also perfect amount of condiments on them, the nuggets on the other hand were slightly cool which ruined the five star rating also the caramel frappe was blended perfectly. “I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was clean however when I walked in to pick up my order. I stood at the counter for one 15-20 min before anyone (4 workers) greeted me at all. I could tell they were busy with online orders but there were many conversations going on behind the counter not about work to where one of them could've asked my name and updated me on a time the food would be ready. That was my only complaint. Food was delicious“
