“My husband works retail in Short Pump and went he gets a lunch we like to come to this Tace Bell in Goochland because the service is fast and the food is always made well. The older gentleman is always so helpful, making sure get your cup for your beverage before your meal is ready. We stopped going to the Taco Bell in Short Pump near the Walmart because the staff in there only make your order on their time and the food is sloppy. Nowadays eating out is a luxury.“

“I drive to cville from Hampton for medical care every month. My treat on the way home is McDonald’s. EVERY TIME I stop at this McDonalds it is FAST, the service is wonderful, the fries are always HOT AND FRESH, and the sandwich is always perfect. This mcd is a treasure. I don’t stop anywhere else. “Had called the store to place an order for a birthday cake for a surprise dinner next door to them and spoke with Princy. I ended up placing an online order with her on the phone for a pick up time hours later. She called me to make sure payment went through because she didn’t see the order shortly after hanging up. Went ahead and made the cake for me regardless of them having the order and she said she was positive the order would show up at the 5:00 pick up time. Princy really went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go! Everyone in the store was happy and was great when I got to the store to pick up cake.“

“Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“

“Took the dog to the pump road dog park today. When leaving I decided to go to the Arby's there in short pump to grab lunch. Pulling up to the drive through I asked "do you guys still have the BLT" knowing it was a seasonal thing. The reply came "It's not on the menu anymore but we can sure still make you one. “This location just renovated, food and service were good. The restroom was clean and the restaurant itself was nearly spotless. I liked the fact that employees wear gloves, yet, I wish they were wearing masks. Lastly it was cold in there. I understand that it was warm that day, however, it was cooler outside by then. “My son doesn’t eat cake, but loves ice cream! For his 16th birthday he wanted a Star Wars ice cream cake. We searched all over to find out Dairy Queen has them. So we went to our local one to be treated horrible. So we reached out to Dairy Queen on Charter Colony to be told they had the image in stock and were sorry how the other store treated us. On the day we picked it up I was beyond impressed! It was exactly the way he wanted and so yummy! Definitely will only be using this Dairy Queen in the future! “Everything is always great, staff is also great, except our last experience with Gauge. Not only did he rush our order processing, he ignored our free sandwich reward, and told us we asked for sauces when we did not. It’s not a huge deal, but this wasn’t our first time having an issue with this person. Everything else is great though!!“

“You get a a large quantity of fries, even in a small size... come hungry! I’m not a burger lover , tend to order the hot dog. The menu is a la cart, yet, one can get as many toppings as they want for little to no charge. I did a curbside pickup order today for the first time today and it was also the first time I had ever used Google pay. The experience was smooth. One suggestion I would make would be to double up on the number of parking spots for curbside pickup. The fries were nice and warm! 😀“

“I love this place so much. It has to be the best Arby’s in Richmond. Usually when I go to this restaurant the managers have been mid but today I met George! George was such a nice man and he helped me realize what I wanted to order. I went through the drive through tonight and ordered a meat mountain and an Oreo shake. When I got to the window George was there to greet me making sure my order was right. I asked him what came in the sandwich and he noticed me that there was fish. I am highly allergic to fish so for him to tell me that there was fish on it he deleted my sandwich order and I paid for just the large Oreo shake. I will be coming back here for many months to come if they keep George here.“

“Chick A fila is the only recognized fast food restaurant on my purchasing list.the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is always healthy and hygieniccally clean in appearance. The food is of a tasty quality and the bathrooms are always clean. I am yet to find a bad or unclean location.

“Jersey Mike's Sub shop is the best place in Richmond to get a real tasty sub anyway. The employees are very friendly kind and helpful. This is the best way to get a sub. They cut the meats & cheese and fix your sub anyway you like. Their food is always fresh and delicious. The vegetables are very fresh and healthy. If you want a good sub, then I would definitely recommend this sub shop 100%. They have take out or dining in whichever you prefer. They give you the choice of 3 or 4 different types of sub rolls you can ask for. What I love about this place is they cut meats & cheeses and prepare your sub with all the fixings right there in front of you. Very clean and a really good atmosphere to dine alone or with families or friends.

Vegetarian options: They serve any type of veggie you can think of to fix salads, veggie subs & all types of meats to choose from. Very nice place to eat.

Parking: This particular location that I go to all the time is in a little shopping center and there really isn't a lot of parking there. But they do have parking in front of shops and the other side of the lot to park.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Kids menu and desserts too.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yess this is wheelchair accessible. Have posted markers on the saved spaces for wheelchair accessible.“

“I've come to this mod quite frequently because I like the pizza. Yesterday's wonderful service compelled me to write a review. I came in for lunch admittedly in a bad mood compounded by the fact the app wouldn't work. The staff's friendly demeanor immediately turned my mood around. “Ordered two double sausage croissants and two bacon double croissants. I only got one double bacon croissant. The other sandwich I ordered was a single sausage croissant but my mothers two double sausage croissants were correct. Food was hot and fresh. The only suggestion I would make would be they need to double check to make sure the order is right. Other than that, very clean and very Good customer service. Still will be coming back.“

“I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was clean however when I walked in to pick up my order. I stood at the counter for one 15-20 min before anyone (4 workers) greeted me at all. I could tell they were busy with online orders but there were many conversations going on behind the counter not about work to where one of them could've asked my name and updated me on a time the food would be ready. “I go to this location since it is very close to work and on the way home,the food is okay,their entrees have more veggies than protein,of course their portions changed as well for the last couple years BUT their workers are super nice and pleasant. “I've only been to Sonic a handful of times, but decided to give it a go again because I was craving a milkshake. And WOW the Oreo Cheesecake shake is the way to go! They nailed the flavor.
I also ordered the limited time Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger. It was a bit drippy/messy with all the butter- but tasted sooo gooood. The onion rings never fail so I had to get those too.
Will definitely have to try more of their sweet options.“

“I needed something to eat before going to work. I remember how good their hot dogs are. So I purchased that with fries and drink. The fries are now crinkle fries they were not hot. They were okay. The hot dog was delicious and so was the tea“
