“I am so glad that they have been consistent for the last 6 years I have been their customer. I come here every single month.

1. Cake/bakery
This is their main jam. Cake prices went up by $10 per cake in the last 5 years, so smaller cake is minimum of $40-45 and medium to large cakes are $55+ with tax etc.

2. Sandwich: They have egg salad, tuna salad, chicken and korean beef salad. The key is consistency! Same taste and quality every time, that is what makes a business stay in the long run.

3. Service: not good anymore. This part went down quite a bit. Manager should note. They are rushing us and not courteous. This is how you LOSE customers. If there is no one behind the person and if their phone isn't pulling up your app fast enough, don't be mean!

4. App/rewards: I come here over shilla or breeze etc other korean bakeries because they have rewards program that actually works and this is why I stay with them.“

“I tried Auntie Anne’s for the first time on 3/09/24. I ordered a lemonade and mini pretzel dogs. The service was fast and good. The lemonade was delicious, and the mini pretzel dogs were tasty. If you are at this mall and need a snack this is a great option.

“I LOVE MILLY. She is such a sweet lady. Also, very beautiful at that. Her sense of style shows through her jewelry and I really feel like the way she treated me wasn't just customer service. She really is just a good person. She is so patient and so friendly. That's the type of people that belong in customer service!! She is an ideal hire.

I also believe that Sheila hires off of looks because the team I was served by was very beautiful. If I were a requiter, I'd hire them all to model! The two baristas were also very helpful. And *very* good looking. The stunning Asian girl who made my Cappuccino made sure it was extra dry like I asked and was so kind about it. With Milly, I had forgot to ask for extra dry and decaf, so the asian girl had already made it like a regular Cappuccino. But when I asked for a remake, she did so without looking at me like I was the worst person in the world lolz 😆 she just smiled, marked the wrong drink, and asked the handsome Samoan guy to help her make it.

I really did feel like I was at a host bar like they do in Japan. Each person I interacted with was so friendly. Milly was my favourite because I got to chat with her most. I look forward to my next visit!!“
