“If you’ve got a sweet tooth, Crumbl is dangerously good. The cookies are massive, soft, and served warm—basically a dessert lover’s dream. What really sets Crumbl apart is the weekly rotating menu. There’s always something new to try, from classic chocolate chip to wild, creative flavors like churro, key lime pie, or cosmic brownie. Some are hit-or-miss depending on your taste, but when they hit, they hit hard.

The presentation is also on point. The pink box feels premium, and the cookies look like they came straight out of a bakery photoshoot. They’re rich, thick, and shareable (though you might not want to share).

Only downside? They’re not cheap, and they’re definitely not “health food,” but for a treat, they’re worth every bite.

We had an unfortunate situation with another customer who was rather rude and made everyone uncomfortable. Another customer stepped in as did some staff and luckily the situation resolved itself rather quickly. “The first time I went to Levain Bakery ... I was in the Georgetown location, and I was concerned that this spot wouldn't be as good because you know, how could it be?

But let me tell you the Levain Bakery skills transfer ... These people can bake... I have never had a cookie like this... they are sooo delicious 🍪👩🏾‍🍳... I wish we had one of these in my town. “Randolphs has been my favorite bakery for years. The recent changes, sub contracting baking of breads, croissants, etc.,have forced me to go elsewhere. They no longer have the cakes, pastries and breads that made them the best of the best. In addition, the once classic store is crowded with displays of cocoa mix and other items that have nothing to do with the shop’s bakery offerings. I will still go in occasionally for challah, but that is it. They should take down the awning describing the shop as a Patisserie. It’s a bakery but not a patisserie.

So either make sure to pause and get a full sense of what’s available or ask the person behind the counter to highlight any flavors that might not be prominently displayed.“
