“We had dinner at Chef's Kitchen tonight, Feb. 21st. Our waiter Ben was amazing, as was the food. We started with the Burrata and Dumplings, both of which were mouth watering and glorious. My greatest fear is that those dumplings will haunt my dreams forever. I could probably eat them daily. I am telling you it was a religious experience. If not a religious experience then possibly a spiritual experience. I believe if Anthony Bourdain ate here he would have something pithy and wonderful to say. Something cultured and refined. For an entree we both had the braised duck gnocchi which was pillowy, creamy, and delicious. We paired the meal with a Cab Franc from barboursville which was decently priced and absolutely sublime. Give this place an opportunity. Eat here. My wife and I both agree that it is the best meal we have shared together in many years. Oh and ask for Ben and tip him well. He's the man.“

“What a phenomenal option. My wife and I were blown away. All of the food was exceptional and you can tell the staff both in and outside the kitchen really care about what they're doing. Our server Sara S was fantastic and very friendly devoting time to make conversations instead of rushing through a job. Additionally, culinary director Mitchell came to our table unprompted to check in with us and gave us a complimentary appetizer after hearing it was our first time dining there. He also reappeared toward the end of our meal and chatted with us a bit about his passion for the restaurant and the craft. Truly a great experience.“

“My husband and I were looking for a new place for breakfast last weekend and stumbled upon The Grill. We went on a Sunday after church and they were busy but our wait was short and staff was friendly. I ordered one of the breakfast specials, the Cinnamon sugar French toast, and it was honestly the best French toast I have ever had. I can’t even find words to describe how amazing this French toast tasted.. the cinnamon sugar made the crust a little crisp and it was truly to die for.. so good I’m still thinking about it over a week later 😂 Also the potatoes were crisp on the outside and so fluffy and delicious on the inside. This was the first time in years neither of us needed a to-go box because the food was so good we couldn’t stop eating it!! I don’t leave reviews as often as I should but our experience here was so good and we enjoyed the atmosphere so much we can’t wait to come back in with the whole family! Thank you to the staff and to the amazing chefs they have in the back! Until next time 🩵“

“My husband and I celebrated his birthday with brunch at Firebirds, and we had such a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, but what truly made our visit memorable was our waitress, Harmony.
Harmony was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind from the moment she greeted us. She made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal without ever making us feel rushed. Her positive attitude and excellent service made my husband's birthday celebration even more special.

The smoked salmon omelette was AMAZING. The herby cream cheese amped it up. The flavors went so well together.

You can stop by, quickly pickup items, and take home for heat and eat. I was tasked with making backup Thanksgiving holiday meal in case a planned gathering didn't pan out. You know how you might get a holiday invitation and you're not sure how it will work out. So, I decided that do it myself. I made my signature dish for the carry along to the planned meal, but I left the extra back home, and I got the 3 lb smoked turkey to go from Honey Baked Ham, and make a few sides at home. After buying a pie and ice cream, I was set. No fuss, no stress. Great way to de-stress for the holiday and have a backup in case your Thanksgiving Invite Destination folks CAN'T COOK! You can show up, he cordial, bring your plate, then go home and have your meal, your way, and everyone is happy. Just my thoughts.“

Due to my schedule and my time in Richmond to see my son and his family, I’m always heading to Joe’s Out to grab amazing food and of course their fabulous Ice Cream! 9 out of 10 times I’m greeted by Austin, the young man that always smiles and provides you with great conversation and service. “Red lobster off Hull Street in Chesterfield Virginia is my favorite Red lobster to go to. The food and the service is always excellent and variety of options and lunch specials. All the other severs there are also wonderful. I go to this location at least two or three times a month.“

“I stumbled across this place after going to the Richmond Tattoo Festival. I ordered the Buffalo winds and fries and it was absolutely delicious. The wing/fries were a generous size that I could only eat five wings. Jeanette, Sabrina and Shante were very attentive and nice. I would definitely come back to try the honey sriracha wings. “I had an amazing experience at Applebee’s! From the moment my son and I walked in, we were greeted warmly and made to feel like valued customers. The food was absolutely delicious—everything was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations.

“I am not a chain restaurant lover, but I'll make an exception for LongHorn. My husband and I split the porterhouse and added an extra salad--the strawberry salad, it is one of my favorites. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I really wish they would bring back the porterhouse for 2 and the tableside steaksauce. We used to go every couple of months and get this. We make it work this way, but why did you get rid of it?? Seriously though, this is the only chain steakhouse I will go to. Bonus tip--go at 3pm. You get better service during off hours and the steak is always cooked just right!“

“Sedona is definitely a go to spot for us… service is always good with some mishaps sometimes. But always minor enough to keep us coming back. I celebrated my sister’s birthday tonight with a party of 7 and our server Jaeda was on point. She was excellent with her timing for returning to our table for drink refills and our food came out at a good time. She was prompt with check-ins and excellent with service overall. Very calm and personable and made the birthday dinner quite enjoyable.
The only negative thing I have to say is I ordered a Gorgonzola salad to go with no walnuts and I didn’t look at it until I got home. It is very soggy looking even though dressing was on the side and hardly any lettuce.. It was so finely chopped it looked like it belonged as a taco topping and reeks so heavily of onions.
I had seen a customer order it in restaurant before and it looked delicious and full but this takeout just looked sad. Still will be coming back and am going to reach out tomorrow for a potential refund or gift card credit for the salad. Sedona is still a favorite of mine and service is definitely good and I’m thankful this salad mishap has truly been the only negative experience I’ve had of years of patronage to the establishment.
Aside from my ramble if y’all visit definitely ask for Jaeda because her service is stellar. There is also a food runner, I don’t remember his name, seems to work a lot there, always remembers me and my baby and comes to say hi to her and there’s Logan, a host there—always warm and excellent at greeting customers!“

“We recently had my mom's Celebration of Life with family at Capital Ale House and I was blown away by the service, food and friendliness of the staff. We decided to go with a gatherings menu and the food choices did not disappoint! Everyone was commenting on how great the food was. It was hard to narrow down the items because everything sounded so great(we had never eaten here before). We had plenty of food and the our family were more than happy to take home leftovers. I would highly recommend Capital Ale! I do want to thank our wonderful servers Frances and Keira...y'all were rock stars keeping up with our crew! Thank y'all so much for making a tough day for our family the way our mom wanted it to be...just a great day celebrating her life with her loved ones with excellent food and drinks!“

“Service was very quick. We got refills when we needed them. We are a family of 5. Usually we have to wait and they text us. So we will walk over to the bookstore. This time we got a table right away. They had endless fries and kept them coming for the whole table. These sliders were delicious! We always get the stack of onion rings as well which are always nice and crispy. But not too crispy. The picky kids were even happy!“
