“This is just a Subway and with that said, this is also one of the most consistent, well managed, and clean fast food resturants I have ever been to. The owners and staff are fantastic and do an amazing job running this location.

Working in downtown Norfolk, I am very thankful to have them for a quick and affordable meal option.“

“Stopped in here before heading to the outlets. What a great concept!!! You walk in and there's sub bags labeled by protein, so you grab it and then they have other options they make with added protein. Then you mark what toppings and bread type you want. They provide red sharpies for writing your requests. After you decide everything you hand the cashier the bag and they go right to making your sub. It's all open concept too. So you see everything. The subs were even warmed just enough to slightly melt the cheese. They have $7 sub days on each day if the week. Its very clean. The people working were so kind and helpful. This is probably one of the best subs I've had in awhile. You can get fries or chips to add on. They have cookies to buy too. Definitely gonna go back to try their reuben.

“It is quite the rarity to be a patron of a chain restaurant and be met with EXCELLENT customer service, quality food, and personable engagement almost every time! The staff and product here are extremely exceptional! I can only assume they have leadership that cares. My usual go-to options are : Meatball Sub, Italian Grill Chicken Salad, Chicken and Dumplings or Tuna Sub . Any of those are golden . Even when I'm not ordering food there, the staff still recognizes me and greets with a warm wave in passing.“

“Came 4/13/23 around 9pm.Had a 50% coupon but app was glitching the owner still applied the coupon.They were quick & attentive.Sparse on giving the salad tho by the other staff. It was clean and we were greeted and helped as soon as we entered. I actually stopped going in there because the customer service was trash and I hate to say that because there’s a lot of good folks working there I’m sure, but it just seems like lack of training but anyway I had no choice. She actually smiled at me and said absolutely sir. It’s not a problem. Let’s start over fresh I couldn’t believe it if this would’ve happened before they would’ve been pissed this was actually a sandwich for my wife, so I wanted to make sure it was dead on what she wants so we backed up and started it over. She was super generous. I kept telling her I was sorry that this was my fault and she said absolutely not. Don’t worry about it. We are here to help and to serve you the best that we can.WOWOWOW. So she faked my sandwich. She actually checked me out as well, and I asked her what her name was that I was going to talk to a manager to let them know that they made the right decision by hiring this young lady this place could be so much better if all of their customer service was like this I really could not believe it and I will be back. It was a very good experience. I believe the girls’s name was HAVEN. She couldn’t have been there long or if she has been, I’ve just never seen her, but that’s the kind of service you want polite kind willing to just smile and make sure her customers were happy and satisfied I’ve told three or four friends about it. They’re gonna start going in there as well and they have stopped going there because of the customer service as well. I really hope she sticks around. She could make a great addition to the higher up subway management that’s how you’re supposed to run a restaurant“
