“It is quite the rarity to be a patron of a chain restaurant and be met with EXCELLENT customer service, quality food, and personable engagement almost every time! The staff and product here are extremely exceptional! I can only assume they have leadership that cares. My usual go-to options are : Meatball Sub, Italian Grill Chicken Salad, Chicken and Dumplings or Tuna Sub . Any of those are golden . Even when I'm not ordering food there, the staff still recognizes me and greets with a warm wave in passing.“

Parking: Parking can be a challenge if the lot is full, but if you hit it at a time when the little shopping center it's located in isn't crowded, it's not bad at all.“

However they need to hire more people because it took entirely too long to make my sandwich. I ordered went to the bathroom to do a long number two and the food still wasn’t ready. Stop being cheap and hire more folks to make the sandwiches, especially on weekends.“

I came here with my partner that came here a lot while he was working nearby and he told me how good it was, so we tried it for the first time together and it was a great experience. We laughed with two of the employees and they were very kind to us. Let me tell you, The girl with pink hair and the gentleman that was working with her around 7 o'clock on saturday, october fifth, deserve a raise. “It’s been quite a while since I’ve been to a Subway, I (and many others) felt they had gone downhill over the years. I decided to try them again and I’m glad I did. (At least) this store in Glenwood Shoppes has vastly improved. The staff was friendly and greeted me upon my arrival, and the other customers came in after me. Granted, I’d arrived before the lunch rush, so they were not yet very busy. I was offered an opportunity to try there ‘new’ Cheesy Garlic Bread, so being a fan of cheese and garlic, I was easily sold on it. I knew what I wanted before arriving; their BMT – toasted. It was 29 degrees outside. I was pleasantly surprised to have the sandwich built with individual ingredients, as is prepared by Jersey Mike’s and the Blimpies of old, rather than a pre-made slab of item shoved into a bun. The staff tag-teamed as the sandwich came out of the oven and sent to the accessories line for the items of my choice. I gotten a large, so no chips this time. I rarely ever drink the numerous sweet fizzy soft drinks that flood our markets and will almost always opt for unsweetened iced tea, generally with little or no ice. Being early, there was plenty of seating available even for the small strip mall location. It was filling up quickly, as I was finishing a pretty fine lunch and several workers from the nearby shipping terminal came in in groups. (This) Subway was really improved since my last visit. I hope the other in the vast chain have as well.“

Layla had a line at the register and was so polite and accommodating to everyone - she took orders quickly with a smile and kept the line moving. Even though they were busy, it didn't take long at all to get my sub. The gentleman who made my sub was also incredibly polite. It's not often that you see great service in the fast-food setting anymore, but this crew has it together and takes pride in giving good service and making good food.
