“One of my ABsolute favorite spots & I'd give 10 stars to The 10 Top! I cant say enough about this low key hidden gem. Their unique dishes, homemade soups & croutons etc. is some of the best food/retro atmosphere in Norfolk, and I dont say that lightly. Yums & noms!! Consistently something unique and interesting on their specials/soups and menu that intrigues and makes you want to try it all - makes choosing what to order tough bc it all is so amaze! Hats 🎩 off to the chefs, owner and employees.“

“Norfolk Botanical Gardens is always a yes. I finally had the pleasure of visiting the Holiday Lights Display. The trail is walkable for all age groups and abilities. (There are benches to sit on all along the way). I highly recommend it, for a memorable experience. 💚🥰🎄☃️“

“This is just a Subway and with that said, this is also one of the most consistent, well managed, and clean fast food resturants I have ever been to. The owners and staff are fantastic and do an amazing job running this location.

Working in downtown Norfolk, I am very thankful to have them for a quick and affordable meal option.“

“Stopped in here before heading to the outlets. What a great concept!!! You walk in and there's sub bags labeled by protein, so you grab it and then they have other options they make with added protein. Then you mark what toppings and bread type you want. They provide red sharpies for writing your requests. After you decide everything you hand the cashier the bag and they go right to making your sub. It's all open concept too. So you see everything. The subs were even warmed just enough to slightly melt the cheese. They have $7 sub days on each day if the week. Its very clean. The people working were so kind and helpful. This is probably one of the best subs I've had in awhile. You can get fries or chips to add on. They have cookies to buy too. Definitely gonna go back to try their reuben.

I had the Italian,classic trio. We had a turkey sub. The olive salad on the Italian sub was amazing! Brought all the flavors together fantastically.“

“It is quite the rarity to be a patron of a chain restaurant and be met with EXCELLENT customer service, quality food, and personable engagement almost every time! The staff and product here are extremely exceptional! I can only assume they have leadership that cares. My usual go-to options are : Meatball Sub, Italian Grill Chicken Salad, Chicken and Dumplings or Tuna Sub . Any of those are golden . Even when I'm not ordering food there, the staff still recognizes me and greets with a warm wave in passing.“

“To the angry hag making the sandwiches, don't assume someone is cool with changing their requested condiment without asking. Especially when they're 15 ft away. And definitely don't get angry when said patron is not wanting their food because of your choice. You could have asked and ranch would have been fine.“

“Customer service was well, the store seemed exceptionally clean for Norfolk standards. Even the rest room was somewhat clean. However they need to hire more people because it took entirely too long to make my sandwich. I ordered went to the bathroom to do a long number two and the food still wasn’t ready. Stop being cheap and hire more folks to make the sandwiches, especially on weekends.“

I came here with my partner that came here a lot while he was working nearby and he told me how good it was, so we tried it for the first time together and it was a great experience. We laughed with two of the employees and they were very kind to us. I love the atmosphere because even though there was nobody (because it was before 1pm) we still AMAZING service and delicious sandwiches.“

“My family and I really like this location. Our food has always been great and our orders have always been right. The wait is usually short, and it's still a reasonable time even when they're busy. The staff has always been friendly and helpful when I've been there. My parents and I like their #13 Italian sub. My brother LOVES their toasted chicken bacon ranch.

Parking: Parking can be a challenge if the lot is full, but if you hit it at a time when the little shopping center it's located in isn't crowded, it's not bad at all.“

It was clean and we were greeted and helped as soon as we entered.
