“Been ordering from here for over a year now. Convenient location, clean store, friendly staff, good take-out foods. Only complaint I have is it is opened at 10AM. If I order online, the first pickup is 10:15 AM which is understandable. However, when I get there at 10:15AM, often time they didn't even know about the order so another wait of 10 more mins. There is a disconnect between the online system and the people at the store. Please have this fixed. Time is critical in the morning when we need to get somewhere on time.“

“This place has really good banh mi at good prices. I think they may have changed their bread recipe recently, because the bread used to be too hard but now it's soft with the right amount of crisp on the crust. Ham Banh Mi is hard to beat.

The other lady not so much, she had bad attitude, and rude come backs when she barely put cheese on the sandwich and then when I asked her which sandwich had jalapeños she asked Omar to open the sandwich because she didn’t remember. Her attitude was terrible! All she had to do was make a mark on the sandwich that was different, that was it. The only reason I take a star is because of her attitude, other than that it was good service.“

“This is my favorite Subway. I have been to many subways in my lifetime. I've never been impressed to where I thought I'd write a review. I've come here three times so far and each time I was greeted with a smile. The vegetables are always fresh and the store is always clean. The employees are always patient with me and my kids because we never know what we want. One day I had gotten off of work and got some mud in the store from my boots. They were not angry at all, definitely didn't do it on purpose, but they could see how exhausted and hungry I was at the time. Seems like the movie theater and food court are what is keeping this bankrupt Mall going. A lot of idependently owned stores with some clothing and other merchandise and a few chain retailers.“
