“One of the best Thai places I’ve been to in a while. The food was amazing and the prices are very reasonable.

For starters, we got the only chicken tom kha and the yum caramelized dried fish salad. Both were out of this world. The tom kha was packed with chicken and vegetables, but the soup itself was good enough to eat on its own. This was the first time we tried a caramelized dried fish salad but it’s probably our favorite now.

For entrees, we got the fish prik glua and crispy duck with basil. Both were wonderful. Each came with a good amount of fish/duck and vegetables. We were too full to get desert but will definitely try next time.“

“Decided to try mae ornnit with my sister based on the strong reviews they have. Our server provided excellent, attentive service from start to finish. Mixed reviews on the food: Papaya salad was a downer. Lacks that nice flavor with fish sauce and papaya slices were sliced a bit too thick. Tom kha gai and chicken wonton soups were a winner. Lovely coconut milk flavor for tom kha soup. Fried tofu was pretty decent. The sweet and sour sauce for crispy flounder rocked, but I was expecting a slightly fresher flounder than what we had. Overall a pretty nice experience and we may return if we pass by the area again.“

“We love eating here - my favorite is the cream cheese wontons and my husband likes the Pad KraPow. Lots of vegetarian options (though the curry is all made with fish sauce, at least they warn you up front). Cocktails are around $10 and they have some yummy non alcoholic drinks too.“

“my favorite hole-in-wall thai ! finally i found a Thai place with a curry sauce that features great veggies + meat, decent portions, and silky smooth. The pangang and green curry were delicious...the green curry was great but the pangang was chef's kiss. We also got the Pad Thai and combo basil fried rice... excellent! As if that wasn't enough...there were chics kicking a** behind the counter. Li, her sister, and a young girl were all very friendly and quite the cooks in the kitchen.
PS at first glance the parking looks terrible but there's more & better parking behind the building.

“My wife and I were here on business for a couple of weeks and saw this place when we Googled Thai food this place popped up. Well worth the 4.7 stars and more. We had Shrimp Khao Pad and Pad Thai. Both dishes were delicious and more than enough in portion. Service was fast and friendly. Would definitely eat here again and recommended dining for anyone looking for a Thai fix. “I ordered a spicy tuna roll ($12) and the spider roll ($15). $12 is pretty pricey for a simple tuna roll. The flavor of the spider roll was delicious but it was only 5 pieces. So it was $29 with tax for 13 pieces of sushi. If they can get those prices down I'd be back. The owner is very nice but I can't afford those prices on the regular“

“Had read some mixed reviews but we gave it a shot and we were greatly impressed! We called ahead for our party of 10 and they had our reservations ready and accommodated us nicely. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Our party ranged from age 14 to 55, some loved Thai and some had never tried it. There was something for everyone to enjoy on the menu. Plus, it was very reasonably priced. We had a large party and it didn't break the bank, as they say. Great food and comradery was had by all! I don't normally write reviews, but again, I was impressed. Definitely recommend!“

“This is the best thai restaurant in NoVA, owned by such a lovely family, who also used to own Happy Thai near Mosaic. We know because we used to go to Happy Thai all the time but since the owner change it wasn’t the same. Through luck we learned that the owner family actually owned this restaurant first! “I ordered Kee Mow(drunken noodles) & Gai Sub - Eggplant for takeout. Since this is my first time, I ordered mild for drunken noodle and medium for gai sub. I don’t know why I thought I could eat 2 meals by myself, they give you good amt of food. Enough for me to eat for dinner then lunch and dinner on next day. Both tasted so good!!

I'm not Thai myself so I'm not sure how accurate the food is but me and my friends ate our respective dishes down to the last grain of rice and got to chat with one of the ladies for a little bit too.

Based on location I can see why it can appear to be empty, but I saw a number of people grab to-go orders so I know there are people here who like this spot too.

Pricing is pretty reasonable with a good array of options so if you're looking for a new Thai spot to check out I'd recommend this one.“

“This is a Thai Place to try and a place to keep coming back to.

I got the Chicken Satay and it was beyond wonderful. This was juicy chicken and all the flavors could be tasted. My problem with other places is that the chicken is either so dry or the chicken couldn’t be tasted. This was a phenomenal dish made by them and I was super satisfied.

I also got the fried chicken with garlic over rice and the portion was beyond suitable as a male in construction. Super reasonable and great.

“Discovered a hidden gem today. Supreme Thai Bistro came up on yelp when I searched halal options in Chantilly. Hadn’t heard of it before and on calling they confirmed beef and chicken being halal. For $9 you get tom yum soup, an egg roll and an entree option. We got a beef green curry, and a chicken drunken noodles. Also added an appetizer of chicken satay and another spicy beef salad. Wasn’t going to turn down the opportunity to try out some halal options when I could. Must say, was instantly blown over by their presentation. Taste and flavor was also not a disappointment. The beef salad was very similar to ones Iv had in Thailand. The tum tum soup was on the sweet side, but nevertheless very flavourful. Green curry was spot on and so were the drunken noodles. We asked for medium spice level with the spice tray on the side, but I never needed to adjust the spices for my taste. next time you’r craving some halal food, I urge you to try out Supreme Thai bistro if you happen to be in the area.“
