The waffle tasted incredibly fresh, and the pistachio kunafa flavor had the perfect crunch without being overly sweet—really well balanced. The hazelnut ice cream was rich and delicious as well.

Portion-wise, I do feel the second scoop could be slightly more generous for the price, but the quality definitely makes up for it.

I usually can’t finish desserts, but this one was so good I ate the entire thing. Would absolutely come back again!“

“I’ve been here twice in the past week, and both times the customer service was absolutely exceptional. On my first visit, a staff member (I wish I could remember his name!) was incredibly helpful. I had no idea it was a Martha Stewart collaboration, and he patiently walked us through all our options for the order we selected.
When I went in last night, the manager was there, and she was phenomenal! She had such an incredible vibe and exuded so much positive energy that I knew I had to leave a review. “I did not realize I hadn't put this in earlier so I apologize for this very late review. The experience with Kalyani from start to finish was amazing. I wanted some things I couldn't see on the order form online and she was so very accommodating, gracious and so quick to respond. I ordered 8 mini cheesecakes (Nutella, lavender, blueberry, saffron, red velvet and plain) and a 9" chocolate cheesecake with chocolate ganache. Everything was so beautifully presented...one of those moments where you eat first with your eyes in anticipation because you almost don't want to cut into it. They all were fantastic...tasting true to their flavors and the ingredients were so incredibly fresh with just the right amount of balance of spice, sweet and slight tang. I'm sensitive to ingredients and I had no reactions so I knew hers were top quality. As this was for a special occasion with a friend coming into town, it really made her visit extra special. I would definitely recommend her cheesecake to anyone who loves quality cheesecake and wonderful customer service. “Original baker had an error on a cake for a 65th birthday. I went to Fran’s the same day they corrected the entire image and reprinted it so I could fix it!! They were so kind and cared that this was a special event for my boyfriend’s mom. Very attentive to detail, went over dimensions with me, and was able to print the image RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!! “The best little bakery you could ask for and it’s right in my neighborhood. This could be a problem. Maybe if I walk there I can burn enough calories to justify a daily cinnamon roll. And time my arrival as Max is pulling them out of the oven. Because they are sooo good. Also try the baguettes, croissants, and various pastries that seem to randomly roll out throughout the morning. Note: if you want a fat Cinnabon, go to the mall. These are cinnamon rolls with a moist, barely baked center. Apparently not everyone is a fan of the sweet gooey center. “Order 6 cookies for delivery and one of the cookies I recieved was wrong, got the pink cookie instead of chocolate chip. Not that big of a deal except the chocolate chip is the only one of my family member will eat. Also every time I ask this location to add a special note it never gets done. Tried contacting support, but it didnt work. Next time I guess ill save the extra $5 delivery fee and go in myself so I can verify I got what I paid for.“

Alison further accommodated our distant guests who joined us via Zoom and helped us send them some goodies and treats via a celebration box! Further, she even recommended our caterer and helped calm some anxious nerves about the dynamics of planning a wedding during a world pandemic! “We (on a whim) stopped in with a group of ten, 10 year old girls after a morning of playing at Activate. We probably threw the staff off for a few minutes until we got everyone situated and the staff handled it wonderfully. It was a lot of kids to come in at lunchtime on a Sunday and we really appreciated the staff stepping up to keep things moving right along so we didn’t impede anyone else’s experience. The girls had a wonderful time getting a treat or two and we did as well. At the end, someone realized it was our daughter’s birthday and brought over a slice of cake and a candle. Over the top thoughtfulness and kindness. I was already a fan of Paris Baguette, but even more so after our experience. We loved doing the at home tasting and appreciated that Ocean took the time to do a video call with us before we booked!! “It was my first time trying out this place this morning. I had to order the tiramisu iced latte just because who has tiramisu lattes, lol. It was absolutely divine. I would definitely go back and order another one. I also tasted the everything cloud bagel, which was nice and puffy/fluffy. And lastly, I had the Pain Au Chocolate. I highly recommend trying all of the above. Honestly, everything tasted high quality. I even saw the love the pastry chefs were putting into the food.“
