“This is the classic RTC spot. A go-to for afterschool treats every year starting second grade. The cardamom flavor rocks… There’s almost no reason to go to RTC anymore post-covid and paid parking, but Pitango has stuck around, outlasting Red Velvet, Busara, Big Bowl, Mon Ami Gabi, and even Clyde’s… once it closes I may never return. It’s criminal what Boston Properties has done to Reston Town Center, which for me was more than the center of Reston, it was the center of the world, nay, the universe. Even Pitango’s long-time neighbor The Counter has disappeared. I fear RTC’s Pitango may not be long for this world, would like to return sometime soon. Vintage photos attached“

“A traditional LBS(Local Bike Store). The shop works with its customers for their mutual benefit (revenue for the shop, service for the customer), as it should be, not biasing the transaction to either party. The service crew is warm, friendly, and helpful. I hope that I have found my new LBS for supporting my bicycling habit. Love that they incorporate a coffee shop & brewery into their operation too.“

“What a welcome addition to the South Reston area! The coffee bar is great. You can’t survive here with a bad one. But the food! And the pastries! Both are really good and consistently so from week to week. They have one of the best BLTs in the area.“

“Visited The Commons Fooderie and had a really pleasant experience. The food was fresh and full of flavour, especially the grilled sandwich which was perfectly toasted and paired well with crispy chips and a delicious dip. The drinks, particularly the strawberry matcha latte, were beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The café itself has a lovely, bright atmosphere with stylish décor and lots of natural light, making it a great place to relax. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, and the central location makes it an easy and convenient spot to visit. Would definitely recommend and will be back again.“

“I love that Starbucks there! I was a student from Fusion academy. I would walk there almost everyday to get venti size refreshers! The employees were friendly! And I would feel very satisfied every time I go there greeting the employees makes me happy.

Food is good I tried the breakfast sandwich and I am not mad it’s not bad at all.

Service: It’s fast sometimes very fast

Atmosphere: Had music playing for relax and sounds of making coffee.

Needs improvement: The floors are dirty but not very dirty it’s just some dust or tiny particles of food but not much but still happy about it.“

“Free refills when you hang out :) Everyone is kind and thoughtful even when they are slammed. The atmosphere is great. Music is at a reasonable level to work on my laptop and have conversations. It's busy but no fights for seating. Temperature is always nice even when it's not outside. Lastly, the Pikes Place was on POINT today *chefs kiss*.“

“Tatte Bakery in Reston offers a beautiful space and delicious food—everything from the pastries to the coffee is thoughtfully made and full of flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. That said, the service could be more attentive and efficient, and cleanliness (especially around tables and restrooms) could use some improvement. Still, the quality of the food and overall vibe make it worth a visit.“

“I wanted to say that I have been several times over the years. Although things are a little pricey they are always well done and delicious. In addition, I wanted to give a special shout out to Nicki who is a ray of sunshine and always goes the extra mile to ensure that customers are taken care of. To finish, the lavender lattes are a particular favorite of mine and the tempura crab cakes I had most recently were really divine. 4.75 stars“
