“I don’t know who was working the 8:40 Jan 13 shift but they were fantastic! It was two teenagers the girl with reddish brown hair and a guy with black curly hair. SUPER nice, great manners, and great food. I’m gluten free and for the first time in what feels like forever they changed their gloves! They always have more than enough food which I’ve found isn’t in most places. By far the best chipotle in the Richmond area!“

“Came to this chipotle after my son’s basketball tournament. It was pretty chill and not crowded. One of boys only eat the sofritas and unfortunately when we came it looked dry and not that appealing for the bit left. Asked the lady how long would it be before they have a fresh batch and she said no time soon, it takes 15mins. Told her we were willing to wait. Got my other son’s food while we waited in which he wanted to try the honey chicken. He said it was really good. When the sofritas was ready they called us over. Nice portions and very friendly customer service. Even the cashier. Thank you all so much! It was a pleasant and seamless experience after a long day we had. I’m sorry I didn’t get your names!“

“This location at THIS time of day (10:45... When they open) was great. Everything was ready, tables, floors and soda dispensers were clean. Outside(which is where we sat) was free of trash, tables were decent although they could've been wiped down, but wasn't messy, just dusty. All in all. Nice. Food was great, right temp, correct proportions and of course, the taste.... The flavor of what you expect at CHIPOTLE. We'll be back!“

“The goal of Chipotle is to be identical no matter which location you go to. For that reason, I would never normally leave a review. I am writing this today because of your staff member, Edwin, who went above and beyond for me today. I severely injured my back and this visit was my first time stepping out of the house. “Not sure why this location is 2.5 stars?… First time here. I mean, I guess I was sort of disappointed that they were out of both Sour Cream and the Cilantro Lime sauce. But, that happens with any establishment. The Chicken Al Pastor bowl that I ordered in-person tasted as expected and the portions were normal too. The inside didn’t look disgusting like the other reviews mentioned and the service was good/normal too…
Everyone already knows that you’re playing yourself when you try to online-order at Chipotle. The portions are typically normal sized when you order in-person. Meanwhile, you typically get skimped for DoorDash/online. Overall, if I need a quick meal and I’m feeling Chipotle, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. To each their own I suppose…“

“I stopped by Chipotle Mexican Grill in Richmond for a quick meal, and it’s always a reliable spot when you want something fast but still fresh. The best part is that everything is made right in front of you, so you can customize your burrito, bowl, or tacos exactly how you like it.

I went with a burrito bowl with chicken, rice, black beans, fajita veggies, and a few different salsas. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the portions were generous. It’s simple food, but the flavors come together really well.

“I leave Innsbrook to drive to this Chipotle. Ten times better than the one out here on ALL LEVELS. So far through the years,I have never been disappointed! Please keep up the good work. However, I do always have to ask for more rice and more protein. I'm not a toddler. Lol“
