“This is a nicer hotel that’s very close to the airport. The only bummer was that the shuttle to the airport in the morning only ran every half hour. Be sure to put your name on the list at the front desk because the shuttle only had room for 10 passengers. Richmond airport is easy to fly in and out of. When I have to go to the area, I’ll often turn my rental car in the night before my flight and take a shuttle to the airport hotel and then shuttle back in the morning. To pick up the shuttle to the hotel from the airport, you need to go to the middle island and to the right as you exit the baggage claim area. I would suggest calling the hotel and letting them know you’re there if you don’t see the shuttle.“

A ton of the places around here use microwave eggs or other shortcuts - not here. I also ordered an Arnold Palmer and watched the very kind woman at the counter squeeze the lemons fresh right there. So excited to have this option in downtown now!“

Could the person please take their call outside? I really don't want to hear other people that loud. It's disruptive to the ambience. The Maple Tahini Special Drink was extraordinary! Homemade blackberry cobbler to take home. It was delicious! Good food and friendly service! Will definitely be back!

It had been a while since my last visit and decided to stop in for a coffee while passing through the Richmond area. I was surprised that a cold coffee concentrate was used as a replacement for a double shot of espresso in my iced latte...even more surprised from Blanchard's with a beautiful 3-group Strada. Friendly staff & well-kept indoor/outdoor environment.“

Found this place off of the reviews, and walked over from the hotel. While on a road trip, you don't find many flood coffee places, Lift was awesomeness!!!
Walked in and ordered, asked for a cup of water for the pup, guy tells me they have a bowl out back. He made sure the water was fresh for us.
While walking that way, I also realized they served hot food. So glad, because it was great. Sat in the outdoor space with the pup and enjoyed!
Not sure if I mentioned, the coffee!!! It was so good, I left with an extra one to go!!!
The outdoor space was super welcoming and spacious. Also, there is parking out back.

“I love this location and the other nearby at Target. However, I use this location for mobile ordering, as Target is not owned by Starbucks and doesn't allow mobile orders for that reason. Have made numerous errors when placing orders (or picking it up) and the employees here have always been nice enough to fix the errors, even though it's not their fault - great customer service!“

“Stopped by one early morning simply because it was one of the very few coffee spots open on the way to work when visiting downtown Richmond. I came away impressed enough to download the Dunkin' app and return every morning for the rest of my week here. The ambiance is unique, the staff are friendly, the place is always clean, and the non-donut food items are actually not that bad. The $3 coffee is already well-known to be decent, and the donuts are. . . well. . . donuts, so the app-exclusive deals that pair the coffee with discounted food items were worth having yet another app downloaded on your app-overloaded phone. I know it's a well-established east-coast thing, but I'm now looking forward to their west coast expansion so I can continue using the app at home!

“Oh I went here with a friend of mine I had never been here. We ordered some subs and boy were they delicious period and the price is pretty decent. But when I looked on their shelves boy they got some really high prices on those shelves. Considering that is a somewhat poverty area the prices are insane. God please talk to the management or whoever owns this place. I'm not going to recommend it if you're going to go grocery shopping I'm just not but if you want a great Sub Stop in and get one“
