Huge ice cream selection and the best milkshake to be found on this side of town. Prices are reasonable. Good portion sizes. If in the mood for an all American meal (subs burgers fries etc) this is your place.“

It’s obvious the staff puts care in the prep of every sandwich. The toast was toasted perfectly with the right amount of crunch, eggs were lightly seasoned with pepper before whisking, and the cheese was nice and “melty”. “Found this gem while looking for a brewery that was open early on a Sunday, and had food. Mostly indoor seating, but it's a lovely space looking into the brewery. Staff was excellent in explaining the brewery history, the beers and the food. We ordered all the apps and enjoyed them all. Then we got a little creative and ordered the chicken strips to tear up and put on their mushroom pizza, as they don't offer additional proteins or toppings. Both were excellent. Only downfall was parking, but we did see something down the alley that may have been for the brewery.“

I even prefer it over Health Ade, Forage, Rowdy Mermaid and Dr. Brew (I’ve tried a bunch). “The tacos are delicious, the service is friendly and the restaurant is clean. From the outside it looks bleak but I come for the food not the atmosphere. Try the Tripa, Lengua, or Carne Asada tacos and ask for the corn tortillas which are made fresh.“

It’s a small place that’s big on great food.“

“Casa del Branco was such a gem! The location right on the canal is adorable — I sat inside, and the space was beautifully decorated and full of charm. It’s definitely a cute spot for a date night or dinner with friends.

That said, the real highlight was the food. I ordered the margarita flight and had so much fun trying their specials — 10/10 experience if you can’t decide on just one flavor.

We started with the traditional queso and chips. It was good overall, just a little thick in consistency for my preference, but still tasty.

The absolute star of the night was the carne asada fries — perfection. You could truly taste the char from the grill on the meat, and the flavors were incredible. Easily my favorite dish.

We finished with the dynamite shrimp tacos and steak tacos, and both were so good. Every bite was packed with flavor.

The portions were generous — we ordered for two people and still had plenty left over. I truly enjoyed the entire meal and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend!“
