“Always great food no matter when we go! And service is usually on point. After the first year of hype, we've never had a problem doing a walk-in and being seated without waiting more than five-ish minutes. However, I'd still recommend doing a reservation because you can pick your dining experience that way since Ellie Bird certainly has 4 zones of vibe. There is the bar, which has the most attentive service and I actually prefer it on weeknights, but it bumps into the waiting area and they don't really separate the two, so we've had weekend patrons reach between us while dining to order drinks while they wait for a table. The front dining room is buzzy, on theme, and what you probably are expecting if you haven't been here yet, but frequently need a reservation to get seated here. The kitchen counter seating is an interesting experience if you've never done something like that, but each time we've been there, the service has not been as attentative as the other zones. Finally there is the back dining room, which is where you are likely to get seated as a walk-in, especially on a relatively busy night. Don't fret, the food and service are just as good as the front room, but the ambiance is totally different. It feels like a lower tier restaurant back there.“

“Honestly, some of the best chicken I’ve had in Virginia. Really tender and juicy and the seasoning is super tasty. I got the medium and felt like it was just enough spice to still enjoy the flavor. I can’t bring myself to try code blue, however, a coworker of mine did and said it was not an enjoyable experience but it was worth trying if your for a challenge,lol! Highly recommend!“

“First time trying Dave's Hot Chicken and wow 🔥🐔 definitely impressed! I ordered the mini 4 pieces, Dave’s Mozz, and the PR Orange Lavaburst drink. Everything was sooo delicious and fresh. The chicken had amazing flavor with the perfect crunch. I honestly ate everything 😂💯 Customer service was great and the food came out hot and fast. I can see why everybody talks about this place now. “Craving Korean fried chicken and wanted to try this spot located inside CafeV. Called and got a run down on the flavor profiles for the wings. Placed a take-away order over the phone for the Hot Spicy. Was advised it would take 20min. Not an issue. When we arrived we waited a few more minutes to retrieve our order. The female employee was welcoming. You can also order via kiosk or at the counter. The restaurant is always clean, brightly lit and offers conversation level popular music playing in the background.

We retrieved our order and when we got home the wings were still hot, temp wise. First bite, flavor explosion! So good. The skin was crispy and the sauce provided a gentle heat first and quickly intensified the more I ate, yum. The chicken itself was flavorful and moist. We will definitely order again. Me the Hot Spicy, perfect level of spices, heat and a touch of sweet and my husband wants to try his hand at the Wings of Fire!“

“I came in lost. Unsure of what I wanted. Starving and clueless, Eldana(I hope I spelt right) kindly guided me to crafting the perfect meal. The manager, Andrea, and her sidekick Siem, created the most welcoming environment. The service was exceptional right when I walked in the door. The food was amazing. Turkey or beef versions are normally labeled “turkey ham” or “beef ham.” It may help avoid confusion for Muslim customers if the menu clearly states that your ham is made from turkey or beef.“

“Was in Springfield today and wanted to grab something different for dinner. I’m happy that I stopped Village chicken. If you’ve never been here I would definitely stop and give it a try. We got the chicken, souvlaki bowl and lamb Gyro and a shredded chicken bowl. They were are absolutely amazing! We will be visiting again soon!“

“Dining at shababi was an absolute delight. I came to celebrate after I finished taking my board exams and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. To start they brought some hummus topped with shredded beef and beat spread, which the former was my favorite. They later brought the roasted chicken which had been marinated for 48 hours plus. While I didn't do delivery, I overheard a couple of folks mentioning some recent order issues, so maybe dine-in is the safer bet for now. Overall though, still a solid and satisfying fast-food experience.“

“Been eating at this chain my whole life and they’re still the only Chinese food restaurants I like. They use soy sauce rather than brown sauce which makes the biggest difference. Plus their prices and portion size can’t be beat. They closed 2 locations because of Covid but this one is still here and I drive out of my way to eat here. I hope this location and the rest never close.“
