“Decent boba place. We got the mango drink and taro bubble drink. Mango had an okay flavor and had a good level of creaminess: 3.5 stars. The taro drink had a good amount of lychee jelly/good flavor and a good level of creaminess. It also had a strong taro flavor: 4 stars. There was no wait and we got our drinks pretty quick.“

“Visited the newly opened Tapioca Express in Herndon today. Enjoyed their boba and was surprised they had so many snack options!! Favorites were the shrimp tempura with sweet chili sauce and the fried string beans. They didn’t seem very fried which is good in my book. Nicely seasoned too. Their crispy chicken was also good we were able to choose the spice level and I went with medium which was perfect. The chichi fries were great… love the chichi sauce that comes with it! As for drinks I loved the Mangonada. It was so beautiful and delicious for how hot and humid it was outside. Also enjoyed the honeydew snow bubble and combination yogurt frost which tasted similar to a Greek yogurt parfait with fruit. The staff was very friendly, the space is cute but small more of a to-go and enjoy outside type of place. They do however have a high top table if you’re able to snag it! Definitely coming back to try more of their menu soon!“

“Wish Tea is on the first floor of Tyson Center. The store has a nice and large environment, but it's not very obvious and easy to miss. The taste is okay! It's not the kind of flavor that makes people feel amazing, and I won't go out to repurchase it, but it is a smooth cup of milk tea. If I happen to be thirsty, I will buy a cup to quench my thirst. This is the first time I have seen a super large cup capacity, which is very good. The grass jelly is quite delicious, I recommend adding some.“

“100% recommended. Came here one hour before they closed because my friend wanted to try the Blended Milo, since no place seems to have the exact one in Vietnam. I got myself the egg cream milk tea. It turned out that they both tasted EXACTLY the same as the type of boba we had in Vietnam. We’ve been coming back every single week ever since then. Very sad to see that they’re pretty slow at night. Hope to see more and more people coming to support this small boba shop ?“

“I love trying out places with unique drinks and Ben Gong's Tea in Annandale is a location with many unique drinks. Of course, they have your traditional boba tea and various fruits teas but I love their fermented rice milk tea series. I appreciate how a lot of their drinks come with crystal jellies already too. Also highly recommend their strawberry yukult if you love fruity and sweet drinks!

Their drinks are not very sweet to begin with so if you prefer sweeter drinks I recommend going with 70%+ sugar. Around 50% and less it isn't really sweet anymore!“

“Stopped on a whim. I was walking by, hungry and reviews looked good. So glad I tried it. I ordered the miso ramen to-go. The broth was separate in the take away container which meant everything didn’t get soggy while I walked a mile back. Miso was really good. I wasn’t a fan of the noodles. I prefer them a little thinner. Despite that, the miso ramen was really good. The meat was cooked perfectly. Miso was tasty. I would definitely eat here again.“

“Kokre Tea had this cozy feeling and made sure you felt welcomed. I loved the new boba I tried. It was Georgia in my mind with al starwberry popping bobba. I went to Kokee Tea like maybe five times and always got mango passion fruit with peach boba. I'm not saying it was bad or anything, but the new boba I had is so good, and it was the perfect sweetness.“

“Wow. Went here with my kids and bought three different drinks as pictured below; a strawberry milk tea (best strawberry milk tea my daughter has ever drank), a taro smoothie (tasted like French vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce), and a virgin lychee mojito.
One of my kids said she’d eat almost anything from the menu because of the delectable choices.
Cashier lady was nice, too, and the place had a really nice atmosphere.

I’ve had the matcha red bean slush w/ bubbles & the Oreo slush with bubbles... both were great. & I like their boba bc they are cooked just right. I would recommend people to come.“

“love this place. the decor is simple but very nice atmosphere. we ordered the pho and ramen and they were very good. the broth is yummy. the is a lot of chicken in the ramen. the service was quick and friendly. there was a steady stream of take out orders. definitely returning.“

“Vietnamese Coffee with Sea Salt Cream and flan 🍮 is very unique. It has a nice smooth creamy taste and very refreshing too. I like the taste, sweetness and texture. I definitely come back for more. A must try if you have not“

But shame on the owner for allowing these workers to work in a hot environment where the A/C is not working. I would hope someone would come with a fan but who knows! Giving the stars because the dessert items are delicious. But I feel very bad for the workers that don’t deserve to work in these conditions.“
