I asked for extra pickeled items it was basic of what I get at other restaurants and they charged me 1.25 for extra. only one tiny spear of cucumber. I loved the reviews but was highly disappointed with the out come. the restaurant less than a mile away is much better mommy mom was 100× better and offer more vietnamese food.“

“I had a bad experience back in 2021 with the Subway at the oceanfront and hadn’t eaten at one since. I moved to this area last year and felt the urge to try it again. I visited this location and was greeted politely, was given so much respect as a customer, and the food and quality of the ingredients was better than I could have ever asked for. It’s fresh tasting, the staff listen when I say “a pinch of lettuce” (some store just pile it on regardless) and they remember no matter how long it has been since my last visit. I enjoy going there, I actually do. It made me like subway food again after so many years.“

“Yesterday I chose to try a spicy Italian sandwich from this Blimpie location in Virginia Beach.. The employees handling my order were cordial and I did enjoy the taste of the sandwich with Parmesan type bread I chose in addition to the Miss Vickies kettle cooked chips and Dole Strawberry lemonade I chose.  Yesterday was my first visit to this Virginia Beach Blimpie location though I would definitely keep an open mind to returning again to try another sandwich in the future.“

“Fast, quick and accurate. I’ve been to several Zeros stores in the past and this one is by far the nicest one. Friendly staff, good service. I went in during rush hour and there was only two employees working. They quickly took everyone’s orders and worked as fast as they could to complete the orders. Well done. “This is a special place to me. I've always had great experiences. Im hoping to display my art and prints of sandcarvings and more of places around VA Beach. Im currently getting mermaid series ready. About 3 more pieces to go.
But I love it here. Give Piper a raise she had a good idea what to do. You were out of those delicious farmhouse salads. Please keep stocked up. The one w blackberriesand creamy Goat cheese w chicken is to die for..
So I ended up w chicken salad...salad but got the fig whatever dressing vinegaroette and it was delicious!! Everyone is so kind here. Im bad with mames but I will mention those on another reveiw. Its very clean. A bit bougie has special VA made items kinda like a farmer's market without the farmers...hah...it feels so happy with all these great employees. I can tell they love being together. “Came in for a last minute 15 sandwich order for an event at the hotel across the street. It was a young lady working there shortly after they opened. She was so helpful and willing to accommodate us. Unfortunately we took all of their prepared bread and the young lady was trying her best to accommodate the other guests with other options. She even called the owner to help out who came promptly. The treatment of this store was exceptional and that young lady deserves a raise. Than you to her (sorry I forgot her name) and the owner.“

“Hands down the best subway sandwich and experience we’ve ever had! We went into this our normal subway which has been remodeled but we’ve been there since then. The look is very nice and clean but that isn’t what compelled me to make a review. Normally we order honey oat but they only had one left so we picked Italian as a substitute for one of the sandwiches. After scooping two scoops of tuna the sandwich artisan asked if I wanted to switch bread and explained that the bread seemed stale so I went with wheat. Every ingredient I added looked and was super fresh. The tuna was nice and moist as well. Our sandwiches were simply delicious to the point that my mouth is still watering after finishing it. Maybe the staff added to the flavor fullness of our meals but in any case we will be returning. We appreciate the care in treating us like valued customers when so many places where you can get a quick meal do not. Thanks again and we will absolutely be continuing to dine at this location! I used to live in the Hilltop area and now live near the Norfolk Airport, and I can say with absolute confidence that compared to this location, they are run like a horse mashing its head into a post. I can’t always make it out to this location, I have to settle for a nearby Subway when I have a sandwich fixing, but this location has the upmost respect and customer service I’ve seen outside of a Chik Fila. I’m not joking, they really try to make things right. I have been burned by a location at the oceanfront, I have been burned by every other location, but this one seems to be one staffed with caring and amazing people, having fun and doing right by their customers. It’s always a joy to visit and next time I have the money and the transportation, I will make a stop in.
