“Absolutely amazing tasting, beautifully plated food and drink! Broccolini Caesar salad, Crispy Pork & Scallops and a delicious, melt in your mouth Porterhouse steak! No room for the dessert but the drinks were a wonderful treat! Service as wonderful as the food ❤”

“Every time I've been, the menu has been almost entirely different and I've ordered a wide sampling from the menu. I've test to have a single bite of food that wasn't thoughtful, intentional, perfectly prepared, and delicious. The bar program is also fantastic, as is the service. I cannot recommend this spot highly enough!”

“This is a beautiful spot by the winooski river, we ate on the outside porch with a view of the river, even saw a mother Robin feeding its young in a nest in the rafters. I had linguine pescatore which was delicious, my partner had scampi e cape sante also delicious but unfortunately both meals were light on the scallops hers had 1, also I have to wonder why some sort of bread wouldn’t be served with these dishes. I did mention to staff after and they offered to compensate which I turned down but was made sure I would be treated next time we’re in the area The staff here are great and service was quick, definitely a place to go”

“Penzo makes the perfect pizza. The dough is baked just right and there are enough tasty menu options that we can have a different meal each time we go. They are super friendly and just want to make the world a better place through good food. I'd also add that their prices are below the curve. We miss you in Montpelier!!!”

“Don’t sleep on Indian-Nepali Kitchen— best Indian food in Vermont! The dishes are packed with so much flavor, the portions are generous, and the owners are super friendly! We jump at the opportunity to stop in and try something new every time we are in Montpelier. On one of our visits, my partner wanted a beer, and the owner let him try an imported Indian ale from his own stock. So good! Grab take out, or even better drop in and get the full experience!!”

“A cozy intimate Vietnamese restaurant that I highly recommend. They have a number of interesting dishes with Thai twists like lemongrass beef vermicelli, chili stir fried wide noodle. Everything is very tasty and the staffs here are very nice.”

“North Branch Cafe has long been my favorite spot in town. The space is peaceful and friendly with a lovely aesthetic. And the food! It’s always hard to decide from the menu - I want it all! Fresh, healthy, delicious, and caters to dietary needs. Hot and iced drinks (tea is their specialty but the coffee is great) and a small wine shop as well.”

“I went to the Wayside Restaurant the other day. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. She did a great job. The food was ready in a short time and was delicious. I was very satisfied and it also is clean and neat. Definitely would recommend the restaurant.”

“The cheapest, fastest meal in town and it’s not even close. Burgers are very good. Fries are probably the best I’ve had ever. Food generally comes out within 5 minutes (even larger orders).”

“We were in a bind when our lunch catering fell through at the last minute. Thankfully Noah at the Yellow Mustard Deli helped us out. They were able to cater to our needs and our group's dietary restrictions. Everyone enjoyed the sandwiches. Fairly priced. Would recommend.”
