“I had a fabulous experience at the Lakewood Carls Jr. Mr. Rhett at the drive thru window was a phenomenal customer service extraordinaire! Dude was fast, efficient, and super kind. I couldn’t ask for better service. On top of that the burgers were bussin’ and the fries were super hot and fresh. They even made sure I got my sauce which is kind of a big deal to me. Thank you to Rhett and the Lakewood Carls Jr for servin it! <3“

“Ordered a torta de Carnitas, not expecting much. It’s a little place with no dining area only stools on the outside. I’m assuming it’s a to go only place. I was looking for something quick and they did not disappoint. It was quick. It was delicious and I will go back to try other stuff. “We just got home from a long trip and needed a good meal, we stopped at 5Guys at Lakewood Mall where Millie greeted us with a warm smile and took our order. Esmeralda made the food exactly to our order and the amount of fries!!!
I do wish there was more strawberry in my shake, but it was creamy and delish! Thank you girls for a great burger and warm welcome.“

“Came in to grab a sandwich after work on June 24. The two kids working were absolutely swamped with online orders and were struggling to get everything done at a decent pace, but they did a fantastic job for it being just the two of them. The girl who made my sandwich was clearly under a lot of stress but still took the time to make sure my order was correct and was very apologetic about the wait time. From what I had gathered they had called their manager to send in help, but I was there nearly 45 minutes and nobody ever showed up. I was going to give a lower rating but I couldn’t bring myself to because these kids absolutely killed it. In the future, staff your restaurant!“

“I've eaten at this Taco Bell dozens of times. Not once have they ever disappointed. The staff always seem happy to help and appear to genuinely love working there, very positive place - a rarity these days. No, I don't have any financial or business interest here, and no I don't have any family or friends working there. Just giving credit where it's due, and this place definitely deserves it.“

“The staff at the Steilacoom Blvd did an amazing job with an online catering order for the 18-piece box. Everything as was ordered and on time. It was all well packaged, well constructed, and the sandwiches themselves were delicious. I’ll be certain to order from them again in the future!“

“Went through the drive thru late on Saturday night because it was surprisingly empty. And, the workers were very patient with me taking a long time to order. They were very punctual on their end and I had an all around great experience. However, the only thing I can complain about is the nacho fries that came in my order was not that warm at all, or possibly even undercooked.“

“Vishal was nice and friendly. Perfect sub! However kind of pushy with asking for a review and wanting it to be done at the store before I left. Probably won't come back because it made checking out a little awkward and I felt very pushed in to making a review. I reccomened when asking for a review to not push so hard on getting one on the spot. Most customers won't appreciate being pushed to make a review. Again he was nice and sandwhich was great but the approach needs to be different. I Will just stick to the one in Tillicum or on the military installation just to avoid the awkwardness honestly.“
