The Formosa Roll was savory and spicy, the shrimp were perfectly cooked for the tacos and the steak came with potato spirals that I didn’t know I needed in my life, but absolutely do! The table was decorated with a long stemmed red rose and a birthday card. Our meal was so delicious! Cocktails, starters, dinner and dessert were pure perfection! Thank you chef(s). That was hands down, one of the best meals we have ever had! We are already mapping out what we are ordering on our next time here! “If you want to have a fun night out go to Tacoma Comedy Club on 6th avenue. The service is great, food is pretty good! With all the crazy things going on everywhere, you can relax, laugh, feel safe. The security staff is awesome, I don’t remember his name but he has grey hair and about 6’2. He has a great personality and makes sure people don’t act up. Only thing that isn’t great is the parking, very limited.“

“First time here and im already in love with this place amazing drinks I had a old fashioned and a dagons tooth and for food I had the nachos since I wasnt that hungry but when it came out it was huge and I loved that and they where made the proper way not they crappy way someplace like apple bees would make it. I also talked with all the bartender and I asked them all about the menus and the bar itself and they where very accommodating with giving there view on it and it allowed me to have a very good conversation on multiple subjects. All the staff was friendly and very timely with the orders and and honestly amy who served me was amazing and in my book if I could give over 5 stars I would.“

“On vacation in Tacoma and needed lunch. Stopped into La Isabella based on its convenient location to where we were. Looked unappealing from the outside, but you step into a different world. The food was incredible. Lunch special included 3 street tacos, rice & beans and a drink. The tacos were a generous size, the beans were incredible and the pineapple mint drink was fabulous too. If I remember correctly all that was only $12! Best value meal I've had in a long while, and best tasting Mexican food I've eaten in memory.“

“Loved the food! On our first trip, we had one of the suchi options, Chulichi shrimp, the ceviche trio, and mango margaritas. All of them were excellent, subtly spiced, and simply delicious. Yes, the music was a bit loud but it was manageable and did not prevent discussion at the table. Our waitress Clarita and bus-person David provided excellent recommendations and great service. Small bites, salads, full course meals, and anything we could think of from the bar. Champagne is the specialty, and after a conversation with Makaila (the bar tender) she chose the perfect bottle. Oh, getting a bottle of Champagne there is a treat too... trust me, just do it. The wine list is impressive, and the espresso flight is something I'm still telling all my friends about.
