“This is by far the best sushi I've ever had in my life. Definitely the best sushi restaurant in all of WA state. A hole-in-the-wall gem! If you find this place, you are blessed by the sushi gods. Every time my husband and I go to a different sushi restaurant, we always think - we should have just gone to Rolls and Rolls. The Salmon Platter is so buttery and the fish melts in your mouth, the texture is just divine. The miso soup is so refreshing, and their specialty rolls all have perfect proportions and are well made.
The service is some of the best I've ever experienced at any restaurant - it's a family owned place and the son is the waiter. He is very courteous and careful about when he comes over to ask how things are going, and always seems to come at the perfect times when we need something.
The atmosphere is great, only a few tables, and classical music playing in the background. You can see the parents making the sushi right there and they will greet you and say goodbye as well when you leave.
If there is one sushi restaurant I could recommend, it would be this one. It's a must-try.
Parking: Parking is very easy, there is a parking garage right next to this place with plenty of open spots always.“

“Sushi is awesome! Salmon bowl was incredible. Fresh, great flavor, wonderful presentation. This is located in Skyline Tower, so more focused on grab and go from the surrounding buildings, hence the knock on atmosphere. Highly recommend for a quick sushi bite during the week!“

“Wow, what an Amazing gem tucked away on the east side. This spot is 12/10! Hands down, from the ambiance to the flavors, I feel like I'm back in Japan! I will be back to explore the rest of the flavors these chefs bring to the table. Arigato!
P.S. I splurged on myself, and its still very Affordable.“

“There are three price points for their brunch: 65 dollars for two dishes, 78 dollars for three dishes, and 88 dollars for four dishes, including unlimited fresh juice and coffee and some small breads. There are many choices on the menu, but some require extra money. Overall, they are delicious, especially negi & saba! The miso black cod is quite large, and the crab Benedict requires an extra 20 dollars, which is not worth it at all. You can avoid it. We ordered five dishes plus a supplement, and the total cost was 220 dollars. Anyway it was delicious! I will go again next week“

“We accidently found this restaurant and so glad we did. The food was exceptional and very inexpensive for the quality and service. The beef bulgogi pot stickers and tempura prawns were the best we have found in WA yet. Even though I am not a fan of spicy food - the Rose Combo (sorry I forgot the name) was the best flavor I have ever had. Thank you! We highly recommend this restaurant.“

“A great up-scale place for a date night out. The teppanyaki was fun and the food was generally great. We love the Salmon, and Shrimp. Beef & Chicken were pretty good. The Scallop was over-cooked and tough. All others were great. The price is on the high end. It is nice to go there occasionally for your special dates! Looks like the Sushi and Sashimi would be good as well. We will try that out next time.“

“Got some groceries from T&T supermarket and give a try to that conveyor sushi. Fishes are surprisingly fresh and they even have the Japan uni (really fresh and sweet) for just $5 , sashimi plates for $4. Great prices in the area
Highly recommend!“
“Really enjoyed grabbing lunch here! They have a great mix of food and I definitely appreciate their healthier options. Always very clean and the owners are super friendly as well. Would definitely recommend stopping by for a quick bite, especially during the workday“

“I have been here twice now. The 2nd time was my redemption to order the chirashi bowl. Honestly for ~$16+ it's worth it. I thought the fish was super fresh and it came out so fast. I mis-oredered my first time here and I really DO NOT recommend anything besides the chirashi bowl. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!!
It was quite warm in the restaurant as most places in WA don't have AC so I recommend taking it to go.“

“Food was amazing! Getting here with transit is quite easy, with bus connections nearby and Line 2 LRT is about a 10-15min walk!
My only complaint is waiting and location, the actual entrance is in a parking garage so it was confusing to find the entrance…
And wait times were high, and there are no waiting rooms or anything, you just kinda stand in a line in the parking garage…
Also Im from Canada so I didn’t have any messaging with my SIM card, but the way waiting here works is you need to get a text message to find out when your table is ready, but I couldn’t get messages on my phone so that was confusing…
But yeah I recommend going here, good food! Prices were a bit high though“
