“Enjoyed the food but I have tasted better taco flavorings at 2 different east coast based taco bars (Virginia and North Carolina). Lacking some zest in flavors here but still enjoyable.Atmosphere/ambiance is on the cold, sterile side with fluorescent lighting and white cinder block walls. Not appealing. Friendly and helpful staff.“

“I was out walking around getting my steps in and checking out the snowfall in town (Oak Harbor, WA) while on my way to my favorite watering hole “Krakens Cove” to chat with my friends.Unfortunately, the nasty weather didn’t allow Krakens Cove to open today. So, after scratching my head to decide where to go, I decided to stop at Noe Jose inside Harborside Village on Pioneer.I wish I could say the food here reminds me of Mexico, it is very good! But, I wouldn’t know because I’ve never been in Mexico. So, I guess I’ll just have to say that the food here is great!I ordered the chimichanga, because like they said on tv’s “Two and a half Men”, it’s so much fun to say!!I ordered my chimichanga made with chicken. I barely had time to get settled in and my server was delivering my food! Quick, efficient service! The meal included rice and beans with a little sour cream and shredded lettuce on the side. There was also two squeeze bottle of homemade sauce, red sauce and green sauce. I preferred the flavor of the green sauce, but thought both were tasty.“

“The food here was very good. I had the shrimp enchiladas. Very good. Almost too much lime, IMO, but tasted really good and had lots of shrimp. I opted for pinto beans. Why had the enormous burrito. This thing was HUGE! She ate it all and said it was good. I would definitely be back.“

“We had the chicken tacitos and chile rellanos. Both excellent. The waitperson (owner wife?) was attentive, cheerful and accommodating. I've read other (negative) reviews and can't understand the difference in experiences. We loved this restaurant and will surely return.“

“Beyond delicious flavors. When I wanna have something that tastes like authentic Socal Mexican food, this place is where I go. His California Burrito is the best. The dude that runs this truck is from Socal, so he brought his treasure with him.“

“Wow!... We are from San Diego and have a lot of MX eateries. La Cocina was excellent! We were very impressed with the flavors. They make their own tortilla’s with a special corn grown for them. They were amazing. I had the vegan burrito which was excellent. My wife had the Frijoles which was also great. I would not miss this place to eat if you’re in PT!Vegetarian options: yes they do!“

“I really love Esteban's. It's my favorite little traditional local Mexican place I've ever had the opportunity to eat at. Nothing super fancy but the food is nicely done and they treat me and my older folks very well. We had a really nice lunch with them just today. I really appreciate having a place like this in the area. Thank you.“

“I have always had great food and very friendly and fast service! I really like the carne asada, the pastor tacos are really great too! I find it to be quite reasonably priced as well. Be warned, the salsa is tasty but a bit on the hot side.“

“I was skeptical of this place at first bc every restaurant that has gone in this location has been less than quality, but this place reminds me of the tacquerias in Arizona, which are one of the few things I miss about Arizona. Try two Carne asada Tacos for $5.45, or anything else on their gigantic menu. It's also the only place I know where I can get a mulita or albondigas.“

“Visiting for a few days, Very cute restaurant, would have never guessed it was a Mexican restaurant from the outside. Our server Mayra was so sweet and very attentive, exceptional customer service from everyone working! Unfortunately the food fell short for us, not bad, not memorable. A bit pricy for what you get but overall the place itself makes up for that.“

“This was a pretty good Mexican restaurant. Food was spicier than you find at other restaurants, but it was noted on the menu. Decor was dated, lots of beer decor, etc. It was comfortable. Staff were friendly and very attentive once we got our food. Food took a bit to cook, longer than the normal, maybe this just means it was hand prepared with love. No Pina coladas:(. Margarita was good.“

“Cute spot, best Mexican food in the area. The salsa and ‘red sauce’ used on top of my omelette could use some work, but overall was a great experience. Our server Teresa was fantastic, very attentive, made great drinks, and gave great recommendations. We will for sure come back if we visit the area again. Very clean, and everyone was so friendly. Music was also great, just an added bonus.“

“The food here is so delicious! Made right in front of us, fresh and fast! We ordered fish tacos, carne asada tacos, pork carnitas tacos, and salsa and chips. Everything is homemade, even the chips, and I would absolutely come here again if I find myself back in Coupeville! We are fairly picky with our Mexican food, as my husband is a Mexican American chef. These are delicious and absolutely worth it!Wheelchair accessibility: I used my walker comfortably in here.“
