“I was skeptical at first...For some place that is open 24h.But this is legit really good. I ordered the chicken shawarma, the garlic sauce and the french fries that came with.It was phenomenal. The presentation of the food and the little extras with the olives and peppercinnis was awesome.I enjoy every bit of it.. highly recommend.“

“I'm mad my friend didn't show me this spot earlier!!! For starters, we had the mezze platter. It came with dolmas (so good!! Perfect marriage of rice and spices!), tzatziki (so fresh! The mint...yum!!), baba ganoush (with a smokey hint), hummus (so fresh!!), tabouli (best ive had in a long time! It was not overwhelming with parsley... super enjoyable. So good we got orders to go!), and the piyaz (a chilled white bean salad with ginger root, onion, tomato, EVOO, and garlic...so good we got orders to go!). Entrees we had the mesopotamian lamb and beef (the stew was so comforting..like a hug. The lamb was so tender!), and the lamb chops (love the rosemary and garlic!) For dessert...freshhhhh baklava, freshest ive had. It had just been made. It was so perfect! It's not so heavy compared to the normal baklava with honey that Im used too. Looks like I have a new favorite Mediterranean spot to go to!!! The staff was great. The food was amazing.“

“On our way home, we stopped by this food truck and picked up lunch. We ordered the Chicken Shawarma Plate and the Lamb & Beef Gyro Sandwich. The food looked exactly like the photos, and it tasted even better than we expected. Both were so good and full of flavor! We'd definitely come back again!“

“The food is delicious . Everything is made with pride . It’s all fresh and made in house . Since it’s fresh and made to order , you will have to wait . It is worth it . I highly recommend the Greek french fries , amazing. Also I would not skip the chai tea or baklava, both so good. Friendly family business that appreciates its customers. The only thing I did not like was not their fault . Customers constantly talking loudly on cell phone , incredibly annoying ringers going off from multiple phones, some very loud voices . It’s a tiny place with close tables so hear everything. It has lovely lighting from beautiful lamps and is nicely decorated. I just wish some of the customers more considerate .“

“I don't normally rave about restaurants, because let's be honest, most around here are simply not that good. This place is absolutely delicious! Got the gyro plate. Meat was tender and moist. Salad was fresh and delightful. Rice was out of this world! Absolutely loved it! HUGE portions. They also use the compostable takeout boxes. We will definitely be back.“

“We came for a phone repair next door and accidentally found one of the best-value meals of our Seattle day.

We ordered a gyro plate, a gyro, and fries. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well seasoned, portions were generous, and the space was clean. Even better, we walked out spending around $40 to $45 INCLUDING TIP for the whole meal.

Seattle gets expensive quickly, so finding a casual spot where two people can eat this well without spending a fortune deserves some recognition.

This isn’t a fancy, drawn-out lunch stop. Come hungry, order some shawarma or a gyro, eat extremely well, and keep exploring.

TRAVEL TIP: If you’re getting a phone repaired at A-Solution next door, this is the move while you wait. We stumbled into that combination completely by accident, and I’d recommend doing exactly what we did.“

“I just decided to stop in here in a whim when I was dropping my dog at the groomer's because I have a surplus of tzatziki at home that I wanted to grab some pita bread to have with. Decided to get an order of hummus and some baklava as well to see if I needed to come back at a later time and try more items....I'm so glad I did because I'm blown away by how good this hummus/pita/baklava is. It's so good that I haven't even pulled the tzatziki out of the fridge to eat with this stuff. And I have way too much tzatziki! And it's GOOD tzatziki too! I just don't need it because that's how great the hummus from Gyro Shawrma is.“

“The Gyros House is located in the food court of Federal Way Mall I have tried a lot of places that offer Gyros but this restaurant is the only one that makes it in the proper way and what I like the most is the freshness that make us comeback to eat there every time that we are near by.

“Amazing food! It smelled so good! If you dislike onions I don't suggest it. I didn't end up being able to eat most of my food because the entire thing is full of onions. After picking them off the chicken though it was sooooo tasty!“

The food was amazing and absolutely delicious. Considering the quality and flavor, the prices were very reasonable. We were really impressed by the food and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

One thing you should keep in mind is that the restaurant can get crowded during peak hours, so you may have to wait a little longer for your food. Other than that, it’s absolutely worth it. This is a must-visit for anyone who wants to experience authentic Somali cuisine.“
