“I’ve dined in as well as ordered to go. Owners are very nice and staff are friendly. They have a small dine in area, although the food is best freshly prepared it is also delicious to go. Son loves their katsu and California roll. Wanted to dine in when I heard they now have jjamppong. Glad I did, noodles were cooked perfectly, slightly al dente. Broth had a roasted/charred undertone and was not very spicy. Squid was a tad over cooked, still good just chewy. Thin slices of beef also went well with the noodles and savory broth.“

“Delicious and affordable place not too far from Edmonds downtown. Owners are very friendly and kind, making sure they meet your needs. We wanted to make a take out order for the Kimchi Creamy Udon, and have the udon cooked separately since we were planning to have it the day after. They initially said they never done it before and said it might be difficult, but made an exception and prepared it in a way we needed it hearing that we lived far away. We cooked it the day after, it was delicious!!
We had LA kalbi teriyaki and fried chicken in the restaurant too. Can't go wrong with LA kalbi. We were surprised at the HUGE portion of the fried chickens. One comment is that the Yangnyum fried chicken had more sour taste to it than sweet for our palette (we're Koreans). Wasn't sure if it was just a one-off thing or if that's the taste they prefer.
Saw a lot of people dining in and making take out orders. Would recommend giving a try if you're in the neighborhood.“

“5 Corners teriyaki has been one of me and my family’s places to eat. (Until recently) we bought some teriyaki on New Year’s Eve and the transaction still went through. It was 50 dollars worth of food so you think they would refund it, right? Nope the 50 dollar refund wasn’t possible because the guy working there didn’t understand what we were talking about.“

“We love this place so much. It has been such a great little restaurant over the years. The Korean owners are fantastic and it's wonderful to come in and use the technology that we have to speak Korean and have it translated from English.“

“?FOOD?: 10/10
Quality: Best Sushi I have ever had in my life. Period! Kazuko has my highest recommendation! Me and 3 other friends went there for happy hour and we had the best time! SHOUT OUT to Jason who made the most delicious sushi on earth! The taste, freshness, texture of the sushi and sashimi are top-notch. My favroite is the toro and the melting sensation once placed in my mouth feels amazing! The spider rolls, nacho sushis, sashimi and sushi sets are all dazzling and tasted incredible! I can’t say enough good things about this place! It is hard to pick my favorite!
Appearance: A picture speaks a thousand words! They all look like masterpiece and art! It was such a satisfying experience just watching Jason putting the sushi together! I really appreciate him putting many efforts and time to serve the best sushi to us!
Portion size: We loved it! Everything is the perfect size and great portion!.
?? Service??: 10/10
Friendliness: Service is solid! Jason is the best chef and he is awesome! We enjoyed spending time with the chefs and the servers! They are all very nice and friendly. They created a heart-warming, welcoming and nice atmosphere for us to have the best dining experience. I love talking to each of them and we are so grateful for their wonderful service!
Timeliness: Food came in no time! We went on a Monday night so not many people is in the restaurant, but I really appreciate them for providing the best service to us!
Environment: Very clean and nice, The lighting is perfect and I loved how everything looks, very simple yet modern. It really brings me to Japan and I loved it! Ver ycozy and warm atmosphere and the nice people make it feels like home!
Location: Great location with plenty of parkings outside, It is very easy to find the place! If you don’t have a car just like me, it maybe kind of hard to get there but I am sure with the lightrail opened up to Lynnwood, it will definitely make things easier!“

“Billy Beach used to be one of my favorite sushi spots before COVID, so I was curious about this place that replaced it. AA sushi kept most of the dining area the same. It seems like they changed the flooring because I don't remember it being so slippery, even all the way to the restrooms. Ordering is similar to dim sum where you fill out a form with what you want to order. The menu is kind of like conveyor belt sushi where you have to match the colors to the prices. That was annoying having to do because later on when I got my itemized receipt, I realized the prices don't even match. The king salmon nigiri is almost $1 more than what the menu marked. Who knows what else is wrong on the menu, so they need to update their menus.
I like this concept of serving smaller rolls, so I can try more different things. At other sushi spots, I usually get stuck having to decide which rolls to order, so I don't overeat, even though I want so many. I noticed some other rolls people ordered were very tiny all around, even though they're half sizes. The Godzilla roll I ordered was regular sized. Most/all of the sauce was on the plate instead of the roll, so I forgot to sauce my first bite.“

“Every year treat ourselves to a kaiseki or omakase for our anniversary, and out of all of the places that we’ve tried so far in Seattle, this one is easily one of the best! The presentation for each course is stunning, every dish was thoughtfully prepared, and the quality is top notch. I’d say it’s very worth the price. Hope they get the recognition they deserve and their business continues to thrive 😊💯“

“Ichi Bento consistently has the best Teriyaki in Seattle. Their chicken teriyaki always get a nice char on the outside that keeps it juicy and complements the sweetness and umami of their teriyaki sauce. They’ve been a part of the community for decades, and I hope they stay for many to come!“

“The food here is absolutely amazing! I seriously did not know it was possible to sell such generous portions of fresh sushi at this price. My big back friend and I (also a big back) shared a family combo that was only $69 after tax that had 4 gigantic rolls and a boat-load of karaage. We weren't able to finish and had enough leftover for another meal. On top of all that, the service is super friendly and the atmosphere is nice and cozy. The staff were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, and more. I'm a self-certified sushi connoisseur and I can confidently say this is the best value sushi I've ever had by far. The salmon nigiri especially was super fresh and had blanket-sized slices of salmon. This is 100% a must-try restaurant.“

“Service and food , perfect, and nice, she even brought us glasses of water . And I got my food to go but we decided to stay and eat it and she brought us two cups of water. It was amazing,
The food was perfect! the teriyaki sauce was absolutely perfect just what I wanted. You know how sometimes you'll eat something really good somewhere and you'll go other places trying to get the same thing and usually it's not right, this place was not that, it was perfect exactly how and what I wanted. I ve gone to a lot of different teriyaki places trying to find the teriyaki that's just right, how I remembered having it a long time ago I used to go to a place in Tacoma by the mall but hadn't found one here yet, but this place was just that and more. The teriyaki was perfect taste. And just a little crispy on the edge of the chicken. The restaurant was clean and nice. It was a good meal. And the lady was so kind and happy and tried to make sure everyone felt welcome and was happy .“

“Been going here since high school (2006) Owners are super friendly you can find them in the back cooking your food. I live further north now and anytime my family is in Lake City neighborhood we make an effort to stop and eat and say hi.
Food hasn't changed since 2006 and can always expect high quality.
Thank you so much for serving me all these years, sorry it's taken me forever to do a review.“

“Best General Tso's and teriyaki (chicken and beef) I have ever had. I can't compare it to other PNW joints yet, but compared to all the ones I tried in SoCal and NY/NJ, Ohana blows them all out of the water. Even the steamed rice was perfect. Huge portions, one is enough for two or three people, we ended up taking them home and eating like kings the next day. We just moved and are considering making Ohana a weekly staple, it's just that good!!“

“I ordered the beef teriyaki with extra meat, came out to about $36 which, before I GOT the food, felt like a lot. But when you see what you get it feels good. The food is excellent! The box couldn't stay closed on its own, they had to tape it shut. It fed me for two days. AWESOME. Gonna go back and get more tonight!“

“We've been coming here for over a decade. When we first came the place was excellent. At some point there was a change in ownership and we felt the restaurant took a dip in quality so we stopped coming here. This was our first time back in about three years and it seems there was another change in ownership and the quality (as well as value) is back to what it was.“

“I really enjoyed the chicken fried rice here! It has a smoky flavor that makes it stand out, and the portions are generous. I also appreciated that they offer free refills and provide a self-service setup for sauces, including salad dressing and spicy options. It’s a convenient spot for a quick, satisfying meal. Definitely worth a visit!“

“I almost didn’t come in because the exterior of the restaurant is not very inviting. But, since the place next door was closed, I took a chance and opened the door. It was a big surprise to find a perfectly appointed Japanese restaurant. The food was excellent - I had Sushi. It was very fresh and delicious. \nI would recommend checking it out - it’s accross from Discount Tire and Fred Meyer, in a little strip mall.“

“We did chicken teriyaki, half mild and half spicy (it’s not on the menu). They were both really good but the spicy one was better so I’d recommend that one if you only want to try one. There’s teriyaki sauce at each table as well if you want more sauce, which I did for the mild teriyaki!“

“If you’re in the Greater Seattle area and haven’t tried Ichi Roll Wok and Teriyaki yet, let me help you out: Squabble up…Gobble up! This spot is where grilled meat dreams come true.
Their chicken and beef combo? Straight fire🔥.....The chicken is tender, the beef is juicy, and both are grilled to perfection with a flavor that makes you question how other places even survive in this game. The portions are so generous that you’ll need a game plan to finish it all, but trust me—it’s worth it.
The teriyaki sauce? Sweet, savory, and absolutely unforgettable. Paired with fluffy rice and crisp, cool salad, it’s like a perfect harmony of flavors in every bite. You’ll find yourself licking your fork clean, already planning your next visit.
And here’s the truth: when you go to other spots, just know... they not like us, they not like us. Ichi Roll doesn’t just serve food—they serve greatness. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the restaurant is spotless, and the vibe is on point.
So, if you’re craving the best grilled meats in town, this is your sign. Pull up, grab that chicken and beef combo, and let Ichi Roll show you why they’re untouchable.
Rating: 11/10. Gobble up that greatness.“

“Surprisingly good teriyaki! Clean, well-ordered, and they have a cool little watch & jewelry shop within.A small suggestion: putting the salad in a spinner would take excess water away and the dressing (very good btw) would taste better!“

“Food is delicious and portions plentiful. The spicy chicken teriyaki and pork fried rice are the best in Seattle. The gyoza are also delicious. They no longer offer dine-in since the pandemic, so only to-go orders. They recently switched to higher quality take-out containers which I really appreciate. I’ve been coming here for quite a while and have never been disappointed or hungry afterwards.“

“I’ve been coming here since I was in middle school. It was always our favorite teriyaki spot in Seattle because the family that first opened it was so friendly, and the food was always delicious.
I’ve seen it change ownership probably 3 times. The quality has gone up and down. Overall, it’s probably not as good as it used to be, but it’s still one of the better Seattle teriyaki shops.
Giving it a high rating in hopes that it remains in operation, and to hopefully motivate the owners to keep up the good work!“

“Dined in with friends while visiting the area. Cozy environment, spicy yaki udon was flavorful and enjoyable to eat, as it was similar to my experiences in Japan. The lady in charge, when I visited, was very patient and kind when I took some time to decide my meal and went out of her way to take care of my friends and I. Overall, I would definitely come back and try the sushi the next time I visited.“

“Hot, juicy, properly charred chicken. Took them a few to get it out to me so that proves not pre-cooked like some places. Came on a plate, not Styrofoam or to go clamshell with real metal fork!!! The Trader Joe's Sriracha was the bomb ! I'll be back !“

“Manna Teriyaki, I believe, is a Korean-American run establishment that serves great honest food and the owners/personal are extremely personable. I went with the Japanese-PNW style menu and I had the C3 combo of Chicken Teriyaki, Chicken Katsu, and Gyoza. The salad was just iceberg lettuce (this is good as I do not care for carrots) with a slightly sweet dressing on the side, the teriyaki was seasoned perfectly, the katsu was nice and crunchy, the gyoza (whilst obviously not cooked at that particular moment) were tasty and crispy. The three sauces were exactly as they should be! Delicious! Manna Teriyaki is worth a trip to the nebulous Lake City. (Still on the westside of Lake Washington.) Manna Teriyaki offers Korean specialities as well, which I must make my return to sample. :)“

“Chef is nice and friendly. Sushi-wise I was hoping for something more, it started really well and 4 nigiri are high lights and impressed me, the yozi scallop one brings you right into summer, and the one wrapped in clear Hokkaido seaweed feels like a fresh bite of ocean, apple wood smoked salmon has the perfect balance of smokiness. Oysters nigiri is really fresh and well done.
However, it didn’t go uphill as omakase usually do where next nigiri tastes even better, towards the second half of course some nigiri feels unbalanced, or even too salty because of overpowering source, hand roll is one of them.. desert didn’t wow me unfortunately.
Overall good experience but I was really hoping it could be beyond just good.“
