“Long time fan finally visiting the taproom. I feel like a bandwagon fan since I only knew about their dark beers and the IPA. The taproom has more choices including 3 ciders, pizza food truck outside, and plenty of seating. Cool space, worth a repeat visit.”

“Eating here is always a great experience when it comes to the food. I do wish they had a bigger kitchen and dining space to accommodate the crowds. But it's a reliable favorite of my family's for breakfast/brunch/lunch and we love having such a fun place with outstanding food to get us out of our daily routine once in a while. They have a kids menu too, which is great for when my little boy isn't feeling adventurous. Everyone is super friendly and low key. You won't be disappointed, if you can find a seat.”

“I went to Island Fusion for a light lunch and to escape the heat!

I ordered the spam musubi, a side order of Mac salad, and a Mango lemonade. It was all fantastic! The musubi was made to perfection and even came with extra dipping sauce! The Mac salad was the perfect pairing to the musubi and the lemonade was exactly what I needed on a hot day. There was fun music playing and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. My order came out quick and I was able to relax while i enjoyed everything.”

“Amazing food that never disappoints! The fresh sheet with seasonal dishes gives you a chance to try something new from the chef. The rissotto was to die for! Good cocktails with unique flavor combinations too. The ambiance is romantic; we loved the dark old wood. Our server was attentive, but allowed us to talk and have a romantic evening without too many interruptions.”

“Order a pizza to made and take it home to bake for the family. Love it. The workers are friendly, quick, and skilled to make your orders. Their deep dish and specialty pizzas were especially good. Avoid the salads though there aren't as fresh as I'd hope for.”

“Stopped here in Ellensburg for the last 2 days of our vacation in Washington State/BC before heading back to the UK - loved the beer, the atmosphere and the welcome from the staff. “Great decor and history, decent dinner prices for most items and good options, excellent food and service. Food arrived hot, not sitting and lukewarm. Chili gas good flavor and a small kick. Spaghetti is well drained so no watered down sauce and the meat sauce is excellent. Utensils are clean with no water spots and not cheap bendy type. Highly recommend the 1.4mi off I90 for a bite!”

“I had the best day fly fishing with Shannon at the W Women's Collective Divide + Conquer this weekend. The morning started with a much needed casting, reeling, river reading, knot tying, and fly selecting lesson. After that we hit the most perfect spot on the Naches river for a few hours of fishing and basking in the sun. We wrapped up the afternoon with a Q&A session at Bron Yr Aur Brewing while enjoying some delicious cider and pizza. Shannon is always so energetic, knowledgeable, encouraging, and fun to be with. I am looking forward to booking my next adventure @redsflyshop!”

“Red Horse Diner ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ On 9/19/22, I visited Red Horse Diner in Ellensburg, Washington for the first time. I had a favorite restaurant that I used to always stop at in Ellensburg on my way back home, but it closed.  I think I may have found my new favorite. Originally, the site where the diner now sits was a gas station, one car, garage, and home built in 1936. The gas station owners lived on the property as was customary back in the day. The Crossett family purchased the property in 1996 and made it what it is today. Red Horse Diner is like taking a step back in time to a cool roadside diner.  The walls and ceilings are full of vintage memorabilia from the service station’s past.  There are several different rooms with all kinds of seating arrangements.  There is also a beautiful outdoor dining area. Even if you choose to dine inside, you must take a walk through the property out back. They have yard games. You can rent it out for private parties. Red Horse Diner serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  There are lots of options to choose from, but they were best known for their burgers. I ordered The Patty Wagon ($17) - 1/3 lb. Patty with Grilled Onions and Swiss Cheese on Toasted Rye. My server highly recommended the onion rings, so I paid a slight up charge to substitute. It was the best patty melt, and onion rings that I’ve had an ages! Attached to the diner, is the Nodding Donkey Bar. Happy Hour is every day from 12 PM to 2 PM, and again from 4 PM to 6 PM. On Friday nights, they have live music. Saturday is Karaoke Night. In addition to being a great roadside diner and bar, Red Horse Diner is an important part of the community, as the back hall wall, which is full of cards, letters, and other acknowledgments, will attest to. Red Horse Diner is a popular gathering place for a car clubs, motorcycle groups, and families.  Red Horse Diner hosts classic car shows. They have an annual motorcycle event the first weekend in May called The Iron Horse Trail Motorcycle Show, which features live music, motorcycle stunts and competitions. They have a very active Facebook page where they share past and upcoming events. Be sure to check it out. Highly Recommended!!! 1518 W. Today I called them because they made a mistake in my iced latte, and I was hoping they would make me a new one. “Pedro made my wife and I the best margaritas we’ve ever had yesterday!! I am not exaggerating and neither was my wife. The food was also delicious but the margaritas were outstanding! And they were on happy hour! We live in the Seattle area but we’ll be back! If you go, ask for Pedro to make you a margarita. You won’t be sorry.”
