The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and their food lives up to every expectation and more. The food comes out to you quick and they take the time to converse with their customers. “I am a seeker of cheesesteaks. Any restaurant that has them I will try it. The cheesesteaks that Tre makes are the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. My favorite are Tres Caliente and the Nashville Bacon Bleu. “I've always noticed a line outside Taqueria Guadalajara whenever I drive by, so I decided to stop by with a coworker for lunch and see what the hype was about. We ordered 3 asada and 3 al pastor tacos, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were, especially for the Bellevue area.

Being originally from Southern California, I'm quite picky about my tacos, but these were as close as it gets to the ones back home. The salsa is sooo good, and the habanero one had a nice kick to it.

I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. If you're in Bellevue and craving some authentic tacos, Taqueria Guadalajara is a must-visit!“
