“I did LOVE this place as my go to place for Pho is no longer around. The very first time I ordered I asked for hoisin sauce on the side and got no hoisin sauce at all. I called and asked they said to put it in the notes that I wanted it on the side. I said okay fine. So I put it in the notes on the side the next time I ordered from this place. still got no hoisin sauce. Figured I'd give it one more try so I tried it today wrote it on the side and got no Hoisin sauce. So I called the place and explained the situation and they said that that was their bad and they misunderstood. No rectifying no nothing I hung up out of complete disappointment. “I have eaten here many times. The owner is a very nice man and remembers me when I stop by to pick up food. My favorite items are the fresh spring rolls and the chicken pho. I highly recommend this place! If you want great food in North Everett- this is the place to stop by! Also, I love the potted garden in the drive through area. It is well cared for, lush and green!
