“If you like good food, cleanliness, good vibes and excellent service, come here! I entered Thai Bistro to order to go and was instantly greeted. The server(maybe owner) was very welcoming and sat me in front with a menu. After ordering, the food came out in less than 15 minutes. The food was fresh, hot and was plentiful! The only thing I would say is that the food is a little too sweet and salty for my liking, but I think that it fits the general publics palette! If mangos are in season, the mango sticky rice is a must! Thanks for having us!“

“It was a very nice restaurant, the food was good, the waitresses were super patience and explained the menu when we asked questions. They also allowed us to stay and talk even though we finished eating and paid. It has lots of seating from booths to chairs for bigger families. They have a 5 level spice for their dishes and was quite fresh and spicy when we chose level 4. The calamari was unfortunately soft breaded and comes off easily, but quite tasty with the sauce.“

“On Friday, Oct 18, 2024 we tried TK Noodle Cafe for the first time for lunch. The entire experience was beyond our expectations. Upon entering the small place, it was warm, cozy and spotless, and nicely decorated. The best was yet to come! The food was, well, the best Thai... ever. High quality fresh ingredients prepared to perfection. I enjoyed the Wonton Soup, and my spouse equally enjoyed the Goay Teaw Tom Yum, a peanut and rice noodle soup. “This is a quiet spot with a lovely atmosphere for families and date night dine-ins. Love it for quick take-out on late-work nights, too. North Seattle’s best. Parking is available behind the building on street lake city way heading south from 125th. Oh! & remember to try the mango with sticky rice when in season!!!“

“I don't recommend eating here. A coworker and myself tried the bahn mi and spring rolls one day and they were some of the worst I have eaten; ended up just tossing half my order. My wife tried the pho a day earlier and said it was not that good either. I do have an acquaintance that works close by and eats here often. he agress the bahn mi, spring rolls and pho are not good, but says the rice and noodles dishes are ok.“

“Solid choice of authentic Vietnamese food. The crepe is delicious and big portioned. The bun mam noodle soup is very well flavored. The grilled shrimp is excellent.

The parking lot is very small. There ia another one downstairs that you can park from the back of the building, then work upstairs to the restaurant.“

“GREAT FOOD! Everything I've tried over the years, mostly dellvery but have eaten there a few times. I've tried the Chicken Pad Thai, Spring rolls, Cashew chicken, Yellow curry chicken (Is it Panang?), Garlic chicken, and a popular wide noodle dish w/chicken and spinach (swiimming Rama maybe but a Thai name)and the Broccoli/chicken,, and love the stir fried veggie side. They serve chicken breast in most if not if not all dishes, and the only cut I eat. Perfectly cooked every tiime! The people are nice, it's clean and updated nicely. I sat alone once and was comfortable, and went with a friend another. I normally order Spice Level 3, 2 for chicken pad Thai which btw is the best! Love that there's many add/remove options on most items. I'm very picky about food, and trying new places so it's nice to have a few nearby restaurants I trust! My daughter is coming to town soon and we'll order or go here, she's vegetarian and gluten free and is a lot pickier then me! .“

“I did LOVE this place as my go to place for Pho is no longer around. The very first time I ordered I asked for hoisin sauce on the side and got no hoisin sauce at all. I called and asked they said to put it in the notes that I wanted it on the side. I said okay fine. So I put it in the notes on the side the next time I ordered from this place. still got no hoisin sauce. Figured I'd give it one more try so I tried it today wrote it on the side and got no Hoisin sauce. So I called the place and explained the situation and they said that that was their bad and they misunderstood. No rectifying no nothing I hung up out of complete disappointment. “Still my favorite place in Everett. The pho broth is a very close 2nd in flavor, but the portions…that’s what takes it over the top! While other Pho places charge an arm and a leg for (what I think is a medium bowl), they have their XL house combo pho. Look at the photos. Massive!

Son and I shared the XL and plenty for two servings.

Service is pretty good, but I’m more here for the food lol.

“We entered into an empty restaurant, but we did arrive within an hour of closing.

The menu had only pho , different sizes and different options. Chicken and beef.

I ordered the small beef combo and my partner ordered the extra large beef combo.

We were served a couple cream puffs as a complimentary appetizer. They were a nice airy creamy treat to start the meal. We didn’t have to wait long for our pho to arrive.
The small was a perfect amount of me and my partner finished the extra large, it was huge.

The broth was delicious, it hit the spot . We loved the chewy texture of the noodles. Overall we really enjoyed this restaurant and will be coming back, especially because it’s five minutes away from us.“

“Very similar decor as Mike's noodle house in China Town. I thought they were owned by the same people. Food is on equal footing to Mike's but it's nice that it's in Edmonds instead of Seattle ID. I usually get the large #12, Wonton and Dumplings noodle soup. The other dishes they offer are delicious too, on the menu and posted on the walls, but I usually go for Wonton Mein. Sunday they offer BBQ pork. Parking can be tough on weekends after noon. The 99 Ranch super market and T and T seafood draw a huge crowd.“

“First order: I was really excited. The portions felt on par with what I would expect for the cost, and most importantly, the meals seemed fresh. The flavors were really good and packaged well. As someone who hates leftovers, I really enjoyed my first order. I would have given 4/5 stars.

My second order this week, not so much. (Maybe I ordered the wrong things this week). The breakfast portions were small (I was still hungry afterward), and the quality didn’t feel the same as the week before. The scrambled eggs with asparagus turned the eggs slimy and brown—not the most appealing. Dinners during the second week were decent but included fillers, like what appeared to be canned green beans. More roasted broccoli would have felt better, in my opinion.

So it depends on the week, I guess. I already ordered for next week, so we’ll see. I’ll update my review if the quality improves. I would order again for convenience (I’m currently postpartum, so having premade meals is super helpful!), but for this price point, I would expect the quality to stay consistent or improve.“

Tried spicy pork (delicious pork belly) and a simple chicken chow mein dish the other day, and found them overly oily and a bit upsetting to my stomach. I highly recommend this place! If you want great food in North Everett- this is the place to stop by! Also, I love the potted garden in the drive through area. It is well cared for, lush and green! “Visited Bamboo Restaurant on a quiet Tuesday afternoon ,not crowded, which gave the place a calm, almost unhurried atmosphere. Service was quick, and the food arrived without delay.

I ordered the #14 pho large. The broth leaned toward ginger and lime, with a light oil finish and a subtle hint of cinnamon, a nod to the traditional spice base. However, it lacked the depth and cohesion you’d expect from a properly slow-simmered pho.

Typically, spices like star anise, cloves, and cinnamon should come together in a balanced, layered way , here, they felt slightly disconnected.
The noodles were thin and cooked well, though fairly neutral in flavor. The meats were a strong point , well-seasoned and prepared correctly, adding needed substance to the bowl.

I also tried the chili oil (saté), and this is where things dropped a bit. It had a heavier, more generic profile — lacking the aromatic depth and freshness you’d expect from a well-crafted blend.

It felt closer to a pre-made, store-bought oil rather than something developed in-house, which took away from the overall experience.

The atmosphere was extremely quiet no music, minimal interaction which made the space feel slightly awkward rather than inviting. Small details were also missing, like basic table spices or salt.

That said, there’s a certain honesty to this place. It has a simple, home-style feel: casual, calm, and straightforward.

At around $20 per person, it sits in a range where a bit more refinement in both flavor and experience would elevate it significantly.
A decent spot if you’re looking for something quiet and uncomplicated — but not quite there if you’re after a deeply traditional pho experience.“

“This place is PHENOMENAL. I go here a few times a month. They open at 9:30am sharp so it is very convenient for when I want pho for breakfast and all the other restaurants open at 11am. They have the fastest service I’ve ever experienced. You walk in, choose where you want to sit, and order right off the menu that is already on the table. Once you order, the food is out within a minute or 2. The menu small only offering pho and spring rolls or egg rolls but a variety of tea/drinks. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite and a chill environment.“
