The bun bo hue was delicious and a welcome change from the salt bomb broths I’ve become accustomed to from Vietnamese noodle soups in Seattle. The flavors were nuanced and not too heavy or salty. I especially enjoyed the tender pork knuckle and the (homemade?) small meatballs flecked with what tasted and appeared to be makrut lime leaves. An easy place for kids - my 5 year old slurped up his plain pho.“

Sorry, it’s the truth. Not that I don’t love DTF, but these guys know dumplings, and noodles, and everything in between!
Any pan-fried dumpling dish is a MUST, and they also do green beans!
And the staff is super nice.

Over time and my evolving tastes and the changing vegan restaurant scene I have only grown more fond of this unique Jem. I was so bummed to hear they were supposed to close at the end of this year due to lease issues. “I come here with my partner at least 1 time a week! The food is so affordable and delicious ($45 max for both of us to eat our fill plus a sake). The service is minimal, as they'll sit you and maybe bring you a drink. I always have to flag someone down to pay, get more chopsticks, ask for drinks, etc, but it doesn't bother me enough to care too much. It's conveyor belt sushi, so I expect to take care of myself compared to other restaurants.

The nori fries are so delicious, and I'm always getting the pork gyoza and salmon sashimi. They have great karagge but you do have to ask for the spicy sauce for it. They also have sweet and sour sauce you can ask for, for the spring rolls. I take everyone I know here and they're always happy! It's easy to get seated around 7 pm, I've found, too.“

Out of all Korean restaurants ive ever been too this one won me over just with the banchan! The japchae was also hands down best of all time.

Service is was fast, making the whole dining experience even better. We did have reservations, the parking lot and restaurant was booming at 6:30 PM on a Saturday night. Be sure to arrive a bit early if going during dinner time and prepare to fight for a spot or two or circle around a few times. But honestly, once you taste the food, you’ll realize it’s more than worth the effort.“

“Don’t normally post reviews but I felt the need to for this one.

I was guilty of placing an order about 10 minutes before the store was about to close. When I had arrived it was around 9:05PM and I thought I had lost my order but they were kind enough to call me back and help arrange for me to pick it up.

They had ZERO reason to do that and I could have easily just asked for a refund on the app but they were very understanding about it and I was truly sorry for being so last minute.
