“We visited the restaurant on a Wednesday afternoon, and it wasn’t very busy. The service was excellent, even though we kept changing our minds while ordering. The food came out fairly quickly. We ordered fish cakes as an appetizer, Pad Thai and crispy garlic fried chicken as our main dishes, and Thai tea for drinks. Everything was delicious. The staff were very friendly and thoughtfully packed up our leftover drinks to take home. We would definitely come back if we have the chance. 🥰“

“I looked up musubi and this place came up with really good reviews. I was not disappointed. I got three different kinds of musubi. Tempura prawns, spam and Portuguese sausage. All of them delicious. I also ordered a combination plate and got machicho(sp?)chicken and the shoyu chicken. I used to compete in barbecue and the shoyu chicken is a prize winner. So far nothing has disappointed me. Don't expect it to be super clean. The table tops were ok but the floors had all kinda dust and stuff. They do have really nice pictures up though. Make sure if you don't see anyone up front they have a bell next to the POS.“

“My office ordered here for a big to-go order on a cozy, rainy day, and they were so accommodating! An order for 7 people was ready in 20 minutes and packaged securely. We ordered Pho Tai and Pho Nam, grilled pork Bahn mi, a bunch of egg rolls, and the sweet and sour pho, which was amazing if you like to explore flavors, dont shy away from it! All of our food was great, there were no complaints from anyone. 10/10 for these guys, a true hidden gem in Tukwila, WA! Fair warning: their chili oil is no joke. I would buy jars of this stuff. “My first time in and really didn’t have many expectations but was blown away by the friendly staff. Ordered papaya salad w/ tofu. Tofu came fried to perfection in my book. Requested some fish sauce, the server asked if I would prefer fish dressing, big smile on my face :). Ordered a (banh-mi) sandwich w/ tofu, tofu was a little soft for my liking but had great flavor and a overly fair amount of ingredients, two thumbs up 👍. I received a side of fish dressing I used some chilly paste in it, the other server asked if I would like to have the chilly oil… ohh man was I happy with that suggestion!! Loved it!! “My absolute favorite! I have a slight obsession with bahn mi sandwiches and Pho Aroma has my favorite - perfect ratio of meat to bread to veggies. I also love their rice dishes and recently tried the crispy noodle stir fry which is my current obsession! The owners are also the absolute kindest people and it’s just a really cozy places to have a meal.“

“What a wonderful spot and a perfect stop after visiting Kubota Garden. The dining room was clean and spacious, and the service prompt and friendly. The bun bo hue was delicious and a welcome change from the salt bomb broths I’ve become accustomed to from Vietnamese noodle soups in Seattle. The flavors were nuanced and not too heavy or salty. I especially enjoyed the tender pork knuckle and the (homemade?) small meatballs flecked with what tasted and appeared to be makrut lime leaves. An easy place for kids - my 5 year old slurped up his plain pho.“

“First visit here and I ordered regular spring rolls, wonton soup and a coke. No complaints, price is fair. As far as service goes, hospitality was there and I found them to be professional, courteous and friendly. The turn around was quick from walking in to completion of my order. The flavor of the foods are unique and i typically get similar dishes at comparable establishments to establish a base line of good, not good. This place is not only good, its flavor is unique to this establishment. Overall I was pleased with everything and look forward to a return visit to try the pad thai!“

“Best wonton noodle soup place in the area. Family owned and managed.

Every time I am here, they are always packed. It will take them a while to get your orders in, to pay, to get their attention in general. Last time, I had to pick up my own soup spoon from the front cashier because there was literally none prepared on the table. I’d recommend going to the cashier directly to pay.

They also offer frozen wonton for you to cook yourself at home.

Overall, I highly recommend the food. Just give them a bit of grace when they’re busy :)“

“My new favorite pho restaurant. Bonus: As of writing this review, their WA Health Rating is Excellent (update 12/2/25: rating is now Good). This place serves tasty and great quality pho and condiments in a clean establishment. I had a small beef broth pho with chicken, tofu, and vegetables. The chicken was sliced white meat, the tofu was fried, and the vegetables were cooked and not mushy. The only table condiment I added was the crispy oil. Advice: Add only 1 serving and adjust from there. I can handle a lot of spice with no issue, but I added 4 teaspoons of the crispy oil without tasting, and it was easily 4 million Scoville units.“

“Okay, hear me out. I’m very generous on my stars. For teriyaki, I will vote Buxx as the best teriyaki in Seattle, greater Seattle. Many reasons it deserves the 5. It’s like they already know what you’re going to order, because the food comes out so fast no matter how long the wait is. They run a tight crew, I assume. Because it’s been the same people running the place for the 20 years I’ve come here. The prices are great, there are many specials you can choose from if you’re craving for salty & sweet, they have a katsu/teriyaki special. For me, I always get the chicken super combo, for $21, you get the chicken teriyaki, salad & rice, potstickers and an egg roll. The people who run the business are the sweetest people , I think the husband and wife switch off on shifts because they’re always open.“

“We stopped by on a Friday night. Ordered the P20, B12 and fresh spring rolls. The minute we walked in they greeted us with exceptional warmth. The service was extremely fast and the food was great. We’ve been looking for our go to place to grab quality food with great portions and this is the place.“

“We had an early dinner yesterday and had such a great experience, from the kind owner, who ran the whole place by herself during that time, to the food, to the cleanliness. Everything was fresh. The place is clean from kitchen to dining area to the restroom.

The food was delicious, but we were in such a rush that I forgot to take photos of the food we ordered: grilled pork banh mi, bun bo hue, and kids pho with tofu. The tofu seemed freshly made. Everything was delicious!

The prices were reasonable and affordable.

“Been going here for years — today, 10/17/25, the ladies serving were the sweetest. Towards the end of my meal, I brought something to one of the ladies attention after paying — It was minor, so I didn't want to make a big deal about it. All restaurants have their days. After letting my daughter finish, we went to wash our hands and came out to the servers wanting to take care of us for our meal. It was so minor, compared to other experiences in food establishments, but they were very kind about it. We will be back soon!

“We enjoyed the food and the ambience at Daebak Wang Mandoo. The beauty of this place lies in its simple yet elegant ambience. The food was great, The dumplings are soft and exquisite. The roasted Pork dumplings left us asking for more. IWe have tried the sea food noodle soup, which was very very tasty, the perfectly cooked shrimp and calms were very juciy.

“Been coming here for over 10 yrs. They have an entree Fried Shrimp Tofu w/ rice dish, salad & small bowl of pho. It's delicious. Their Pho broth is so flavorful, one of the best and we've tried MANY Pho places. Their service is speedy & friendly. Ample parking. The front door is in a constant state of repairs due to a break-in years ago. Their landlord has been negligent in repairs but it doesn't impact their meals or service! The funky temp door gives it character 😄“

“The pho was delicious, portion was more than enough for a large. There is also a bar and some games like DARTS. Only thing is the inside probably could use a update though, carpet needs to be shampooed or replace, restroom was dark. Overall, I would definitely recommend this spot if you want good pho. Any pan-fried dumpling dish is a MUST, and they also do green beans!
And the staff is super nice.
