“The guy at the counter was friendly, we had an interesting conversation. This was my first visit, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, and the positive vibes from the staff. The burger i ordered was perfect, the patty tasted like real meat instead of filler, fresh vegetables, assembled with care rather than just thrown together. I don't know how they made the fries, but they were so addictive... I ate them all, whereas I usually throw away at least half at other restaurants. Overall, an awesome experience, I will definitely be returning!“

“Had lunch with my Best friend and son,this location is absolutely phenomenal! Every two months for the last 5 years I visit this location and every visit has been awesome....the food is top quality, the staff are always friendly, and the atmosphere/ property is maintained regularly.
In these days and times this kind of experience is very far and few. It is truly a blessing to know I can Always count on a Postive experience and Great food from Puyallup Ivar's!

“Customer service was off the chain! Floor manager was running and helping the crew while giving instructions with a calm tone to her seemed newer employees.

When an older couple was coming in the employee was running food outside, before he passed them he was aware enough to stop and come back and open and hold the door for them!

I got my food fairly quick and got the double beef n cheddar but after just 3 bites i had to get a fork and a wife because the buns disintegrated in my hands. Probably won't get that again. Maybe if they used a stronger bread or put it in like a hogie roll or like a sub.

Overall good experience and will definitely be back.“

“I got an Uber eats order from here the other day, and I messed up my order. Im allergic to onions but my partner loves them. I put no onion on the wrong sandwhich. I called and spoke to a really sweet gal who said she would make sure to correct it for me. Normally I struggle asking for no onion, most places still put it on even if I call. This was not that experience. Both our sandwiches were perfect and I couldn't be happier. So nice on the phone and total follow through. I wish I knew her name for this shout out!“

“The staff is always excellent and welcoming but today I had an exceptional experience with a brunette with sparkles on her cheeks. She was lively, welcoming and rocked it out with everyone that was in line. Keep up the great work guys and gals at this location. Pizzas are done nicely with care and cooked to perfection. Tables and chairs need to be cleaned a little better or redone to make the dining experience that much better“

“I'm addicted to the Santa Barbara Char and my husband can't get enough of the Ahi Tuna burger.The sides are soooo yummy.Love the spicy yellow sauce that is kept in the fridge.Just one issue, Generally speaking (not specific to one restaurant) I find that there is room for improvement where cleaning of the juice and condiments area is concerned. Can be dusty at times.“

“We love Panda Express and come here pretty often. We’ve found that for takeout, we usually have a better experience when we place our order in person rather than through the app. We’ve had a few too many small mix-ups with pre-ordering, so if we do use the app, we make it a point to check everything before leaving. Ordering at the counter just seems to go a little smoother for us.

That being said, the food itself is always great and consistent. My go-to favorites are the orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and the crab rangoon—they never disappoint. Overall, it’s still one of our favorite quick spots when we’re in the mood for something easy and satisfying.“

“Staff is very friendly and makes orders quickly and productively, the food safety is perfect and the building is very modern looking and clean, this place is great for lunches and dinners and the best meal is the biggie bag, or the baconator.“

“This location is very busy at the times you would expect it to be for lunch and dinner but they do maintain a good flow at the drive-thru if you're in a hurry heavily suggest using the drive-thru as they cater to it leaving people in the lobby waiting.“

“Called ahead to order. Everyone was friendly and thorough. They offered plates, cups and silverware- which was really considerate. Food was fresh and hot. They didn't gripe when I added/altered the order when I arrived. Very pleased with both service and food. The Colonel would be proud.“

“Jack in the Box at 10:30 pm on Tuesday 5/16 it was seriously so amazing, it looked like it had been prepared from a sit down restaurant. It tasted so juicy and delicious it was perfect. Please try the burger with the hash brown in it and patty, and the grilled chicken sandwich…it had been cooked to perfection! I was so happy with this.“

“It's mostly fine, but when they mess up (which will happen; it's understandable and totally fine) they always get super rude...? The first several times I thought it was a fluke or something, but it's really strange! I've seen it with other customers, too. Customers can be nice and reasonable, but the employees get super defensive and aggressive for some reason? I'm sure they have a lot of terrible customers, but that doesn't mean you need to treat everyone like that.

Definitely check your order. Btw, if you order common food during rush hour it will be terrible. Out of rush hour it's pretty good!“

“Great customer service - which, is seemingly dwindling and hard to find at fast food joints these days. Long story short- stopped by here 45 mins prior to them closing after a long day of work, said the order would take a few mins because they’re putting fresh fries in and to pull forward to the curb while I wait. Ended up waiting for 10-15 minutes before one of the gentlemen working there rushed out with a FULL bag of an extra (fresh) 10
Piece nugget and large fry (on top of what I had ordered) apologizing profusely for the mix up in communication and not realizing I was sitting out there still. No harm no foul things happen, but the way they handled it was great and deserving of kudos since not many places of this caliber would go the extra mile like they did. I hope whoever manages this location realizes how solid the people they employ here are, because this is a very rare 5 star experience to come across in this day and age where customer service seems to be going by the wayside.“

“When this MOD opened they were spot on. Over time, the quality diminished. Today, Employee Bear made my pizza and cooked it. Usually when i ask for well done, it's still a bit doughy for me but Bear knows exactly how to prepare, cook, and present the pizza. It was perfect down to the cut. A+++ This guy should be the manager as he obviously cares for the pizza and the people buying it. Thank you!!! Perfection!“

“I order from this restaurant about once a month (delivery, in store pickup, and curbside pickup). My food is always perfect, the in-store staff is friendly and helpful, and the delivery drivers are courteous and fast.

The inside of the store is basic but clean. There are a few tables to eat at and some candy/trinket machines for kids.“

“Ive been training to hike the infamous mailbox peak trail, in north bend WA for quite sometime now. Without supplemental oxygen or a sherpa, I hauled water, food, and snacks up to the muir snowfield. All for a peanut butter cookie.

I later returned to my vehicle and started the journey home.

An hour into my ride I began craving taco bell and decided to stop here.

I ordered my usual chicken quesadilla and Beefy 5 layer burrito and devoured them shortly thereafter.

“The Staff was very nice. They made us good food and didnt rush us at all even tho we came in 30min to close. We even ran across the street and bought them cookies just to be nice. Manager should be proud of the late night crew.“

“This has to be the most juiciest chicken from a gas station I've ever had I've seen a lot of gas stations food and let me tell you nothing compares to this place the chicken is golden brown and the crispiest skin with a juicy noodle... If I lived around here I would have come here just for the food alone it's clean neat and organized and it makes you come back for more... I would definitely recommend anybody in the area or outside the area come visit this place for their food it's off the hook“
