They are all are very hard workers and very friendly and Helpful . They all knew there job was and fast .You don’t have to wait very long for what ever you are waiting for. “The guy at the counter was friendly, we had an interesting conversation. This was my first visit, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, and the positive vibes from the staff. The burger i ordered was perfect, the patty tasted like real meat instead of filler, fresh vegetables, assembled with care rather than just thrown together. I don't know how they made the fries, but they were so addictive... I ate them all, whereas I usually throw away at least half at other restaurants. Overall, an awesome experience, I will definitely be returning!“

“It's been years that I've been able to find a place to safely make me a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Well the awesome workers at this store went out of their way to make this happen for me. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY amazing the best Philly cheesesteak! Thank you Jersey Mike's for the awesome customer service! We love the Ham sandwich too. So now I have two favorite sandwiches I can order and eat safely with my crazy food allergies!

“Had lunch with my Best friend and son,this location is absolutely phenomenal! Every two months for the last 5 years I visit this location and every visit has been awesome....the food is top quality, the staff are always friendly, and the atmosphere/ property is maintained regularly.
In these days and times this kind of experience is very far and few. It is truly a blessing to know I can Always count on a Postive experience and Great food from Puyallup Ivar's!

“I came in this Resturant, April 9th 2025 and I tasted their butter chicken pizza for the first time and it was amazing! The family working there were very friendly, and I had came back in 5 minutes later to get another pizza because it was actually good, they got me fresh everything and had even given me complementary galab jamen.“

Only reason it’s 4 is because a female employee threatened extremely quickly without warning to call the cops because we were on mini motorcycles going through the drive thru While the lobby was closed at around 11. Though it states on the window “open until midnight.” Slightly misleading. Otherwise great wendys. Give nick a raise, nick is very professional.

“Normally I rate the food a five because I’ve never had anything bad there until this visit.
I received a coupon to try something new and it was almost meatless. Plenty of melted cheese and a pasty tiny meat pieces.
Also the coupon was not accepted at this Arby’s due to contract with gas station.
I understand that.
I’ll try this again when we get to our local Arby’s just to see if it is normally a disappointment in taste,texture, and quality.“

“I'm addicted to the Santa Barbara Char and my husband can't get enough of the Ahi Tuna burger.The sides are soooo yummy.Love the spicy yellow sauce that is kept in the fridge.Just one issue, Generally speaking (not specific to one restaurant) I find that there is room for improvement where cleaning of the juice and condiments area is concerned. Can be dusty at times.“

“I absolutely love this cuisine! The sweet fire chicken is amazing! I love that the food is always fresh. The service is always fast and you can get in and out in a breeze. Great place to stop in for a quick lunch or if you want to sit down with the family. And you cannot beat the prices for the portions that you get!“

“Jack in the Box at 10:30 pm on Tuesday 5/16 it was seriously so amazing, it looked like it had been prepared from a sit down restaurant. It tasted so juicy and delicious it was perfect. Please try the burger with the hash brown in it and patty, and the grilled chicken sandwich…it had been cooked to perfection! I was so happy with this.“

“Nothing special about the atmosphere it's calm and quiet but nothing to write home about. The workers are quick and make the pizza well. The food is good it's a few steps up from a fast food restaurant but not fine dining. This makes a good stop for lunch when you don't know what to get“

I’ve had a good experience most times income here. Sometimes the workers skimp out on putting toppings and on numerous occasions the oven has broke. But the majority of times this place has been pretty good overall.“

“My fave DQ. The other night I was craving a Heath blizzard ( my jam). They were absolutely hammered. Drive through had 10 cars or more for nearly an hour. I decided to park and go inside and sit but they were getting beat up by DoorDash orders too. The whole team were working as hard as they could, had a smile on their face, and were extremely polite and appreciative for patience given. The wait was worth it, and was nice to see some younger adults with good work ethic and trying their best. Good job guys!! — Rick

“Gianna the lead shift manager helped me out I'm a senior citizen and I couldn't figure out the online order process so I drove to the drive thru and this little angel went above and beyond to help me out, I only wish that their were more Giannas in the world kfc definitely have a jewel when they hire her thank Gianna your the best.... you'll go far in life young lady best wishes from a senior that thinks you are amazing“

“Great customer service - which, is seemingly dwindling and hard to find at fast food joints these days. Long story short- stopped by here 45 mins prior to them closing after a long day of work, said the order would take a few mins because they’re putting fresh fries in and to pull forward to the curb while I wait. Ended up waiting for 10-15 minutes before one of the gentlemen working there rushed out with a FULL bag of an extra (fresh) 10
Piece nugget and large fry (on top of what I had ordered) apologizing profusely for the mix up in communication and not realizing I was sitting out there still. No harm no foul things happen, but the way they handled it was great and deserving of kudos since not many places of this caliber would go the extra mile like they did. I hope whoever manages this location realizes how solid the people they employ here are, because this is a very rare 5 star experience to come across in this day and age where customer service seems to be going by the wayside.“

“I stopped into this Taco Bell on my lunch break. I ordered 4 bean burritos with extra cheese and onions. I didn’t have much time before I had to return to work, so I ate all the burritos in about 10 minutes time. And then all of the sudden right before I stood up I felt the unmistakable rumbling of my stomach and I knew I’d better find the bathroom quick. Long story short, as soon as I stood up I filled my pants with 4 bean burritos with extra cheese and onions. I shamefully made my way to the restroom to throw my underwear away and clean myself up the best I could. Upon exiting the bathroom an employee greeted me with a full refund saying, “If they don’t leave with you, we can’t rightly charge you for the burritos”. Needless to say, I took my refund and will definitely return to this location in the future. Five Stars!“

“Only 2 people working at the time and managed to cut that line down so fast that people needed to chill and learn some patience. It was 8 pm, and the bread wasn't stale. I had the jersey shores favorite.

Parking: It's a parking lot, not a huge place but also not a lot of people, and they still manage to park like S.

“Drive through is pretty quick to get there, but slow when getting the food. Food is always amazing, for it being Jack in the box. But still good, fresh, hot, and made to order. I also use coupons from my mailing su subscription, which helps.“

“I would never disparage the good name of Taco Bell. But i have to say the downtown Puyallup Taco Bell is my favorite. The staff there is always so awesome, and of course the food is tasty. I've never had an order screwed up which is much appreciated. My only complaint would be I believe corporate is probably making them try to upset things like extra meat, sour cream, etc. It's super annoying but I'm not at all blaming the employees. I'm sure they don't want to be irritating. 😅“

“It's mostly fine, but when they mess up (which will happen; it's understandable and totally fine) they always get super rude...? The first several times I thought it was a fluke or something, but it's really strange! I've seen it with other customers, too. Customers can be nice and reasonable, but the employees get super defensive and aggressive for some reason? I'm sure they have a lot of terrible customers, but that doesn't mean you need to treat everyone like that.

Definitely check your order. Btw, if you order common food during rush hour it will be terrible. Out of rush hour it's pretty good!“

“On two occassions I arrived at the Sumner location about five minutes from their posted closing time, once on a Thursday night and the second on a Friday evening after a high school basketball game. The open sign and interior lights were on but when I entered the manager said it was too late to order even though it was before their posted closing time. Very rude manager who cared nothing about his customers and solely about getting out of there. Unlike any other Jimmy John's I have gone too.“
