“We’ve been coming here for a few years now, and it remains one of our favorite local coffee shops. It’s a small space with limited indoor seating, but there’s also a patio and additional seating along the storefront.
The coffee is consistently good and the service is always friendly and welcoming. They also offer a selection of freshly baked treats and wraps.
Stir supports local artists, with artwork displayed on the walls and available for purchase. They occasionally will host live musicians from the community and it’s a nice way to enjoy an afternoon.“

“Had a nice experience first time trying Milky Snow today. We were looking for something light and coffee and it was the perfect place. Owner(?) lady was very nice even though she was all by herself. We were relaxing with our dogs and had the chicken sandwich, fish waffles and two lattes they were all very good. Will come back again!“

“Our grandfather took us to the Wood N Frog Coffee Company we had hot drinks and lunch. The Frog Chai Latte was delicious and the staff were welcoming and friendly. “Always great personal experience at BLENZ so headed here for coffee and a healthy breakfast sandwich and once again, not disappointed!
Tina was extremely friendly, explained the menu, took time to get our order correct for my partner as well and served us at our table.
I was so impressed I went back again today solo as she was at a company meeting locally. Tina remembered my number to ensure I received points and as I was staying again, served my breakfast wrap with a side salad for my enjoyment and I certainly did!
Grateful we tried this location and it will be our go to location every visit to the area going forward. So refreshing to know there are still people and establishments that are grateful to have you as a patron, smile, get your order correct and double check to ensure it was accurate and that you were enjoying it and thanked us for our visit. “We were wandering Steveston and happened across Nikaido. I have wanted a nice pen for letter writing for a long time but was unsure of what kind. The two staff were so helpful! They explained the difference between pens and I was able to try the ones I was interested in. I ended up purchasing a fountain pen and a few bottles of ink. I would highly recommend stopping in and checking out Nikaido.“

“Three of us visited there for a break. I heard that they are very accommodating as we brought our student with special needs to eat her snacks and use washrooms. It was very comfortable environment and the staff was super helpful by filling water for us! No wonder my colleagues told me “just go there, have a good break, and enjoy your staying in Steveston village!” I cannot express our gratitude to all the staff at Waves Cafe in Steveston Village!“

“The BBQ meats are standouts, and the other HK cafe food is solid. The baked pork chop on rice is quite rich and I wish it had a stronger tomato flavour.

The interior really reminds me of HK restaurants, it’s nice and comfortable with a lot of booth seating options.

It gets busy around meal times even if the location seems like it’s in the middle of nowhere. Pretty good choice for some authentic Hong Kong food without going deep into Richmond.“

“This is why I love Starbucks - the online system glitched and my order wasn't ready. Apologizing, they got it ready right away and then we realized part of it had not gone through. No questions asked, no attitude given, just made the drink with a smile. Didn't ask for payment, didn't cause a stink like TH's does. Love them to the moon and back!!“

“I’ve brought family here multiple times for lunch whenever we are in the Tsawwassen Nation Board walk along the coast.

The service and staff is very friendly. Quite frankly I was very surprised with the quality of the 3 hat trick flatbread. It was my first time trying it and the families enjoyed it as well. Every experience has been very good. My dad loves the turkey bacon club, but he misses the chicken salad sandwiches. Hopefully the brand can bring back this nostalgic sandwich that we all love.

“Well, I just went to Tim Hortons. Their guest service is awesome. Drive through was way busy. A girl at the window and boy at front were amazing. They were managing whole stuff very well. I also forgot something to add into my order at the back and I then requested to do so at the window. They both did it politely and greeted me with respect.
