“I visit this coffee shop often. The coffee is good, but it's inconsistent. I will order the same exact drink, but it will taste different. One time, it's perfect. The next time, it's too milky. I guess it depends on who is making the drink?“

“My husband and I found this coffee stand on door dash yesterday and fell in love with their coffee! The salted white Russian is DELICIOUS with hemp milk, and the fact that they have hemp milk! “I stopped by to pick up a drink for my friend & I had the absolute pleasure of being helped out by Trinity. She is soooo kind, social, funny, knowledgeable and compassionate. Normally when I stop by somewhere to buy a drink or something it's quick & nothing stands out. I'll literally never forget this interaction because those few minutes I spent waiting for the drink, I had a blast with Trinity, she is so fun to talk to! I was tempted to just order another drink and sit there all day chatting with her if i didn't have to get home because we clicked so amazingly in that short time. I'll need to go by more often to see my new friend, Trinty definitely went above and beyond. Easily the best service I've ever experienced in my life, I didn't feel like i was buying a drink but instead catching up with a dear friend, she is easily a people person and Northwest Grind x Bubbleology knew what they were doing when she got hired. Also, my friend said she loved her drink and goes there all the time and is never disappointed, her and Trinity know each other also and my friend had nothing but amazing things to say about Trinity also!! “The ladies were nice but speaking to them on the other side of a sliding glass door wasn't the best. I felt like they couldn't hear me and that might have led to the miscommunication of my order. I ordered the blended White coffee drink and I received a blended white coffee mocha which I guess is different because what I got didn't look anything like the item from the online menu I saw. Maybe add different names to similar sounding drinks to avoid confusion in the future. Also I wasn't asked if I wanted a straw and drove off without them. That part was my fault I suppose because now I'm eating my coffee with a spoon 🤣“
