“the ladies are are fast. a few remember what their regulars drink. pleasant experience overall. That said I have had a recent bad experience. Made a order of White coffee,White Chocolate. Macadamia nut. Young lady was fast and friendly. But she didn't get it right. Didn't find that out till I. got home. She had used regular coffee instead of White coffee. Had 2 women very disappointed. It happens. won't stop me or family from stopping in regularly. Perk Central is our favorite coffee shop.“

“I will forever be grateful to this restaurant for serving gluten-free items before anyone else offered gluten free menus. I was very limited if I could eat out. This place gave me options. It was the first time I had eaten chicken tenders in 5 years because it had breading. instead of being met with criticism and irritation, I was met with compassion and understanding. The owners of this place are good to the local community. I just can't say enough good things about them. Oh and their food is fantastic!“

“I stopped by to pick up a drink for my friend & I had the absolute pleasure of being helped out by Trinity. She is soooo kind, social, funny, knowledgeable and compassionate. Normally when I stop by somewhere to buy a drink or something it's quick & nothing stands out. I'll literally never forget this interaction because those few minutes I spent waiting for the drink, I had a blast with Trinity, she is so fun to talk to! I was tempted to just order another drink and sit there all day chatting with her if i didn't have to get home because we clicked so amazingly in that short time. I'll need to go by more often to see my new friend, Trinty definitely went above and beyond. Easily the best service I've ever experienced in my life, I didn't feel like i was buying a drink but instead catching up with a dear friend, she is easily a people person and Northwest Grind x Bubbleology knew what they were doing when she got hired. Also, my friend said she loved her drink and goes there all the time and is never disappointed, her and Trinity know each other also and my friend had nothing but amazing things to say about Trinity also!! “I get 3 to 4 coffees a day (it’s a problem) and have been to every single Starbucks in WA State. Multiple times. I can show you a bank statement. This specific store is the best. Hands down. Customer Service and drink making. I don’t order anything special but typically it’s a toss up when you order that many a day. Not at the Yelm store. Every single drink is made perfect and if it isn’t….. before they even hand it to me, they remake it. Most the employees have been there a long time and if you are kind to them, which you should be, they take care of you. Best Starbucks store in the PNW. The employees are irreplaceable ❤️“

I ordered Mythical Mocha with decaf because Im trying to sleep and I have early morning flight tomorrow. I ordered it online because I needed to get home quickly. Man, the that mocha was actually mythical!!!
I forgot to ask the barrista name to credit her but I literally just got home from getting the coffee (like I still have the coffee with me now). She made me want to come back tomorrow before my flight to get another mythical mocha!

“I stopped here on my drive to Seattle and was impressed from the moment I came in. Before I ordered, they asked if I wanted my order for here, and I was very happy that they served my drink in a mug! The drink tasted better that way too. I haven’t been offered that at Starbucks before and am very happy with this change (also for the environment). When I sat down, I had a choice of many very clean tables to sit at. Usually when I go to cafes, I have to clean the table even if it had technically been cleaned already, but here the tables were spotless. The music was very pleasant as well. Before I left, I used the restroom and appreciated not having to ask for a code or key. The restroom was very clean and well-stocked as well. This was Sunday January 26th at 2pm - I didn’t note the name of the person who took my order, but I do commend them for friendliness and for offering the mug for my drink!“
