I like the service, she made sure I was satisfied with my order and is very personable. As a matter of fact most of at the bar ended up talking together and Marlena was a part of that. I've been here a few time during my Seattle travel.and LouLou has been a great experience each time.“

“This is a gem of a dining option hidden away but only a few blocks from SeaTac airport. A limited menu but with solid options for everyone and at a range of prices as well. Not inexpensive but not extravagant either. The service is attentive and appropriate. Separate checks were presented without a hiccup or side eye. The grounds are lovely and you feel pampered being in this cozy dining room.“

“What an incredibly unique dining experience! The Derby and The Shop offers something you won’t find anywhere else in Seattle - the chance to dine surrounded by classic cars in their storage area. We hosted a private party here and were blown away by both the atmosphere and the food.
The venue is perfect for special events. The car storage setting creates an unexpectedly cool and fun backdrop that had our guests talking all night. It’s industrial yet welcoming, making for great conversation starters and photo opportunities.
The food definitely lived up to the unique setting. The appetizers during our cocktail hour were excellent quality and well-presented. For dinner, the chicken and waffles were absolutely outstanding - perfectly crispy chicken with fluffy waffles that hit all the right notes. The bulgogi lettuce wraps were another standout, offering fresh, flavorful Korean-inspired bites with tender, well-seasoned meat.
Service was attentive throughout our event, and the staff handled our private party seamlessly. If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience that combines great food with an automotive twist, The Derby and The Shop delivers. “The brunch menu brought us in, but the service and atmosphere had us feeling like regulars. Mimosa’s, eggs Bennie’s, and Pattie K set the vibe.
Pattie K was friendly, super efficient, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Even when it got busy, she was on it, and you could tell she really cared about the guest experience. This is definitely a must visit spot!“

“This was our first visit. I saw their menu and a few pics on line and decided to give it a try. This is a charming gem of a restaurant. Our bartender/server, Chloe was very nice and made fabulous looking drinks. I had wine but will try one of her cocktails next time. The food was so good! Can’t wait to go back.“

“stopped by on a whim as I drove down west valley highway and I was very pleased with the service and food! ordered lumpia, crispy pork belly combo and a brown sugar boba and I was blown away! the crispy pork was beyond good! came with a Mac salad some diced veggies and a wonderfully flavored rice with green onion. the lumpia was freshly made and the boba complimented everything. 10/10 would recommend“

I've had a lot of their cocktails over my visits and each one is complex and unique. If you get a chance come in and try their Vanilla Cheesecake Brownie, It was like a little cloud of heaven.“

“I absolutely love this spot...it is one of our regular date night choices. The atmosphere is super fun and relaxed, the food and drinks are delicious and trendy but the place and prices are not pretentious which is awesome. I am obsessed with the lavender lemonade and the cheese curds. Ever since a friend of mine introduced me, I am hooked and find myself craving this combo. Their fries and sliders are also delicious, and they have so many fun dipping sauces. The staff are always super friendly and cool.“

“I have followed Off Alley for about four years and finally made it. They did not disappoint. The intimate setting and excellent service is my kind of experience. The menu was creatively composed and made me curious. As dishes came out, they were beautifully plated and made me order more just to have a chance to experience more of the food. I didn't need salt or pepper. It was beautifully seasoned. My favorite by far was the rabbit kidneys on toast. Wow!! Mind blowing Michelin worthy dish in my mind. The kidneys had a lovely sear on them, cooked beautifully and topped with a rich sauce. The bread underneath was soft with a lovely crust and absorbed the sauce so well. I enjoyed my meal in totality. I'm placing pictures but won't tell you everything I ordered. Go early or make a reservation (your best bet) and order a variety of dishes and see if you happen to order anything like I got to experience. I am an absolute foodie and enjoy Michelin restaurants and unique cuisine experiences and for what I got at Off Alley, it was up there! When I got my check, I expected to pay more because it was such a niché experience with high quality products. It really should cost more. I'll certainly head back...soon!“

“If you are in the mood for elegant, vintage drinks with a whimsical (truly whimsical) twist - look no further - thus is your stop, for a sip - or two, or... We had the Chai Old Fashioned and the Last Word... If the devil is in the details - so are the companions of Bacchus - the REAL maraschino cherry in the Last Word and the massive ice cube in the Old Fashioned confirm how serious thus place is about its drinks reputation. Also, the Cherry and Apricot Salad gave us that so very needed connection with the local farmers' produce, it being a delightfully crispy concoction of bitter radicchio and peppery greens, smoothed by a pungent goat cheese and vanilla balsamic vinaigrette.The bread and the sharp olive oil were especially appreciated with the salad. We love gelato, but ordered the blackberry sorbet and did not regret it since it came with a solid chunk of anise biscotti - an excellent pairing for the double espresso. Our waiter, Troy, made us feel well attended, but not even once did he overdo it.“

“Went in at 2:50 pm on a Sunday evening. I do not regret coming in . At first i was a bit unsure of what to order considering how small the menu was so i decided to ask the server for her opinion. She ended up recommending a meatball pasta which i loved so much. If i could go back tn i would. The only concerning thing is the size of the plate. It is a very small portion and didn’t even get me full. Luckily i ate my girlfriends food otherwise i would’ve had to order a second plate. Besides the serving portion every thing else including service was great. Would recommend for those who are curious and want to try it out.“

“Don't let the fact that this restaurant is in a hotel detour you... it's amazing. Food is delicious, service is stellar, and the price is right. I went for breakfast and dinner in one week. The stuffed French toast was some of the best I've had in Seattle, and for dinner I had the burger with Dejion and caramelized onions. super tasty. Just wish I had room for dessert. Maybe next time. They had the football games on at the bar, so I had cocktails to end the night and almost rented a room just to stay longer but had to work in the AM. Top notch!!“

“I always go to the smoke shop next door and I figured I'd stop in here and grab something to eat. I was not disappointed in the least bit. One of the best milkshakes that I've had in all of the Seattle area. I ordered the fish and chips and it was absolutely fire. Was served my food in under 5 minutes. Delicious, fast and worth the money. I would much rather eat here than at Dick's burgers to be honest.“

“Had an overnight stay at the Hotel for business. Didn’t want to go out just something simple but good. The classic burger did not disappoint. Cooked exactly as I asked. Super juicy and fresh toppings. Fries were the seasoned kind. Just crispy enough but not too much. The menu has lighter foods and more upscale if that is your craving. Service was friendly and food came out in a very reasonable amount of time.“

“Solid lox sandwich, but not sure if it's $18 good. Maybe that's just the way of the world at this point. I'm originally from the Northeast (upper right) where good bagels are ubiquitous. I do have to say that these bagels are very good. Pricey, but good. The guy working the window seemed like he might be serving a community service sentence, or perhaps he was just hung over. But I was there for the product, not the service, so I won't ding them for the aloofness. (The person working the donut window next door was lovely and politely pointed me in the right direction, since the bagel window isn't as obvious.) Would I go back? Maybe. But at this price, these bagels seem more like a high end treat than a regular occurrence. Check it out for yourself. I didn't think you'll be disappointed.“

“Our server was absolutely one of the hardest workers. He served ALL of the full tables in the bar area. The bartender served just the few people at the bar-yet our server went behind the bar and got his own drinks for the tables. The difference in the amount of work these two men were doing was unreal. “In my opinion the best coffee around. It started with convenience and unlike Starbucks they made a standard delicious vanilla latte. But really it's all about the blended drinks. There are their specials which are all good but you can also get the coffee drinks blended & they use an ice cream base that takes it to a whole new level. Plus, you get a free bday drink which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend!“

“The only issue we had was the proximity of the party next to us. They were basically sitting at our table with a little partition between us. The couple at the table were swearing ALOT and it was distracting to our meal. I don't really like hearing MFers and AH and F while trying to enjoy brunch. Perhaps a more sound proof partition between general dining and the bar area?“
