“This is the fastest service for lunch in downtown Seattle. They have delicious food (my favorite is the Radical bowl, with raw salmon and tuna), a variety of options for everyone, and the owners and staff are wonderful. They're so kind and friendly.

“Me and my wife are from Surrey British Columbia we were in town and we’re looking for some Cambodian food this place I’ve been to before so I’m thinking everything will be the same as I got in there. I realized the menu has changed. It’s not the same as it was before. One of the dishes that we ordered before they don’t have it on the menu anymore my wife ordered the Phnom Penh noodles they had Chinese doughnut beside the picture so I’m thinking it was gonna come with it, but you will have to pay extra for it I order number two it wasn’t that great I have high expectations because of the last time I was here it doesn’t taste the same as before I had to get up and ask for napkins or ask for more water After seeing how things have changed would I come back, I don’t think so it looks good, but looks can be deceiving after the exchange rate and everything our bill came up to 130 cad plus tip and that’s for two people“

Previous Rate: I've never been disappointed in Haidilao!! Tram our waiter made a huge mistake.
Usually you'd come to see the robots bring your food to your table but she grabbed our food and brought it straight and I asked if she can bring the food with the robot because that was the whole purpose to eat at Haidilao! So disappointed. Also Tram didn't ask us to hurry up but mid way through our meal she brought our receipt and we didnt stop ordering but never had the issue at the Seattle or bellevue location...... I am truly upset & disappointed“

“This is my absolute favorite spot to pop in for a casual lunch. It’s a calm, very quiet spot. Super nice for getting a plate of sushi and taking a moment to breathe. I personally will just go in there and prop up my phone, and throw on a youtube video or podcast. The vibe is very similar to a japanese cafe, where you can sit on your own, do your own thing, and there is no judgement for wearing headphones or being on a laptop. Also nice to do work in. “I came here for lunch and ordered a hot matcha latte, a musubi, and the teriyaki chicken rice bowl — everything was so good. Matcha is usually hit-or-miss for me since it’s often not sweet, but this one didn’t need any sugar. It was perfect.

The rice bowl had a really interesting mix of ingredients, all delicious, and the musubi… wow. I could easily eat 100 of them. I usually don’t like black rice because people don’t cook it right, but theirs was done perfectly.

I’d highly recommend this place for a quick, tasty lunch. There’s limited seating, so unless you come during a quieter time, you may have trouble finding a spot. I came during a slower period and was able to set up my laptop and get some work done.

I haven’t tried the breakfast yet, but I have no doubt it would be just as good.“

“I live close to here and come here often. Everything I’ve ever had has been really good to great. The calamari is fantastic. Dont expect them to wait on you hand and foot. They give you the menu take you oder after a few minutes and will fill your water if they see its low. They are not gonna ask you if everything is good every 5 minutes. Great place to come eat in a very chill environment“
