“This was a great experience. Probably the highlight of our trip for my 11 year old. The pastries were super fresh and flakes. The coffee was smooth and delicious. The atmosphere was great but it was pretty slow when we were there. I think it would get really loud with event moderate amount of people.“
“Excellent Starbucks destination! I love taking our friends and family here when they visit as part of the signature Seattle experience. Unlike regular locations, they have their own bakery, gorgeous iron ovens, and they serve alcoholic drinks. They will make your drink with an AeroPress, chemex, pour-over, Clover, or a few other options. Their whiskey barrel-aged cold brew is amazing. My gluten-eating friends and family tell me that the bakery items are incredible. Being fresh baked and with high quality ingredients. This is a great place to visit, and a place I go to again and again.“

“My favorite starbucks by far! There’s great staff who are extremely friendly and nice. The drinks are very well made. The atmosphere is warm and friendly with plenty of nice people and regulars in groups! They are very pet friendly and you can meet a large range of very friendly dogs! There is lots seating indoor and out with heated seats outside. The location is perfect and they are always fast to create your order.“
“Been a starbucks going all my life. Love how strong the coffee is and how consistent my coffee tastes. Breakfast sandwhichs are good if you are on the go and don't have time to bake. Barisitas and managers are typically very well trained and welcome you to the store very enthusiastic.“

“I am a regular customer. Not a bad experience. once it was unpleasant that there was still an hour left before the closure, but the workers had already cleaned the toilets, so they refused to let me in. But the good thing is that I always order decaf, and the staff have never made a mistake in this. For me this is important because of my intolerance to caffeine.“

“Kloie was sweet, it was early morning and made a foolish mistake of pushing my laptop that made my passion tea fell off. I felt bad but they were nice about it, told me to not worry about cleaning it up and even gave me a replacement without me asking. They were a tight crew like a machine, and if you cant find the outlets, its under the sofa <3“
“The staff here has a prodigious memory. I came in frequently for a few weeks last summer, ordering the same thing each time. I actually changed my name in the Starbucks app to Eeeeee to make it easier to hear, and they still knew it was me and used my actual name. Fast-forward a year, and I only come in occasionally, but they still know my name and will hand my drink directly to me when they see me. Starbucks sells a feeling of comfort & belonging, and this location excels at it.“

“This place is much cleaner than others! By far my favorite Starbucks. The summer berry lemonade refresher is so good! In fact, the only bad part is that the drink is seasonal. “Good experience today- 11:00 on a Saturday (except for the customer who couldn’t seem to get over herself when we grabbed her coffee cup mistakingly. You say you’re genuinely sorry and try to be friendly and get nothing but Seattle freeze🤦🏼♀️.) The staff were welcoming, fast, efficient, very polite, customer oriented, friendly towards me and my friend, put up with me ordering the wrong bagel, then grabbing the wrong cup, asking for a knife to butter the bagel when it was right in front of me. They forgot I needed butter with my correct bagel, but hey, they were busy, and I’ll take a friendly experience over being too critical. Ditsy moments for me, but my experience here this time around, after a year or more hiatus was much better. Music wasn’t too loud, lots of nice space and a bar with morning sunshine, clean tables outside.“

The location is so relaxing, the vibe is like a small beach town. The staffs are always so nice, quite a busy store but they tried their best to keep the store clean. I come here grab a cup of coffee before the walk around the lake, sometimes just watching people ?. Love the store“
“Very comfortable location, once I was able to find it. It’s kind of hidden. I needed my morning latte, so I wouldn’t give up. Go up the stairs into the central outdoor plaza. (Look for the international flags.
The baristas were good. My latte came out quickly. Lots of space inside and out for relaxing and sipping your coffee.“

“Delivery person here. A $30 single cold coffee just fell over. Inside the bag. It was on a flat surface. There was no way I could’ve prevented it. Please pack better. I had a very strange interaction. I walked into a Starbucks to take advantage of a three dollar coupon. I could not find the information I was looking for, and so when I asked the barista if my drink qualified, she said yes. That turned out to be false, and ended up being charged a little bit more than I was prepared for. (Mind you there was a very specific reason why I was asking, and the proper information could have impacted my ability to pay.) This wasn’t an issue until the customer behind me said something to me in a rude way that triggered me, thus creating a spiral. The manager got so defensive that he couldn’t calm himself down enough to listen to me, even though I repeatedly tried to say I wanted to apologize. He basically told me, doesn’t care what I have to say, he’s trying to protect his employees, it is a business, and he doesn’t have to put up with it. The only helpful information he gave me was that it was the cashiers second day, which was all the more reason to communicate what happened. But I never got the chance to…moral of the story…go in the morning, WAY better service!“
“I live nearby & for the past few weeks I've only been getting coffee that tastes burnt.
I figured it was maybe just a temporary thing or something but it has just become consistently burnt. I'll visit again once more soon, but if it is burnt again I'll simply find coffee elsewhere & update this review.

“Shout out to manager Crystal for handling a very rude, very misogynistic customer. The customer was furious that cream is an additional $4.50, for two coffees it would total to $9. His tensions raised and when the woman cashier kept telling him that's the price, he insisted on talking to the male barista behind her, who had nothing to do with the order. Manager Crystal came to the window, told him the price, and requested that after this transaction to no longer come back because he has been harassing the employees, all the while the customer was talking to me trying to get me to agree with him (I didn't, the employees have to follow prices set by corporate). Tensions raised, his wife comes over and insists she's part of corporate, and assuming I was still involved in this conversation (since he was talking to me about 15 seconds ago, I assumed I was still part of this discussion) I told hee to contact corporate then and not harass employees. More words were exchanged, the rude customers called me and my partner a slur and the employees were again left shaken by this interaction with this man, who was mad over... Cream. That he can get at Safeway for $2.
Shout out to this team, this location has kept me caffeinated for 2 years while I have lived and worked in the Ballard neighborhood, and I have never had a negative experience. Food service employees work very hard and take a lot of guff. Be nice, tip them well, and thank them for their hard work. Thank you Crystal and the rest of your team.“

“The Starbucks Lake union location is a short walk from Argosy Cruises and the Seaplane terminal. Down the street from Marriott. The staff are kind and helpful. They prepared my meal fast and drink. You can sit outside and watch the boats and other things on the lake. They have excellent selection of seasonal coffee. I had their grilled cheese and the matcha.“

“Everyone working there is super nice! It's not that long of a wait. Great food and drinks, of course. The store itself doesn't have seating, but the seats nearby have great views of the rink. It is one of my favorite Starbucks to order at.“
“Trader Joe's has the best stuff. Most of their stuff is by companies that make using only healthy ingredients. You do have to read the labels, because there are some things that have bad oils, etc. They don't read the labels for you, but they do have mostly naturally made stuff.“

“As always, I appreciate a Starbucks locations whose workers read the instructions. I can judge as soon as I see my drink if it was well prepared. In this case, I saw it and I knew it was top-notched. Just as instructed and the flavor was as good as it should be. I had a quick talk with Anthony! Very nice and friendly and asked me to try the new drink. I posted some pics of it. I liked the drink sample but sad that it was not warm anymore but hey it was just bad timing. The location has a nice view of the waterfront and in front of the art museum. Cheers to the crew.

“This place is amazing. Let’s start with the beautiful leather real artistic wood furniture. Then the place is super clean. They are friendly and greet you when you walk in. I’ve never been served a breakfast wrap on a cute little recyclable platter with plastic cullery. The standard in every Starbucks I’ve even been to is just in a bag (even if you’re dining in). And the Queen Anne neighborhood is quite charming. I found a gem.“
“Yesterday i finally got to make my own drink@starbuks . caramel whip crunch with single shot with chocolate java chips and exrta chocolate drizzle. Very sweet of a drink but not to sweet with the whole milk and crunched ice .I gotta say venti is alwayd my way of being extra .but thats just me ? lol.“

“MARIA, she is very skilled and customer-friendly! She alone was working when I got there for my drinks and there were a few of us in the line. She was very interactive, making suggestions from the menu. When my order was made, she ensured I was pleased! “Best Starbucks drive thru I have been to. We arrived back late from Puerto Vallarta. Got a coffee so I could safely make the drive back. Not only grateful for the 24 hour service but they were extremely fast and had amazing customer service for it being so late. Always nice to go to an establishment where you feel appreciated as a customer. They made the coffee exceptionally as well as the treats. Highly recommend this location.“

“I think Starbucks is a very good coffee shop for me to go into especially now that I can go get my single Americano in either call or grande style I think that works pretty good and I sure like their point system it works very well for me besides that if I start earning points then I can actually get a reward for it because other coffee companies or coffee shop do I go to sometimes they have a point system where you earn up to 10 free points or whatever it is and you get a free cup of coffee or whatever and that's what I like about this because it saves a lot of people time and effort to go into a coffee shop like this to get their coffee and whatever else they need but I think what's really nice about is that I think one of their promotions would be later on is if you go out and get a cup of coffee from them they might offer you an idea to get one of those some Starbucks cards which are preloaded and basically what it is if you get one of those that's great and that's why the reason why I have one of those Starbucks cards to wear it basically I can get into a gold system or something like that that's what I have although I haven't used it lately but I'm going to think about starting to use it anyway when it's all said and done since I've only had that particular card for about 9 years it's very useful now if we got other people to start getting a hold of a Starbucks card which would basically mean if you gradually move into the point system or going to a tear like a gold card like what I've got basically it means you can put money on the card and that's it now if they do have you know preloaded Starbucks cards or if you can actually purchase a card all you have to do is just loaded and forget it and then when you come in to go get your coffee you have the card right there because basically they just act like a credit card and you won't have to worry about a single thing“

Coffee is well you know exactly what you are getting, plus usual snack selection, but the main reason to visit this shop is the staff ! How cool is this? I love that the original location is still a fully running store that coffee lovers and Starbucks enthusiasts can visit. The store is located in Pike Place Market, hence the name of their signature coffee blend. Fair warning: the lines for this store are pretty long! I think I waited about an hour on a weekend.
Inside there are tons of special merchandise, a full menu, and lots of items you’ll only find here. The baristas at this store are a cut above other locations. The coffee was on par with other craft coffee shops in Seattle.
Overall, I’d say if you love Starbucks then this is worth a visit if you’re in Seattle.“
