“Yes, this is the number one Starbucks you want to visit. We waited for about 15 minutes before getting in. They have a system that works well, and the baristas do an amazing job being friendly and kind in the midst of it all. One of them told me they sometimes felt like a bouncer, which was quite funny. They have their unique merch, and you can use your Starbucks app and the stars to buy them! I got their signature "bearista" using 400 stars. The place feels very touristy, obviously, but it was a fun experience. One of the baristas kindly offered to take photos of us, and I'm very thankful for their kind gesture.“

“Pretty cool. We had to wait about 45 min in line to order at the main coffee bar as there was only one register open. Eventually they opened up a second register & the line flowed better. They were also out of a bunch of food items listed & what we were served would’ve been much better had it been heated. Drinks were super good & watching the actual roastery part was awesome.“

“This is a must stop if you’re a coffee lover. The selection was outstanding. In our group we got the coffee flight, cold brew flight, and individual drinks. The coffee flight was great! Not a single one did we dislike. The cold brew flight was amazing. The whiskey barrel cold brew is easily one of the favorite cold brews I’ve ever had. I also had a single origin Honduras coffee on pour over and it was so smooth and balanced. The food was also really good! I had the salmon and cream cheese brioche and I very much enjoyed it.“

“Good experience today- 11:00 on a Saturday (except for the customer who couldn’t seem to get over herself when we grabbed her coffee cup mistakingly. You say you’re genuinely sorry and try to be friendly and get nothing but Seattle freeze🤦🏼‍♀️.) The staff were welcoming, fast, efficient, very polite, customer oriented, friendly towards me and my friend, put up with me ordering the wrong bagel, then grabbing the wrong cup, asking for a knife to butter the bagel when it was right in front of me. They forgot I needed butter with my correct bagel, but hey, they were busy, and I’ll take a friendly experience over being too critical. Ditsy moments for me, but my experience here this time around, after a year or more hiatus was much better. Music wasn’t too loud, lots of nice space and a bar with morning sunshine, clean tables outside.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks 2nd only to the roastery but that's a whole different business! This spot is ALWAYS fast and makes my drink perfectly! I order in the app on my way in from King Street Station and my drink is always waiting for me! This Pineapple Cloud Cake has me on cloud 9! ?“

“Been a starbucks going all my life. Love how strong the coffee is and how consistent my coffee tastes. Breakfast sandwhichs are good if you are on the go and don't have time to bake. Barisitas and managers are typically very well trained and welcome you to the store very enthusiastic.“

“This is a gem of a coffee shop in Lower Queen Anne! The crew is super exceptional...they truly go out of their way for the utmost customer experience...they even bring your order to your table! “I am a regular customer. Not a bad experience. once it was unpleasant that there was still an hour left before the closure, but the workers had already cleaned the toilets, so they refused to let me in. But the good thing is that I always order decaf, and the staff have never made a mistake in this. For me this is important because of my intolerance to caffeine.“

“My favorite starbucks by far! There’s great staff who are extremely friendly and nice. The drinks are very well made. The atmosphere is warm and friendly with plenty of nice people and regulars in groups! They are very pet friendly and you can meet a large range of very friendly dogs! There is lots seating indoor and out with heated seats outside. The location is perfect and they are always fast to create your order.“

“The staff here has a prodigious memory. I came in frequently for a few weeks last summer, ordering the same thing each time. I actually changed my name in the Starbucks app to Eeeeee to make it easier to hear, and they still knew it was me and used my actual name. Fast-forward a year, and I only come in occasionally, but they still know my name and will hand my drink directly to me when they see me. Starbucks sells a feeling of comfort & belonging, and this location excels at it.“

“They are really nice in this Starbucks! They really know their drinks and are very willing to make any changes for gluten and dairy. They help in a very kind way, and it is very much appreciated.

“I absolutely love this location. It's always very clean and organized in the interior, and the drinks are always perfect. I typically order online, but have started ordering in person because of how fast and genuine the staff is here. Easily the best Starbucks in Seattle in my opinion.“

“Jasper was the absolute moment today when she was serving. That's it. She was just serving. She completely ate (not on the floor obvi) and left zero metaphorical crumbs. No notes. 10/10.

Jasper politely explained that the Clover machine was out of order when that's all my platonic husbear and I were there for. Jasper, able to rectify our evening, pointed us to our next alternate, the draft Nitro Cold Brew line, instead, and saved our marriage.“

The location is so relaxing, the vibe is like a small beach town. The staffs are always so nice, quite a busy store but they tried their best to keep the store clean. I come here grab a cup of coffee before the walk around the lake, sometimes just watching people ?. Love the store“

“Very comfortable location, once I was able to find it. It’s kind of hidden. I needed my morning latte, so I wouldn’t give up. Go up the stairs into the central outdoor plaza. (Look for the international flags.
The baristas were good. My latte came out quickly. Lots of space inside and out for relaxing and sipping your coffee.“

“This place is amazing. Let’s start with the beautiful leather real artistic wood furniture. Then the place is super clean. They are friendly and greet you when you walk in. I’ve never been served a breakfast wrap on a cute little recyclable platter with plastic cullery. The standard in every Starbucks I’ve even been to is just in a bag (even if you’re dining in). And the Queen Anne neighborhood is quite charming. I found a gem.“

“I live nearby & for the past few weeks I've only been getting coffee that tastes burnt.

I figured it was maybe just a temporary thing or something but it has just become consistently burnt. I'll visit again once more soon, but if it is burnt again I'll simply find coffee elsewhere & update this review.

I had a very strange interaction. I walked into a Starbucks to take advantage of a three dollar coupon. I could not find the information I was looking for, and so when I asked the barista if my drink qualified, she said yes. That turned out to be false, and ended up being charged a little bit more than I was prepared for. (Mind you there was a very specific reason why I was asking, and the proper information could have impacted my ability to pay.) This wasn’t an issue until the customer behind me said something to me in a rude way that triggered me, thus creating a spiral. The manager got so defensive that he couldn’t calm himself down enough to listen to me, even though I repeatedly tried to say I wanted to apologize. He basically told me, doesn’t care what I have to say, he’s trying to protect his employees, it is a business, and he doesn’t have to put up with it. The only helpful information he gave me was that it was the cashiers second day, which was all the more reason to communicate what happened. But I never got the chance to…moral of the story…go in the morning, WAY better service!“

“Shout out to manager Crystal for handling a very rude, very misogynistic customer. The customer was furious that cream is an additional $4.50, for two coffees it would total to $9. His tensions raised and when the woman cashier kept telling him that's the price, he insisted on talking to the male barista behind her, who had nothing to do with the order. Manager Crystal came to the window, told him the price, and requested that after this transaction to no longer come back because he has been harassing the employees, all the while the customer was talking to me trying to get me to agree with him (I didn't, the employees have to follow prices set by corporate). Tensions raised, his wife comes over and insists she's part of corporate, and assuming I was still involved in this conversation (since he was talking to me about 15 seconds ago, I assumed I was still part of this discussion) I told hee to contact corporate then and not harass employees. More words were exchanged, the rude customers called me and my partner a slur and the employees were again left shaken by this interaction with this man, who was mad over... Cream. That he can get at Safeway for $2.
Shout out to this team, this location has kept me caffeinated for 2 years while I have lived and worked in the Ballard neighborhood, and I have never had a negative experience. Food service employees work very hard and take a lot of guff. Be nice, tip them well, and thank them for their hard work. Thank you Crystal and the rest of your team.“

“Everyone working there is super nice! It's not that long of a wait. Great food and drinks, of course. The store itself doesn't have seating, but the seats nearby have great views of the rink. It is one of my favorite Starbucks to order at.“

“Great location in the heart of the Junction. Good for a rest and people watching, but smallish store with few seats. I think price of coffee has reached a certain breaking point now, noticing fewer customers.

“I frequent this starbucks for getting through school work. Every time I come in, no matter who I interact with, I feel welcomed and appreciated. Thank you to this location’s amazing staff for being consistent rays of sunshine. You guys are the best. A recent interaction I had, I ordered choco cream in my coffee and it didn’t come with it, girlie fixed me up right away with a brand new made drink and was so nice. Thank you ❤️“

“The Starbucks Lake union location is a short walk from Argosy Cruises and the Seaplane terminal. Down the street from Marriott. The staff are kind and helpful. They prepared my meal fast and drink. You can sit outside and watch the boats and other things on the lake. They have excellent selection of seasonal coffee. I had their grilled cheese and the matcha.“

“Wonderful baristas and great location. This is our local Starbucks and we visit very frequently and rarely have an issue. It is often very busy with Greenlake goers so I suggest using their mobile order system. Upstairs patio is a nice place to relax on a sunny day.“

“As always, I appreciate a Starbucks locations whose workers read the instructions. I can judge as soon as I see my drink if it was well prepared. In this case, I saw it and I knew it was top-notched. Just as instructed and the flavor was as good as it should be. I had a quick talk with Anthony! Very nice and friendly and asked me to try the new drink. I posted some pics of it. I liked the drink sample but sad that it was not warm anymore but hey it was just bad timing. The location has a nice view of the waterfront and in front of the art museum. Cheers to the crew.

“Yesterday i finally got to make my own drink@starbuks . caramel whip crunch with single shot with chocolate java chips and exrta chocolate drizzle. “Trader Joe's has the best stuff. Most of their stuff is by companies that make using only healthy ingredients. You do have to read the labels, because there are some things that have bad oils, etc. They don't read the labels for you, but they do have mostly naturally made stuff.“

“I think Starbucks is a very good coffee shop for me to go into especially now that I can go get my single Americano in either call or grande style I think that works pretty good and I sure like their point system it works very well for me besides that if I start earning points then I can actually get a reward for it because other coffee companies or coffee shop do I go to sometimes they have a point system where you earn up to 10 free points or whatever it is and you get a free cup of coffee or whatever and that's what I like about this because it saves a lot of people time and effort to go into a coffee shop like this to get their coffee and whatever else they need but I think what's really nice about is that I think one of their promotions would be later on is if you go out and get a cup of coffee from them they might offer you an idea to get one of those some Starbucks cards which are preloaded and basically what it is if you get one of those that's great and that's why the reason why I have one of those Starbucks cards to wear it basically I can get into a gold system or something like that that's what I have although I haven't used it lately but I'm going to think about starting to use it anyway when it's all said and done since I've only had that particular card for about 9 years it's very useful now if we got other people to start getting a hold of a Starbucks card which would basically mean if you gradually move into the point system or going to a tear like a gold card like what I've got basically it means you can put money on the card and that's it now if they do have you know preloaded Starbucks cards or if you can actually purchase a card all you have to do is just loaded and forget it and then when you come in to go get your coffee you have the card right there because basically they just act like a credit card and you won't have to worry about a single thing“

“I went in at 6:45 to get my daily drink and the lady at the cash register who is always really nice, said we are closed.. same thing happened yesterday. I don’t understand? It says it’s open till 7. If not, change your hours. It’s a waste of time driving to your location to be turned away 15min prior to closing.“

Coffee is well you know exactly what you are getting, plus usual snack selection, but the main reason to visit this shop is the staff ! Very friendly , always with a smile and make your day merry despite what mood you walked in. Thank you for this experience, as it makes such a difference! Keep doing great work !

“Best Starbucks drive thru I have been to. We arrived back late from Puerto Vallarta. Got a coffee so I could safely make the drive back. Not only grateful for the 24 hour service but they were extremely fast and had amazing customer service for it being so late. Always nice to go to an establishment where you feel appreciated as a customer. They made the coffee exceptionally as well as the treats. Highly recommend this location.“

I asked for it to be in a venti cup therefore I can get the full amount of cold brew with the full amount of foam. Most times when I get it there is not the proper amount of foam than I am paying for. This girl gets it spot on every time.“
