“my husband and I have been going to Spiro's since we moved to Shoreline about a year ago and I have LOVE their salad,pasta,and tonight we tried their pizza and it is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I tried their lasagna earlier and it was just amazing! my husband does not like lasagna but he really enjoyed it! Manny the manager has such a great personality, always greeting us with a smile and is very funny 😊 if you haven't already tried Spiro's then I recommend you do. and it's a great family restaurant!“

I enjoyed that plate very much. the sauce pairs with the duck very well. it's fork licking good. the carbonara I didn't care for, I didn't finish it. it didn't taste quite balanced. also my pasta was under cooked. I checked to see if maybe I was given buccatini on accident but no, it was just underdone spaghetti. overall, I'll try it again. my experience I think was good for a first visit“

“Our meal at Cinque Terre was amazing. That was seriously some of the best pesto I've ever had. My husband's boar pasta had plenty of meat in the sauce. The pasta was fresh. And they even had some good mocktails - as a non-drinker, I appreciate when a restaurant takes the time to create drinks that make me feel welcomed. “it’s like being served a fantastic home cooked meal by a professional chef on their day off. Incredible service, and unlike most restaurants in Seattle you leave FULL and satisfied. “For over 20 years we have enjoyed every meal on the menu. They are the only restaurant that I know that make their own pastas, sauces, bread, and desserts. What a difference that makes. Everything is fresh tasting and satisfying. The meatballs are so light and tasty, eat them slowly to enjoy every bite. Not only are their pastas and pizzas delicious so are their appetizers. I love how they roast their eggplant and they serve it in an incredibly rich tomato sauce with Gorgonzola on the side. The tomato flavor is very strong, and the minced meat is a combination of balls and minced meat. It tastes rich and rich. It is a Bolognese meat sauce that you can never go wrong with. 🦐Spicy shrimp bucatini is very unique! It feels like chopped peppers❤️The shrimps are very big! If I had to call out a downside, it’s the parking. Ugh. It’s definitely not the easiest. Plan to find street parking or use one of the nearby retail lots where you’ll likely need to pay.

It was perfectly cooked and nice and light and thin. The dish was not too heavy and the brightness of the lemon balanced the richness of the pecorino and egg. We also had the gemelli with bisket Genovase and it was equally good. We had no room for dessert. We weren't sure about the wine offerings so we brought a bottle. The corkage fee of $30 was in the standard/reasonable range. Our waitress was friendly and perfectly attentive. We would definitely recommend!“

“The hype is fully justified on this one! I ordered the five cheese plate. I only knew I wanted the aged gouda and let my server pick the other four. All five were outstanding, as was the spiced fig jam. The focaccia bread was incredible, but so filling I couldn’t finish my cheeses, so I boxed them up for my hotel fridge.

To the staff’s credit, I was one of the only customers right when they opened, and they were working overtime filling my water! I had been walking around town for hours and was worried about getting kidney stones from the cheese overload. I cannot say enough kind words about both the staff and the food! I came to Seattle to knock things off my bucket list, but they really made me want to go back, so I probably will. I really loved the view from the dining room. Seattle at its finest.“
