“This was my first time visiting Maxx Nutrition. At first, I was disappointed they didn’t have exactly what I came in for and was about to head to GNC—but then I was greeted by Dallin. He gave me a warm welcome and went out of his way to help me find great alternatives. His customer service was outstanding: professional, friendly, and very informative. He truly went above and beyond, and any employer would be lucky to have him on their team. Because of this experience, I’ve decided I will continue my business with this location moving forward. “I’m certain that all their food is good, but I wouldn’t know as I can never get myself to order anything other than their Spicy BBQ Chicken. OMG… So good. Served on a rocket hot metal plate with a sticky, sweet, spicy glaze (hot but not overly hot… perfect) and grilled onions. Comes with several tasty side condiments.

Service is always pleasant enough.

Yes, it’s in a sketchy strip mall. It’s loud. Parking spots are tiny. But it’s clean (their restroom could use a going over though).”

“We had Andrew as our waiter, he was amazing. Quick on refills, super polite and friendly. Food was delicious. First olive garden in awhile that did not skimp on the Alfredo sauce. I was in heaven. First time going to this location, and if we are ever in the area again, we will be back.”

“Unlike most Mexican restaurants don't expect free nachos and salsa here to munch on as you wait for your order. Food is average, but surprisingly expensive. Alcoholic beverages on their menu price not listed. Service is adequate. We had to change a couple of orders due their kitchen not having certain food ingredients, particularly shrimps. I couldn't ask for a refill on iced tea cause they had to shut down the "machine" for cleaning and they just handed me the only glass of iced tea they could get from it. The men's restroom urinal is broken and the floor was unkept. You're better off going to Moctezuma or Blue Agave where food and service is better and you get more for your money. So unless you want to ruin your day or evening, don't come here.”

“I stopped here and have to say I was surprised at the quality of sushi. I am always cautious when someone claims how good sushi is at a place. It was fantastic. Wish I had taken some pictures of the specialty roles, i.e., Kona and Firecracker Roles. Staff was on point. Knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be back”

They were celebrating their 6th month anniversary, which is pretty tough to do at 15 without your parents all up in your night. 😂 They had the BEST time and were in awe of the generosity they were shown (as am I). My daughter had the biggest smile on her face while telling me every detail. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for letting them be kids just a little bit longer! ❤️”

“Overall, my experience with Crumbl has been positive. However, I have noticed a recurring issue with customer service. When I enter the store, or when other customers arrive, there is no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. The atmosphere often feels a bit uncomfortable, as employees seem to stand around without engaging with customers. Additionally, the order board is consistently turned off, making it difficult for customers to determine if their orders are ready or in progress. I would suggest focusing on improving customer service, including better communication from both employees and management.”

“Restaurant was clean (and smelled clean) upon walking in. The service was fantastic, making suggestions when my wife expressed preferences to ensure she enjoyed her meal.

The sesame chicken had a wonderful flavor and was fantastic. Normally sauces overpower thr flavor of sesame, but not at this place. My wife had the the tofu stir-fry vegetable and they added a spicy sauce for her. It had a wonderful smokey flavor.

With all the options on the menu and the friendly service, this place is definitely a great choice.”

“Just brought my disabled elderly friend in for a special lunch, as she is sick of nursing home food and was craving Asian cuisine. It was a better treat than I expected! The lunch specials were perfect for smaller appetite size. I had Basil Chicken with fried rice, and it was so authentically Thai, perfectly balanced with spice and seasoning. Loved the spring rolls with plum sauce also. Staff is super professional, atmosphere is actually beautiful. I want to try their Happy Hour with my husband next time! Glad we discovered this place as from the parking lot view, you don’t realize just how nice it is!

Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking spots right in front of the doors, and we could get her walker through the aisles and seat her comfortably.”

“The food is great but went to the Silverdale location 1/24/24 and arrived at 6:28 and stood at the counter a couple of minutes for the employee then ordered, he then told me it is an order to go after 6:30 so I looked at my watch which said 6:31 and I thought there should be ample signage if this is their policy. The sign on the door indicates they are open until 7:00 pm. I left and went somewhere else. Won't go back sorry there is no customer service left anymore.”

“Finger-shaped indents were in two of my slices, on two whole pepperoni, still ate 'em but it looks like someone's just pushing down the dough bubbles with their fingers.Tried to give me a waiting hotdog that was there before I arrived, or "it'll be 15 minutes for a fresh one." so I took it, also received one melted chocolate sundae from someone else's order, and half-melted chocolate sundae from the freezer. Ice and spoons were gone. I was under the impression Costco spared no expense at hiring people, I've seen better food prep from $7 fast food employees in years gone by. Tasted great though!”

“Always a good place for ice cream. While you don't get novelty flavors like high end ice cream places, I like that they cycle through various varieties to keep things fresh. Very good quality ice cream for a chain, which is refreshing. Most chains sell out and use cheap ingredients for sub par ice cream quality.”

“Awesome Brewery ! Only real Brewery in the Silverdale Area. A Must visit Spot if you love great beer. Wide Variety of Brews, IPA’s, Dark Beer, Sours. Some of the IPA’s are the Best I’ve had. They also have a limited sandwich menu as well as various chips. Most brews are also available in 16 Oz Cans To-Go. Great Open area with plenty of seating, 2 big screen TVs. There are Trivia nights and different small gatherings from time to time. (Brewing Club, Chess Club, Etc.), Even a Food truck occasionally (Usually 2 Thursdays a month). Occasional Art, Pictures or crafts displayed from local artists. Small table with reading material and small board games. Even a Pokémon Go Stop available to spin. Great small business Owner, Brews almost everything himself. The staff is very helpful always friendly. Kind of has a “Cheers” Vibe. An Excellent addition to the growing Silverdale area. Thanks Moment Brewing.”

“We have good food friendly and kind service nice atmosphere clean we have special meals on holidays open to the public good prices and for the 4th of July we have a picnic/BBQ outside with music the Navy sets picnic tables outside to sit n eat”

“I love the vibe at BN. It’s part book store and part cafe. I’m thrilled to be able to order a title for pick up if I’m in a rush or linger with a book and hot coffee and desert. The staff is warm and friendly without being too pushy or fake retail. You can tell they appreciate books. The only minor tweak is that the Starbucks Cafe is not corporate owned. Only reason I mentioned it is that BN cannot redeem Sbux points. But that’s a minor issue. Overall Grade A.”

“We go to Waffle Stop almost every Sunday. The food is great and there are options for everyone be they 1,10,21,50, or 100. Most importantly the staff are amazing; they know our beverage order when we walk in the door and they are incredibly kind to our almost 2 year old. The service is top notch, the food is something I look forward to all week, and they make our family feel like we are part of theirs.”

“Well the noodles were overcooked they were a little gummy my steak was a little chewy and lots of gristle so I can only eat about half of it all the appetizers were really good the margarita was great overall it was a okay experience the stakes are usually a lot better than what this was but I guess that happens sometimes”

“I just wanted to say I appreciate this business. I needed a place to have my 17 year old daughter’s birthday party. I made reservations here for 15 people. There were about 25 that showed up, I was really scared they wouldn’t accommodate us. They definitely did tho, and the waitress name Mia was amazing she took our orders and got all our food out fast. The food was amazingly delicious. I am so thankful for this restaurant’s service and friendliness. Thank you Farrellis you made our daughter’s birthday so special.”

They serve deep fried green beans that are actually pretty good! They also serve shakes froma couple different flavors. The cookies and cream i got was pretty good!
