“Although the food here was great and tasted good, I’m also certain that there is quite a bit of MSG in it. Both my partner and I experienced some issues and discomfort after eating the food… we probably couldn’t eat here again even if we wanted to! It was delicious though and exactly what I wanted for Chinese food, the sweet and sour chicken and the bbq fried rice was on point. They could probably stand to hire another person/waiter as well.“

“Had lunch with my Best friend and son,this location is absolutely phenomenal! Every two months for the last 5 years I visit this location and every visit has been awesome....the food is top quality, the staff are always friendly, and the atmosphere/ property is maintained regularly.
In these days and times this kind of experience is very far and few. It is truly a blessing to know I can Always count on a Postive experience and Great food from Puyallup Ivar's!

“The Staff was very helpful and attentive all night. We were late arriving to a Birthday celebration due to backed up freeway traffic (accident). They rescheduled our dinner appointment and began immediate service when arrived. Thankful for the wonderful hospitality.“

“We had dinner there over the weekend (during Lakewood Summer Fest) and had a great experience. From the time we walked in and was greeted by a friendly hostess, we knew it was going to be a good time. We were ushered to our table and received great service. Our party consisted of 2 adults and 2 children. The food was great and the portions were big, I loved the green salsa.. I like the new location and the decor. It had an updated and more stylish vibe compared to their previous location. Overall, I give it a 20/10. Can’t wait to visit this place again.
Dietary restrictions: I think the menu offered a lot of choices for those with dietary restrictions; but on the kids menu, I suggest adding chicken nuggets and apple juice.
Parking: Plenty of parking, easy to access the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Although they have a kids menu, my grandson has a dairy allergy, I recommend offering chicken nuggets as a choice.
Other than that, the wait staff were pleasant to both of my grandchildren. It was nice that they had crayons and a fun kids menu.“

“We always have a great experience at this restaurant. All the staff is attentive and friendly. We always ask to be seated at one of Amber's table. She is efficient, easy to talk to, and she is genuinely happy to see us. The steaks and other choices on the menu will not disappoint.“
