I got the spring milk tea, which was really nice, and my husband got the cocoa tea which was really excellent. “My friends and I stopped by Tobi's Tea after dinner in Lynnwood, and it was such a great find! The shop is beautifully decorated with lots of green plants, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We specifically wanted to try a boba shop that isn't available in Seattle, and Tobi's Tea was the perfect choice. Parking was a breeze since it's located in a large shopping plaza with plenty of spaces. Our group ordered an ube latte, a cloud matcha, and an HK-style milk tea. The ube latte was a bit too sweet for our taste, but the cloud matcha stole the show--it was not only visually stunning but also delicious! The combination of matcha foam on top and coconut water/juice at the bottom was unique and refreshing. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend giving Tobi's Tea a try!“

“I ordered the beef teriyaki with extra meat, came out to about $36 which, before I GOT the food, felt like a lot. But when you see what you get it feels good. The food is excellent! The box couldn't stay closed on its own, they had to tape it shut. It fed me for two days. AWESOME. Gonna go back and get more tonight!“

“Very themed shop for car lovers! If I liked cars I’d come often with friends to be in the vibes.

I tried their Mango Pomelo Coconut drink since it was dairy free and sounded refreshing. It was! I’d say I was surprised to find ice cubes in between the jelly and pomelo bottom and the top mango slush. Made getting the bottom yummies very difficult.

Parking on the right side of the lot can be a trap due to the very long drive through Mercury Coffee line.“

“Parking is a pain unless the bank across the street is closed. Good solid milk tea offerings. The ordering kiosk is slow but nice. Cheese crema is excellent. Ask for half ice because that’s more like full ice in other places. Still on the fence about the toast options...good but not something I’d go out of my way to get.“

“Definitely would go here again. Most of their drinks have pictures on their menu to help you decide. I got their butterfly pea tea with guava lemonade (N.E.R.D) which was very refreshing, I subbed the strawberry bits for crystal boba, but I would get it at probably 50% sweetness next time. The Mango Slush was also really good at 50% sweetness and was the better out of the two.“

The bubble waffles are a fun little treat. You can pull them apart, and they even have dip options.

Initially it might seem pricey, but once you get it and see how many prawns they put in plus the quality, size, and freshness of the prawns and the perfect texture of the papaya and cherry tomatoes, it is very fairly valued. I've ordered the BBQ sticky rice, pad thai, and mango sticky rice in the past and everything was always super flavorful. Flavors here are also a lot more intense, rich, and feel authentic to Southeast Asia more so than at comparable Thai restaurants on the East Side, which can sometimes feel a bit like Americanized Thai. I'll be honest... I accidentally took the wrong turn in Seattle and took the 520 toll bridge LOL!!! I thought, eh, I'm already going to Bellevue, let's get some matcha. I chose Café Joy as I knew there would be plentiful public library parking. FWIW, I used to work in Bellevue so I know all of the best parking areas

Anyway, I visited on a very sunny Saturday early afternoon. The doors were open, revealing an already pretty packed establishment. Albeit, ample room for some to study or catch up with a friend. The menu was filled with many eye-catching items. I noticed they had a corn latte, so I asked the worker if it was possible to do a that with matcha instead of coffee. He suggested I order a regular matcha latte (sweetened) and then he'd add corn cold foam. Good idea! He did a really great job making the drink-- the color itself was vibrant and the taste was refreshing... most importantly, not too sweet
