“Surprisingly good. Made a reservation just to try a new fish fry so we went to 8900 Bar & Bistro. Easy parking for a Friday night. We were warmly greeted, staff were very friendly and attentive. The fish fry was extremely good and this restaurant offers combinations so I tried the cod and shrimp. The serving size was huge for the money, I actually made two meals out of this. Everything was perfectly cooked. Now I want to try some of their other menu items. Seating was very comfortable. Great value for the money. Will go back to try other menu items.“

“We LOVE BIRCH. Getting the monthly tasting menu is one of my favorite things to go do with my husband and friends. The service is impeccable and the environment is unique in the layout as you see right into the kitchen. chefs counter gives you a front row seat to watching the kitchen work!“

“I would rate this restaurant 10 stars if I could. My salmon was by far the best I have ever eaten, and I spent 10 days in Scotland two years ago. The restaurant is so clean that it actually sparkles. Street parking can be a challenge but don't let that be a deterrent. You must try this restaurant!“

“The Knick has become one of our favorite restaurants to go too since moving to WI a couple months a go. It's a relaxing nice restaurant that has excellent service, fantastic food, and great ambience. We always ask for Chris every time we go there; he makes it such an enjoyable time, if it's just me and my wife; or me and friends. Shortrib tacos: ⭐⭐ These were fine I guess, but the meat was flavorless and the sauce was light on flavor or heat. The excess of pickled onions couldn't even overcome the lack of flavor. I just mixed the meat in with the meatballs

“Was never to Oscars before. I didn't expect that I'd be eating the greatest burger I've had in my Life. Meat was thick and juicy. Bun was clean and soft. Onion rings were hot with a firm dense crust. My friend and I were almost in disbelief. Staff was incredibly polite. Clientele, (place was packed), were well-mannered. “This "hole in the wall" bar is a must stop. I love visiting bars like this because of the community they provide. I was welcomed by the locals and had great conversation through my visit.The area is out in the country and can be tricky to find. Once I arrived, there was plenty of street parking as well as a lot in the back The inside was charming with a vintage vibe. Drinks were strong and their menu is lengthy. I ordered a cup of the soup which was styled after the Reuben sandwich. The corned beef was excellent. The soup is creamy and flavorful. I have tried to stop by again but they are only open Tuesday through Thursday. I wish I had checked the menu it because the reviews online show a fish fry but I'm not sure if that's available daily since they're closed on Friday? I hope you find out soon!“

“We spent a weekend getaway in Milwaukee for our anniversary and went to Tupelo Honey for dinner on Saturday night. We made a reservation ahead of time online but it looked as if walk-ins would have been accommodated! Our waitress, Courtney, was absolutely AMAZING and made our whole experience even better. The vibe of the restaurant was on point and the food was beyond delicious! We got the skillet pimento cheese dip app, shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, and pecan pie for dessert. Everything was so good and we would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes good, comfort food! Definitely ask to sit in Courtney's section!“

“Fun night with my sister and our youngests. ❤️❤️ This place is amazing. HIGHLY recommend. The food was outstanding, wine was incredible, but the service was unheard of. We ended up there because Onesto had a two and a half hour wait at 5pm. We half only walked into Tre Rivali to get out of the cold, but they immediately swept us away. Their dining room was full but they created an area for us that was just perfect. One of the hosts, who without hesitation set us up with a table that accommodated the kids and gave us that fine dining experience, he was just wonderful the entire night, like we were old friends and he was happy to see us. Our waitress was sweet as can be, really knew the menu and also treated us like we were her regulars. Then another man whose name I didn't get was offering to take family photos and even took my nephew back to watch his pizza get made. I've had many great meals throughout my travels and this was up there, but I'm not sure I've ever had an experience quite this memorable. ❤️“

“The exterior is so unassuming, boasting of red glass tiles and no windows. However, when you step inside, you are transported into a Cantonese inspired eatery. The ceiling tile was nicely arranged, and the seating and decor ties everything together beautifully. I noticed that each table was extendable in some way which I thought was really cool. I’m sure the functionality makes for great transitions when serving large parties.
As we sat down, we were greeted by two hosts, who provided wonderful service throughout our dinner. The young lady turned the channel to a Disney movie for our little ones, which really helped to curve their anxiousness while waiting.
I ordered the General Tso’s dinner which I finished in the restaurant, my mom and the littles ordered orange chicken, shrimp fried rice, cabbage, crab Rangoon and dumplings. The kids and I enjoyed our food, my mom felt more meh about the flavor.

Personally, I’ll go back. They stated they’re working on their liquor license so soon cocktails will be added to the menu which is an added bonus for a night out.“

“I love my visits to the Hyatt Regency Hotel Downtown Milwaukee due to the amazing service of Koty the bartender. He makes the most amazing custom cocktails that provide a truly enjoyable experience. He ask the flavors you like in addition to preferred alcohol. And then creates a masterpiece. He always delivers and keeps my coming back on a weekly basis for more with as many friends as I can get to come with me! He is a true gem to the hotel, bar and overall superior service!“

“Normally we have good luck at the Chancery. Not the case yesterday. I went with my six year old, clearly a “kid” but the seating host didn’t give us a kids menu. I had to go ask for one. I ordered the California wrap with no onions or avocado because I have some food sensitivities. It came with no onions or tomato. I didn’t realize this until I was about halfway through eating it. Thankfully it’s just sensitivity and not an allergy. The cheese on my son’s grilled cheese was barely melted. I could clearly see where each slice of cheese was placed. When the server brought our bill, he did not bring a pen to sign my slip. A bunch of little things but they added up. Hopefully our next experience will be better.“
