“Solid Chinese American food. Carry out order consisted of hot & sour soup, sesame chicken, Singapore mei fun & white rice. Food was ready on time and was hot and fresh. Appreciated the generous amount of tofu and fresh sliced mushrooms in the soup. Will order from here again.“

“Restaurant that offers a variety of Middle Eastern dishes. Their Yellow Split Pea soup is absolutely incredible- a wonderful blend of savory spices! The Lamb Couscous was tender but was rather bland.
The service is great; the servers are attentive and make sure you have pita.
There is plenty of free parking in the free parking lot.“

“Pretty decent spot for an intro to some Vietnamese dishes.
Sometimes the Pho can be the best in town. Sometimes it's not as great.
The owner/family that run and service the restaurant are fantastic. Always a pleasure to interact with and they take their business seriously. Other servers are just okay, nothing to complain about really.
Wish the place had a bit more space, because it can get busy at certain times.“

“Takeout last night was great like always. Pork dumplings are a family favorite! We’ve frequented both locations throughout the years, taken noodle and dumpling making classes and had catering done. Always great food and love how Hong and her staff are always warm and welcoming. They recognize customer loyalty by remembering their patrons.“

“We were looking for a new place to try and found this hidden gem. Great home made food and family friendly. It's not a big restaurant but there's plenty of seating. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with the service. We will be coming back!“

“Really friendly staff and the food was pretty good. We've been twice now. I loved the tacos, enchiladas, and burrito. Their salsa is the best. I rated it 4 stars on food because the chimichanga wasn't fried well. Great margaritas. We will go back.“

“We are really happy that we chose Capital for our wedding reception. Dawn and colleagues were very accommodating and helpful, and the bartenders on the night were fantastic. We had the two indoors rooms and access to the biergarten, and (despite my best efforts with a killer wedding playlist) by the end of the night everyone was out in the biergarten listening to the great live band. Great venue, great people, great beer. Thank you!“

“This was a nice change of pace to eat at on our road trip Around Lake Michigan. The food was tasty, but the Gluten Free Mandarin Orange (with chicken) did not taste very citrusy. Decent portions, and I took the rest back to our hotel to eat for breakfast the next day. The rest of my gluten-eating party enjoyed their meals.

“First time eating their food today, ordered from the truck while they were at the Boneyard in Madison. Ordered the chicken enchiladas and they were fabulous. For the price both quantity and quality was beyond “food truck” expectations. Authentic flavors and incredibly nice people too. I will definitely find them again to try everything they offer.“

“stopped on 8/23 with my family and it was GREAT!! The buffet was full and I even got my favorite by ordering a buffet your way! Tanya, at the register, suggested I add another topping and it was awesome! It was packed, but our dirty plates were always cleared and the buffet was full. The cactus bread will always be my favorite.“

“Had dinner here for the first time tonight. Got there a little before dinner rush, great service even when it started to get busy. All the food was great. Even my picky 10 yr old liked the chicken quesadilla. lol Recommend the sweet potato taco.“

“Friendly locally owned place. One of the oldest buildings in Middleton. Ambience is a bit like drinking in your crazy uncle's basement (i.e. the furnace is in the middle of the room) with strong drinks and good food.“

“Want to give a shout out to the wait staff at Tanners. Awesome people. Toni and Vanessa are so good at what they do and are such an asset. Amazing with customers and incredible people skills. These two have on at least 20 occasions in the last year kept people from leaving (very busy) and helped find tables for them to sit at or knew of tables leaving soon. Always acknowledge people who have been waiting. People return to Tanners because of staff like these two women. Experience and customer rapport like that is hard to find.“
