The water park was a little smaller than we expected and the water and air Temperature were colder than expected. My 2 year old was shivering and had to come out multiple times to warm up. The room was clean, however the air filter probably needs to be cleaned as we all suffered with stuffy noses after just one night.”

We asked to be put by the fireplace because I was cold and they literally moved a table for us to be in front of the fireplace. Later they checked in about how we were doing temperature wise.

They even include 18% gratuity so tipping isn't expected. We had great service, so still added more.

My only complaint is they use Styrofoam boxes for leftovers.”

“We are regularly at Randy's, about every Friday you'll find us there. We have never had a bad meal,always plenty of food and the prices are very fair. The wait staff are always friendly, our food comes out fast. I would definitely recommend Randy's for a good meal, breakfast, lunch,and dinner all good.”

“My husband and I are new members of Midwest Meals. I was a bit hesitant at first but I’m so happy I tried them. We’ve been ordering from them for two weeks now, both pick up and delivery. The service is wonderful (very friendly and helpful folks), the food is really good and very fresh and they even offer home delivery at a very affordable price! I’ve even lost six pounds in these two weeks just by replacing my lunch with one of their meals! I highly recommend this place!”

“It was our first time at Sammy’s. Hubby and I wanted something quick and simple and affordable. I had always wanted to stop for the salad buffet. We ordered the lunch special which is the personal pizza and salad bar. The salad bar was good but if I had my way, I wish it had greens and not shredded iceberg. I’d pay a dollar or two more for that. 😂 But it was still good and fresh. The waitress was SUUUUPPPEERR friendly. I asked her recommendation for pizza and she said the primo which is what I ordered. It did not disappoint! What I noticed immediately that it was REAL sausage chunks. Not the cheap pellets you sometimes see. Also I saw that there was sausage evenly distributed to ensure you get a piece of meat at every bite. Most places don’t do that and it drives me nuts. The crust was thin and crunchy which I loved. There was a good sauce to cheese ratio. If you want something affordable, stop at this great mom n pop restaurant. They even have take home frozen pizzas. No cardboard pizzas here. We will be regular customers when we crave pizza. Yumm!”

“Growler Guys is an Eau Claire fixture. When I lived in Eau Claire, this was my regular hang out and I met the love of my life here (no guarantees - but give it a try!) The owner is a stand up guy and the staff really cares about customer experience. It’s a true community spot and even on days off as a busy resident physician, I found myself volunteering for the community events (Mother’s day, Easter, Thanksgiving, etc.) If you are young/new parents, you and your children are so welcome! If you’re single or childless and just want to meet new friends, don’t think twice. For those who limit or don’t drink alcohol, there are plenty of alternatives. This was the first place I ever visited when I moved to Eau Claire (peri-pandemic) and the last place I bid farewell to when I moved. It will always have a special place in my heart. Run, don’t walk folks!”

One time my sister got me a drink and I didn’t know the name of it all I knew was that it was pink, had foam, and tasted like cotton candy, and the employee somehow knew the exact drink I was talking about *absolute cinema* and considering it’s the only 7 brew around for a hot second, it’s much appreciated. #7BrewForLife 🎉🪩🍾”

He told me the wait would be 5 minutes or less, and it was exactly that. Upon receiving my food in a timely manner he told me to have a great rest of my day. The egg rolls were amazing of course, and the service was superb. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and I’m so grateful they’re open and back to business. Boyfriend said the cod bites were delicious. The staff was happy to serve us and cook our first meal of the day even though it was 730pm. I had other oligations going on I had to get to, I figured it wouldn't take that long for a chicken salad. On a Friday evening a few weeks ago, my children and I were about to leave a nearby restaurant on our bikes when my 8-year-old daughter fell, hurting her leg. I was trying to comfort her as she sat on the concrete crying when I noticed a Starbucks employee approaching us from across the parking lot. We weren't even customers, but she had spotted us through the drive-thru window and wanted to help. The employee (whose name, unfortunately, I don't remember) guided us back to the store and offered my daughter some Band-Aids and a cake pop, which rapidly turned her tears to smiles. It is these little acts of kindness that make the world a better place, and I want to make sure this employee and her co-workers get the credit they deserve!😄”

“Awesome bar that has completely outlived its longtime reputation as a trouble spot. I started hanging out there about 10 years ago because I could always find a good pool game. Before I actually went there, I had always heard about Bullpen's rough reputation. Much better bar and crowd than I anticipated. Still, it was a little rough for my taste. Especially on Friday & Saturday nights. Over the past 6 or 7 years, Bullpen has completely transformed that image from olden days. This is now the only bar that I frequent. Ping & Michelle; the owners; are fantastic people who care about their customers & employees like family. I am proud to say that they are now close personal friends of mine. Drinks are the best value in town. The crowd that hangs out there is diverse and some of the best friends I have ever known. Always a diverse selection of sports on the multiple big screens. Always great music being played by a customer base that knows their music. Finally, my main motivation for going there. hands down the best pool tables in Eau Claire. Well maintained tables and a variety of pool tournaments throughout every week. If you avoid the Bullpen because of an oudated reputation for being a trouble spot, it's your loss. Personally, I can't imagine a better place to hang out, listen to good tunes and shoot some pool. Hats off to Ping & Michelle for being awesome owners and great friends.”

“A spacious and comfortable stay. This Sleep Inn Suites & Conference Center is the full package deal, including a lounge area open till 2am on the weekends and a 24/7 travel and gas station onsite. A short drive into downtown Eau Claire, this location is convenient and also totally quiet and relaxed. Everything you need for a comfortable stop on your trip. I travel regularly for work, and arriving at a hotel and not having to drive around more for food, drinks or snacks makes all the difference to me. The breakfast is great. Good standard options, coffee, and juice. There’s a ton of space in the general area to spread out and work. WIFI is fast and easy to connect. I was traveling for work, but there was a wedding party happening on the premises that night as well. That made for a fun setting, and there’s enough space that it never felt crowded or noisy. The suite was large! Plenty of room for an additional roll-away bed if needed. The room was exceptionally clean, and all usable items refilled. Comfortable bed, a nice TV. Ample closet and storage space. Everything I needed. I played a music festival earlier in the day, and the photos are from after arriving and immediately taking a nap. Very comfortable and we got much-needed rest. Check in was fast and convenient. The covered entry is nice on a hot, sunny day. The pool area is large! There’s a hot tub as well. Everything was in good condition and working. The exercise facility was also in great shape, clean, and had all the essentials. This was an easy and convenient stay. I would gladly return next time I'm in the area.”
