“I’ve been coming here for years.Grew up in the North Shore now live near UWM area. I’m NOT a fake reviewer - zero relationship with the restaurant in any capacity. We order food Peking Chef or we dine in for my birthday every year. I order takeout when I’m eating alone or working odd hours. My dish is Kweetiau Goreng, I believe D7. My dad used to get it, I tasted it once years ago and now it’s my dish along with cream cheese wantons. I will say the crab cheese wantons have slightly changed. They used to have more garlic in them but now slightly less. I like them still the same.“

“Went there today for Easter dinner. Way easier than cooking. We pre-ordered and it was ready on time. Unfortunately, when we got home there were no sauces or fortune cookies. My friend called and they sent someone right away with no charge. Sure, the sauces should have been included to begin with, but they did make it right with a smile ☺. And, the food was terrific. “King's Wok food is really good! Their chicken fried rice, chicken lomein, sesame chicken, chicken fried chicken, and crab Rangoon are all delicious! I did try their fried pork pot stickers, but they were not my cup of tea. I did not like them! The staff is super nice and friendly. I will be back to try more dishes.“

“Definitely a carryout location. I was hesitant at first to try this place since an earlier review mentioned that they give you barely any meat in the fried rice, but for the very low price point of 8 bucks it makes sense. I just added extra chicken for a few bucks extra and had plenty. The fried rice itself was delicious for what I paid. Will definitely be back to try more!“

Most actual dishes just do not dance on your palate the same way you remembered them. Surprised to hear that Cafe Everest was so close to my travel area, I decided to give them a try. I had little in expectations as the blending of spices is a delicate formula and many have tried but none came close to my memories. Each bite led me to another, the spices brought me back to the same conclusions after each and every bite "oh this is good it is really good. I was and am delighted. “I have an old rating on here in which I say make sure you order fresh it could be 5050, could be good it could be bad well I'm happy to announce that they have made some changes because the last 4/5 times have been fabulous one of my favorites I'm glad it's right around the corner Super fast always hot thank you so much. “I have been going to Panda Hut in West Allis for decades. I love love love their food. When I worked at the VA our boss would often treat us to lunch specials. We'd pick it up and eat at work. That's how I was introduced to wonton soup. It's the best I've ever had. It comes in a quart, or a smaller container, but I could drink the whole quart by myself. Egg rolls are awesome. Shrimp egg foo young is awesome. Everything is awesome. Lo mein. Fried rice. Lemon chicken...Depending on your age, you may remember the store for young women called Three Sisters. That's what used to be in the Panda Hut. The tile is still in the entryway.“

Service was amazing and ready quickly. Food was 8/10. My opinion needed a little more spicies/different flavors in fried rice and egg drop soup. Even garlic/basic additives. Overall, highly recommend trying! I got take out and will definitely be back.

Negatives: Parking but they can't help that due to road work and being in the middle of the city.

“Quick, delicious, plentiful Chinese food. You get two entrees and a rice or noodle side for $8.95. The styrofoam container is packed! I usually make two meals out of one order. Currently there is only take out. We’ve gone early, mid day and in the evening. It’s always hot and tasty. Not dried out. It’s become our favorite place for reliable Chinese takeout.“

“I ordered imperial eggrolls upon entering the facility. There was a very dense appearance and smell of old refrigeration. The hostess was very nice. The price was very good two dollars per egg roll and the eggrolls were basic. I go there again only if it was only option close to my home and I don’t feel like driving, I believe everyone agrees they need to clean up that place clear that smell and turn on some lights because lots of places turn off lights to hide infestation of mice and roaches, and we can only imagine what the kitchen looks likeMaybe that’s why the prices are so cheap but there’s hope simply shut it down, clean it up, clean the windows and doors when you first come in and people may start to come back because it is a very ideal location in terms of option for Chinese food culturally cooked versus Hong Kong express located nearby on the northwest side near 76 in good Hope in Mill Road

“My go to Chinese Restaurant has just gone out of business and I have been curious about China Town Restaurant so last evening stopped in and ordered a wide variety of items. All were really well prepared and delicious. The staff were friendly and fun! This is definitely my new GO TO!“
