“Walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and good customer service.

Placed a takeout order for pick up at 4:20. I arrived a few minutes early so they were still finishing it up.

Got my order, went home, and man! This chicken was so good! I was really craving some fried chicken but did not want to drive out to Popeyes nor did I want to deal with their service there.

I’ll definitely be coming here to get my fried chicken cravings.

We did order mashed potatoes and I wasn’t a fan of it. It tasted like instant mash, but it wasn’t anything that a little seasoning at home couldn’t fix.“

“Went to this location for national cheeseburger day. Wow was it busy, but the crew working did a phenomenal job. The guy that was in charge of the fries and yelling out orders pick ups did a great job. Whenever he had a spare second he would ask the people waiting their name and went and checked where we were in the line. Some customers got upset with the wait, but what do you expect on national cheeseburger day when they have a buy one get one deal going on??

“The only subway location I will go to. She makes the best subs and adds a healthy amount of toppings; I've had issues at other locations that give the smallest amount of lettuce but she fills my sub up. Absolutely the best subway around.“

“I recently visited my local Jersey Mike's and I was impressed from the moment I walked in the dining area and prep line look clean and organized which gave me confidence about how the food was handled the staff greeted me right away and asked if I use the app or rewards before which I appreciate it because it sure they were paying attention and trying to be helpful.

For my order I went with the regular sub on White bread sliced fresh for the order plus chips and a drink. The meats and the Jesus were sliced to order and the top things were laid out neatly on the line not dried out or messy I had it made Mike's way with onions lettuce tomatoes oil vinegar and spices and everything tasted fresh and will balance rather than overly salty or greasy. The bread had a good texture with a slight crunch on the outside and softness inside which is one of the main reasons I like Jersey Mike's compared to some other sandwich chains where the bread can taste processed or stale.

Service was fast but still friendly there were a few people ahead of me but the line move quickly because everyone on the line had a clear role one person sliced another built the sandwich and someone else handle the register and drinks even with the speed they still took the time to double-check my toppings and confirm whether I wanted my extras my order came out accurate with no missing items and the sandwich was wrapped tightly so it didn't fall apart when I opened it.

I also like that Jersey Mike's has an easy-to-use rewards program that the mics account and the shore points you earn points and almost every item subs drinks chips cookies and those points add up to free subs at different sizes 48 points for a mini 72 for a regular and 144 for a giant.“

“This is a really good Arby's. The food is always in my mind pretty much perfect. The manager is very involved and always asks what I'm waiting for when I go in after placing a mobile order. He always checks on customers that are in the restaurant to make sure everything is okay. I appreciate the attention he pays to what's going on in his restaurant.“

“I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. We knew our arrival because of GPS and realized it took 43 minutes to get our food. They kept going to other cars. We did get a nice apology but not even a coupon for ice cream.“

Most fast food restaurant staff don't care about the presentation but these guys did we liked it so much we went back through a second time. It took a little longer on the wait time but that's cause they made it all fresh. Amazing on my next trip to Milwaukee I'll be stopping again.“

“I want to take a moment to give a HUGE shoutout to the manager and staff at Jersey Mike’s today!

I placed an online order for pickup at 12:45 PM and arrived around 12:40, fully expecting to wait a few minutes. When I walked in, I could immediately see how incredibly busy they were. The tables were full, customers were lined up placing orders, and several people were waiting for pickup orders. I figured I might have to wait a little longer than expected, but honestly, no big deal. They were BUSY!

As I stood there waiting, I watched six or seven employees absolutely busting their butts. What stood out to me most wasn’t how busy they were, but how incredibly well they worked together. Every single employee was pulling their weight, helping one another, and doing everything they could to keep things moving. Not one person was standing around, and their teamwork was genuinely impressive.

After I had been waiting about 20 minutes, the manager came over and offered me a refund because of the delay. I told him that wasn’t necessary and that I completely understood how busy they were. However, he insisted. While I absolutely appreciated the refund, what impressed me even more was that, despite everything going on around him, he still noticed how long I had been waiting and took the time to acknowledge it.

As someone who also works in a field where keeping people happy can be challenging, I understand that sometimes things get busy, delays happen, and no matter how hard you’re working, you simply can’t do everything at once. The last thing I was going to do was add stress or frustration to a team that was clearly giving 110%.

There is a BIG difference between waiting because employees aren’t doing their jobs and waiting because employees are working as hard as they possibly can. Today was absolutely the latter.

I think people are often quick to leave negative reviews when something goes wrong, but we don’t always take the time to recognize people when they’re doing things right.

So, kudos to the manager and every single employee working today! Your hard work, teamwork, professionalism, and customer service did not go unnoticed. You all handled an incredibly busy situation with grace, and you should be proud of yourselves.
