“Called and placed my 15 sandwich order in advance and the manager let me know it would be ready in about 20 minutes. When we got there all the food was ready (even 5 minutes early) I had to place another 5 sandwiches and they were ready in minutes. I thanked the manager Jocelyn for getting this order made for us so fast on short notice and she thanked us for ordering and calling in advance. Excellent customer service, great leadership, cleanly store, and delicious subs. Thank you to this team!“

“I think this is the best sub I've ever had. Fresh ingredients and super soft fluffy bread. I recommend having self-serve napkins and water. The 1 employee was busy ringing people up and serving drinks and ice cream that I didn't want to burden them or wait in line with asking for napkins or water. Don't change the subs, they're perfect! 😀“

“Omg huge shout out 2 Schlotzsky’s deli. As soon as I walk in I get greeted. Everything is always so fresh my staff are awesome I’ve been going here for years ever since they had the one on Oneida Street in greenbay. But after that one closed I started going to the one in Appleton but now I will drive 20 minutes just to come to the one in Green Bay on Mason Street . Very clean and you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door whoever the owner is he’s got a great staff that work for him in a very clean restaurant. “Most times I get good service here but occasionally I'll get bad service. One complaint for myself and I've heard other co-workers say is Mikes needs to control the oils better it can be disgusting and messy when they just throw it on and it's dripping everywhere. It's a sub not a greasy hamburger.“

“Simple no frills sandwich shop that offers delicious made to order sandwiches! I went for a short walk after a long day of driving and was looking for something light to eat before bedtime. I found this place by accident and was very glad I did! I asked for whatever the most popular sandwich was and was rewarded with a “Boney Billy” or a turkey, cheese, lettuce & tomato sandwich. It was delicious, fast, and reasonably priced … all in all it was perfect! I hope I’m back this way again soon!“

“I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge the delivery driver that delivered to the Cobblestone Hotel in Pulaski tonight. She is simply amazing!!! Had a full bus of people so when she delivered the pizzas it was kind of hectic/stressful for me.. she brought the pizzas for the bus people-- not even 15-20min later, she comes back with a small personal pizza and chocolate chip cookie for me... thank you so much for the great service and kind gesture. we need more people like her in this world ❤️“

“I was in your store located on Main Street in West DePere and an associate named Ethan was the kindest, most helpful, polite, patient young man ever. I had a rewards card for around 4 months and never knew I had to activate it. He went out of his way to activate my card, he even had to make a phone call to his manager about the activation……. Never had gotten frustrated, but insisted on helping me through this. It’s employees like this that make a customer come back!! I suggest that he be recognized for his awesome customer service. …. “Great Bar for a good time. Perfect for the draft. Close enough to get the vibe and walk over to check out the crowds, but great place to park and take a break from the shoulder-to-shoulder standing room only. Especially for those who have issues in BIG crowds. Get ready Green Bay you will never see crowds like this again until we win the next Super Bowl.“

“Freaky Fast Delivery“

“Stopped in to grab lunch and absolutely loved the two workers we had on 7-31-23 at around 2:30p.m. They were very helpful, quick, efficient and had a lot of character! Wish I would have caught their names, so I could give credit where it is very much deserved. This store is always clean too. Everyone loves Subway but this one takes the cake! My family and I have experienced food poisoning from other Subway locations but have never had an issue at this one. I highly recommend this location and if you're lucky, you'll get the same awesome "sandwich artists" that we got!“

“Great service and the worker even informed me of the potential new rewards system changing. My sandwich was way bigger than usual. Most jj bread is skinny and hard. This batch was bigger than I’ve had a subway and no it wasn’t the gigantic option. Great meat to cheese ratio today too. Usually I can barely taste the cheese! (I got the beach club).“

“I would like to share my experience yesterday. There was a huge rush of people and there was only ONE employee. He was younger && he maintained his composure when most wouldn’t have been able to. He was kind even though he was overwhelmed. We were talking to him and making sure we understood the wait and that we’re all very patient (props to those in front of us who were also kind and patient to this young man). We were talking to him and it was only his FOURTH shift. I honestly felt terrible for him that management would put him in that position but I also know that the volume of people that came in may have not been anticipated for a Wednesday night too. There was another employee that came in for food and was able to jump in and help this young man. He was kind, caring polite and professional… well done to both of these young men!!“

This is the first time in two years to see how fresh the veggies are! The work station clean and full with great customer service. Make sure you thank them for such great work and caring.“
