“Called and placed my 15 sandwich order in advance and the manager let me know it would be ready in about 20 minutes. When we got there all the food was ready (even 5 minutes early) I had to place another 5 sandwiches and they were ready in minutes. I thanked the manager Jocelyn for getting this order made for us so fast on short notice and she thanked us for ordering and calling in advance. Excellent customer service, great leadership, cleanly store, and delicious subs. Thank you to this team!“

“I think this is the best sub I've ever had. Fresh ingredients and super soft fluffy bread. I recommend having self-serve napkins and water. The 1 employee was busy ringing people up and serving drinks and ice cream that I didn't want to burden them or wait in line with asking for napkins or water. Don't change the subs, they're perfect! 😀“

“Omg huge shout out 2 Schlotzsky’s deli. As soon as I walk in I get greeted. Everything is always so fresh my staff are awesome I’ve been going here for years ever since they had the one on Oneida Street in greenbay. But after that one closed I started going to the one in Appleton but now I will drive 20 minutes just to come to the one in Green Bay on Mason Street . Very clean and you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door whoever the owner is he’s got a great staff that work for him in a very clean restaurant. “Most times I get good service here but occasionally I'll get bad service. One complaint for myself and I've heard other co-workers say is Mikes needs to control the oils better it can be disgusting and messy when they just throw it on and it's dripping everywhere. It's a sub not a greasy hamburger.“

“Simple no frills sandwich shop that offers delicious made to order sandwiches! I went for a short walk after a long day of driving and was looking for something light to eat before bedtime. I found this place by accident and was very glad I did! I asked for whatever the most popular sandwich was and was rewarded with a “Boney Billy” or a turkey, cheese, lettuce & tomato sandwich. It was delicious, fast, and reasonably priced … all in all it was perfect! I hope I’m back this way again soon!“

“I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge the delivery driver that delivered to the Cobblestone Hotel in Pulaski tonight. She is simply amazing!!! Had a full bus of people so when she delivered the pizzas it was kind of hectic/stressful for me.. she brought the pizzas for the bus people-- not even 15-20min later, she comes back with a small personal pizza and chocolate chip cookie for me... thank you so much for the great service and kind gesture. we need more people like her in this world ❤️“

Close enough to get the vibe and walk over to check out the crowds, but great place to park and take a break from the shoulder-to-shoulder standing room only. “Craving a Philly steak and this spot really hit the spot! Located in the mall for a quick meal everything was delicious and service was great. Got the peppercorn Philly steak and cheese with crispy onions and sauteed onions. She got a kids meal with chicken tenders and fries for a light snack. Everything was staffed well on a Saturday just a little dirty with garbage on the outside but to be expected with busy it was.“

“I was in your store located on Main Street in West DePere and an associate named Ethan was the kindest, most helpful, polite, patient young man ever. I had a rewards card for around 4 months and never knew I had to activate it. He went out of his way to activate my card, he even had to make a phone call to his manager about the activation……. Never had gotten frustrated, but insisted on helping me through this. It’s employees like this that make a customer come back!! I suggest that he be recognized for his awesome customer service. …. “Stopped in to grab lunch and absolutely loved the two workers we had on 7-31-23 at around 2:30p.m. They were very helpful, quick, efficient and had a lot of character! Wish I would have caught their names, so I could give credit where it is very much deserved. This store is always clean too. Everyone loves Subway but this one takes the cake! My family and I have experienced food poisoning from other Subway locations but have never had an issue at this one. I highly recommend this location and if you're lucky, you'll get the same awesome "sandwich artists" that we got!“

“I have to say this location has really stepped it up. I am not a huge fan of subway but was impressed by the ladies working there. This is the first time in two years to see how fresh the veggies are! The work station clean and full with great customer service. Make sure you thank them for such great work and caring.“

The ladies that were working the counter yesterday were incredibly nice and courteous that is why this place gets the rating that it does.

Well bum me out was the soda machine was broke The only thing that work was Coca-Cola everything else was unavailable.

“Me and my fiance are regulars at this location because of their consistent phenomenal delivery, except for one or two visits with someone else but that is out of the 20-30 times we have been here. Braxton is one of the many great employees here who always goes out of his way to make our experience a great one.“

“Always a great meal! Never disappointed. The one single thing that I've noticed has changed with them is that their 'freaky fast' delivery, is not so 'freaky fast' anymore. But i can live with that. I commonly order lunch and have it delivered to my job sites, 95% of the time when I ask to have it delivered right at Noon, they are pretty close. Overall satisfied with their food and service.“
