“The store was completely void of people. As with most of the subways, that I have been to, they are always pushing you with questions on what you want. When you haven't been in a store for a while, it takes time to review the rather large menu boards up behind the counter, as they have changed their appearance and corporate must have had some idea what they were going for, with all the colors and sizes of letters, and I just makes it harder to find and identify what you want or might like to try. I much prefer the KISS principle. That's why I usually go to Jimmy John's, you give them a number and you can get the heck out of there.“

Manager at the Walmart location on kk was very polite and understanding. Also the employee kaylee (I believe her name was) at the center kk mall was very polite and professional despite not having a manager on the premises. Those 2 people are the reason I change my review from one star to fourUsed the app. Said the order couldn’t be completed, then I look in my bank account, what ya know, I’ve been charged for 3 foot long subs.Got charged on the app for my food. App doesn’t even say I was charged. Never received any notifications or emails for it. I’m highly disappointed, almost $40 spent and nothing to show for it. Thanks for letting me down once again subway. If there’s one thing your company’s good at doing, it’s being a disappointment, not making sandwiches.
