“First time going to Blackwolf, took our leadership there for dinner and it was perfect. They set us up on the loft for some privacy but still able to see the full place. Food was excellent, drinks were perfect. We now will be back for golf and dinner.“

Peter is outstanding- had a great time discussing wines and what’s in the cellar. He also shared a little education on Glenlivet. Prices reflect resort pricing- see the menu photos. “This is still to me the most premier restaurant in Wisconsin. We were here for our anniversary and every bit of it was amazing. The service was impeccable especially the sommelier Jacob doing the wine pairings. You have to be ready to move out of your comfort zone for some of the courses but the flavors on everything were amazing. The grits on the menu tonight were the best thing I have eaten in a long time. We will be back one day. The cost is of course prohibitive but well worth it for very special occasions in my opinion.“

“Our last night staying at the Kohler American Club resort we dined at the famed Wisconsin room. The room did not disappoint. We ordered the Parker house rolls that were served with an onion ham and a local maple butter, French onion soup and a buttermilk wedge salad. We split the dry aged strip, superior to the rib steak we had ordered the evening before at whistling straits. Cooked to perfection section , flavorful and juicy. Our server recommended the creamed corn, awesome, clearly cut right off the cobb!! \nFine dining at its best!\nThe sommelier helped us to choose an American Beaujolais to accompany our red meat, superb!! \nSo happy to have spent our final evening in the Wisconsin room!!“

“Some friends and I made reservations before a comedy show. Once we got there we quickly realized we didn't give ourselves enough time to thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere and eat at leasure, which is what Bomallies does best,try,eat ,try something new again. We meantioned to our server, the amazing Holly, our time restraints, she then helped us though the menu on what we could get in time, while still enjoying ourselves. Not only did we have an amazing meal and delicious crafted drinks but we checked out and got to our show (in Kohler) with minutes to spare. THIS MY FRIEND, it what sets BoMallies aside. Not only have I never had a bad meal, I have always had the customer service that made me walk away loving my time with them and ALWAYS leaving with a strawberry shortcake to go. No matter how full I am. You won't be disapointed .“

“Our round went long at the end of the day so we missed our 7:30 pm reservation by at least a half hour, but we told them our tee time before starting so they knew we were running late! Much appreciated. We were seated immediately, the room is warm and comforting after the wind and cold, and the service was cheerful and considerate! Laura was impeccable. The crispy brussel sprouts were a great choice for appetizer, my husband and I split a bowl of potato leek soup (if you ask to split it they'll bring you two small bowls), and then we both ordered the roast duck. Also, the bread basket has wonderful herbaceous buns. We ordered way too much, but after walking for hours on the course we were up for the challenge. The duck was cooked very well but it wasn't our favorite mix of flavors.
It was also our 9 year anniversary so they brought us an absolutely amazing sticky toffee pudding, the best we've ever had! Even better than the Hell's Kitchen version (sorry Gordon). It was truly a wonderful end to an equally wonderful round of golf.“
