“First time here. Reservation was for 7pm for five people. We were early and were seated right away. So many drink choices on the menu. My son loved his waygu burger, I ordered the wild mushroom ravioli and it was to die for. The ribeye was cooked perfectly! Service was awesome. Waitress was attentive. Bartenders were personable. Great experience!“

“Favorite spot on the resort to grab a drink. There is often live music, but the real show is behind the bar. The bartenders work together well, it was quite impressive considering how busy they were. They also have a great assortment of wine (obvs), spirits, and beers. Highly recommend.“

“What a great dinner experience! This was our first Immigrant dinning experience and we had a lovely server who brought the best attitude and knowledge to the evening. The sommelier was equally as knowledgeable about the wines being served, and also had a great sense of humor. The restaurant itself was such a fun sight! Bold colors, wild combination of antique and contemporary designs. The only downside is the dress code. Guys, be sure to wear a long sleeve button up, which is absurd in 2026. For a place that prides itself on being modern and innovative, they could do to make some revisions to their dress-code rules. Especially considering that the rules didn't really seem to apply to the women... Otherwise, amazing.“

“Our last night staying at the Kohler American Club resort we dined at the famed Wisconsin room. The room did not disappoint. We ordered the Parker house rolls that were served with an onion ham and a local maple butter, French onion soup and a buttermilk wedge salad. We split the dry aged strip, superior to the rib steak we had ordered the evening before at whistling straits. Cooked to perfection section , flavorful and juicy. Our server recommended the creamed corn, awesome, clearly cut right off the cobb!! \nFine dining at its best!\nThe sommelier helped us to choose an American Beaujolais to accompany our red meat, superb!! \nSo happy to have spent our final evening in the Wisconsin room!!“

“Some friends and I made reservations before a comedy show. Once we got there we quickly realized we didn't give ourselves enough time to thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere and eat at leasure, which is what Bomallies does best,try,eat ,try something new again. We meantioned to our server, the amazing Holly, our time restraints, she then helped us though the menu on what we could get in time, while still enjoying ourselves. Not only did we have an amazing meal and delicious crafted drinks but we checked out and got to our show (in Kohler) with minutes to spare. THIS MY FRIEND, it what sets BoMallies aside. Not only have I never had a bad meal, I have always had the customer service that made me walk away loving my time with them and ALWAYS leaving with a strawberry shortcake to go. No matter how full I am. You won't be disapointed .“

“Five stars for the restaurant at Whistling Straits, where the whiskey bar appears to have been assembled by people who looked at the concept of “enough” and decided it was a coward’s word. There is not much this place is lacking in the whiskey department. You could wander in looking for one good pour and emerge several hours later with a philosophical problem and a strong opinion about Kentucky.

And then there are the fish & chips, which arrived looking innocent enough and proceeded to completely destroy any argument against eating fried food beside a magnificent golf course. Superb fish, righteous crunch, proper chips, and the kind of meal that makes you briefly consider abandoning civilization and living permanently within walking distance of the kitchen.

A dangerous combination: excellent whiskey, superb fish & chips, and a golf course outside that looks like it was designed by a committee of beautiful lunatics. Five stars, no complaints, and a firm recommendation to arrive hungry and leave your better judgment somewhere in the parking lot.“
