“Classic must try pizzeria. Absolutely delicious, they come up with great pie ideas and they are ALL hits. Their service is impeccable and their excellent cocktails give the experience the cherry on top . To add to that the prices are super reasonable. Great atmosphere, can't recommend this enough. It's become a go to return spot over the years, wether I go for a nice dinner with my partner, or getting "fancy" pizza and drinks with friends, this is the place to go.“

“Our new favorite spot in Madison for a good kick of spice from the octopus and Calabrian chiles on the arugula ricotta pizza. The pizza is light and thin. We also enjoyed the beef carpaccio. But for me, the highlight was the ginger cake. Freshly baked (warm on the inside) with whipped cream and pistachios. Flavors are spot on, not too sweet, not too spicy, just right. We also had the risotto which was delicious and comforting - also perfectly cooked al dente.“

“We ordered carry out and it was a good experience, The wait wasn’t very long. We ordered a medium stuffed pizza and I would have loved to see more cheese inside. It was not cheesy at all, disappointing, considering the price. The breaded mushrooms, hot wings and the breadsticks were good. The wings are a pretty good size, I ordered bone in. Their Tiramisu slices are very good.“

“The place was super chill and we were the only customer there. Pizza and tots came out fresh n hot! I got the vegan option and it was so fluffy and savory! The sweet bbq sauce taste is strong a little too sweet for me since there was pineapples on it too but I would order again! The tots were surprisingly super good! “My wife and I traveled to Madison this week and were looking for a good pizza to have delivered to our hotel. As someone who travels a lot and is a HUGE pizza person. I can honestly say this pizza was great, which is really tough to say for a pizza that’s been delivered. A healthy amount of cheese, tasty sauce, well cooked pizza with great crust. This was better than any chain options we could have chosen. Our family will support Glass Nickel the next time we’re in Madison! Great pizza!“

“When we got there, one family was having their pizza made. We placed our order, a family sized Pappa's All Meat. The one employee was very efficient and had our pizza ready quickly. I appreciated the generous quantity of meat on the pizza. It could have used more cheese, though. Prices are reasonable.“

“I come in there for my lunch break almost everyday, I love the people who work there, I love the restaurant itself, and for the longest time the food was always great. But in the last few weeks, the food has taken a downward spiral. The fries aren't crunchy anymore, and they seem completely different than before, I couldn't even finish eating them because I thought they were so bad and it sucked because I used to LOVE these fries, the breadsticks were almost inedible this week too. I thought thr first day that maybe it was just a fluke, and then the next day I held onto hope, but now a week or so later it's still the same. 💔 I love Rockys and I love the people who work here I just wish the food had stayed the same.

“I was having problems with my online order and when i called Thomas answered the phone and was so helpful! Some of the best customer service i’ve had in a very long time! He even called me back after we were disconnected! went above and beyond to help! Give Thomas a raise!! lol“

“We actually quite like Mod Pizza. The subway style pizza is fantastic. You tell them what you want, they build it and the toppings don't cost extra, maybe that's even a little better than subway. They cook it up for you and you get an amazing thin crust pizza made just the way you want it. Their no name cake is amazing. We also love the marinberry lemonade. Can't pass that up. The service is sometimes hit or miss. The last visit some of the staff seemed very frazzled, lacked hair nets or control of their hair, just seemed to lack some of the food service hygiene. This was rhe first experience with that, normally the staff is very composed and tidy. That was a bit of a turnoff this visit. Price wise, they aren't bad. They are on par with just about any fast food place and the food is better than most. We will continue to visit but hopefully they can tidy up the food service hygiene.“

“Chicago style pan pizza was the slice of the day. Service was fast, fastest I’ve ever seen at that time of the day. The guys were so friendly and nice. The pizza was hot and oh so delicious. Never had a Chicago pan pizza before. I’ll be ordering that again sometime. Rocky’s is still my all time favorite.“

It’s a bit of an awkward wait (longer than you’d expect), and I wouldn’t recommend eating at the tables inside unless the weather is poor. Go outside and enjoy the view!

“We came in on a Monday night in the summer. We have been coming here a lot recently. We love the food! Pizza is great, salads and meatballs too! Our table tonight was two young kids and two adults. Most people wouldn't want our table. Servers don't like kids. I assume that means low bill and low tip. However, my husband and I have worked in the restaurant business for a long time! We know how to tip and never order off the kids menu. We were told our server Lydia would be with us shortly. However she never came by. I had to ask for service after we came in to eat and we're very hungry. It was my daughter's birthday and they just got done with Ju Jitsu practice. My daughter told me she was starving. I know! She never came to the table. We were ignored for a while and told to order at the counter. There were open tables and not too many people in the restaurant. Thank you to the shift manager who finally helped us. We also asked Lydia to help with our check at the end and she told us she couldn't help us. She was so rude! Thanks Lydia. If you go on a weekday you might not even get service unless you ask. We'll be back to eat the food and hope we don't ever get Lydia. She was only serving two tables and both were finished before we got our food. She was not that busy but decided she didn't want to serve us.“

“First time me and the lady have ever had deep dish. Both of us have been wanting to try it for a long time. Placed order over the phone. They were pretty busy when I arrived. Minimal staff pumping out orders. Staff was super kind. They were apologetic for the wait but it was really no problem with how busy they were. 11/10 the pizza was absolutely phenomenal. I didn’t know that there was a hockey game that night so it was quite busy but our server was very nice and accommodating despite how many tables he had.
